Worst experience ever.very bland food,the toilet was very dirty you can smell everywhere the toilet,The lady and manager didn’t have any skills of costumer skills.have to wait too long for the food.

Había notado este lugar pero no tenía razón para entrar. ¡Qué hallazgo! Comida interesante con sabores auténticos y muy razonable. El servicio fue rápido y respetuoso. Tenía que irme antes de que comenzara la música, pero volveré. Prueba el naan!

I actually only went in to have a few beers and to watch football on TV. While sitting there I noticed many people were also eating. I got up to take a walk around and looked at the food on the various tables. It looked lovely and smelt out of this world. I called for a menu. The cuisine is a mix of Nepalese and Indian. Not having ever eaten Nepalese food I ordered the 'chill chicken'. I could have easily had another portion! On another occasion I had the 'Momo'. Pastry parcels (like a dim sum) stuffed with chicken or lamb, slow cooked then friend, served with stir fry. My word!!! The menu is extensive, a lot of Asians eat there (a good sign), beer specials are often on, and I will certainly return. The problem is I want to eat what I have had before but must try other things!!

Lovely fresh curry , best ever onion bajee. We loved the chicken biryani and we had the veg okra and peshwari naan . It's our 3rd visit and think this place is our favourite restaurant in Plumstead. From the outside it looks more like a bar but is both . Value for money , polite staff . Meals are served on plastic plates but you pay very reasonable prices . I give 5 stars for service , food and value . Ask for mint rahita as is good to go with food .

Great live music, Nepalese and English songs with spicy peanuts and loads of Nepalese authentic food.

I revisited after quite sometime and I was amazed with the quality of food although they have revised the prices . Don't forget to try newari set here. It's the best combination of spices and different tastes. Loved it.

Came here with a pal as I had a pint here before and saw the food and it looked amazing. Wasn’t disappointed. Food was really nice, ordered way too much as wasn’t sure what we were ordering but food bill was only £25 which was fantastic considering how much we ordered. Staff were wonderful as well. Definitely recommend this place.

i frequently visit this restaurant. its my favourite Nepalese restaurant in plumstead. they have recently done bit of refurbishment and removed lots of food items.. the good part is they have reduced the number of items available massively but the quality of food has increased alot. food are always nice. would really love if their customer service had been improved.

Good Nepalese food , nice newly refurbished restaurant and good prices . Nice large bar and helpful staff. Momo’s with chilli and pork are good and great beer

Great place. Visited on a Friday night and had to return on the Saturday. On the Friday there was live music performed by a traditional Nepalese band. The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant and bustling but the staff were still very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing; Nepali cuisine is some of the best in the world. The Momo and Sekuwa was delicious; arrived promptly and was reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommended.

Danfe is a good nepali cuisine restaurant. If you go there dont forget to taste the dhindo along with the clarified butter on the side. You have to learn how to eat so ask someone in the restaurant to show you how to do it.

Recently visited this nepali restaurant after hearing some good things about it. I have to say the food is very good but it look a very long time for all our orders to arrive. Overall a good experience.

We came for dinner as a family. We ordered chatpate and masala papad as a starter and chowmien and momo as a main. The food was excellent and tasty and also arrived quickly.

Now in our middle age years, sitting round a table, some meeting for the first time after 25 years. We were all very pleasantly surprised as this must be “one of London’s best kept secret”. The food was absolutely top notch. Highly recommended and thoroughly impressed with the service.

Visited with family. The environment was okay. But food was very bad for health. Oily and lots of tasting power.( agina moto). I am not recommend anyone to go there.

El Bhután que hoy era delicioso, uno de mi restaurante favorito en esta zona. Sin duda volveremos en el futuro.

No está mal pero oscuro en la habitación, pero necesitamos más luz para mí especialmente en labios leer. Podría volver de nuevo porque jajaja el personal es divertido con idioma asiático de cara jajaja.

Fuimos a Danfe con un par de amigos. Uno de nuestros amigos nepalíes nos llevó allí. La comida era deliciosa. La música de fondo era agradable. Este es un lugar al que hay que ir!

Visitamos con amigos y familia, los propietarios actitud es muy arrogante y así como personal de planta. Nos cobraron más de lo que necesita. Cuando nos quejamos, el gerente/propietario hizo un gran alboroto en el punto que nunca a la mesa y, finalmente, después de una discusión que sacamos la factura.

Good authentic nepali food at a decent price, unfortunately nearly empty when we visited, but great friendly service.

Great authentic Nepalese food, cold Kathmandu beer, good service and excellent value. This place was obviously a pub in a previous life and now seems to be an eating and meeting centre for the local Nepalese community. On the night we were probably the only non-Nepalese there but were warmly greeted and the dishes we didn't know were explained for what they were, how they were served etc. Started with a Nepalese tea as it had been cold out. Once warmed up had Lamb Momo (wonderful) and Fish Fry (larger than whitebait) for starters. Then went with two types of the "Set" mains - lamb and chicken all with pickles, potatoes etc. It was pretty spicy and very tasty. We left with full bellies, warmed up and smiles on faces.

Normally, we go for Newari food. Prefect nepalese and newari food. Closed to station, nice location, wide space. Overall good.

What a treat to find this authentic Nepalese restaurant. It seemed that most of the diners were local Nepalese but we were welcomed with a big smile from the waitress. Her English was pretty good and she managed to explain what most things were on the menu. We had a mixture of starters. The best by far being the dumplings (Momos). Try these for an authentic taste of Nepal. We all followed starters with a variety of curry dishes. Every curry dish can be requested as mild, medium or hot spice. Great if you like a particular curry but don't want it too fiery!! The brightly decorated bar was well stocked with a variety of beers and wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the ambience was great. A real treat at very reasonable prices. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area. Go try it!!
