Daltons in Belfast

I visited here today with my partner. We both ordered the fry. I was enjoying mine until I found a big hair cooked into my egg. This is shocking and the cooks should be wearing hair nets or hats when working to prevent this sort of thing. My partner enjoyed her food and the surroundings are nice and comfortable. I'm sorry to say I was disgusted and put off from any return to this establishment.

Absolutely disgusted at the fact I went in to this cafe to get 2 scones to take away and was charged £5.00, an to be fair they must have been from the day before as they wr not fresh at all. £5.00 for 2 scones never been robbed like this in my life, sorry forgot to mention I got 2 bits of butter with them..... I was in complete shock for the rest of the day, will never go into this cafe again absolute disgrace, £5.00 2 scones??????

Relaxed coffee stop in Ceations store, service was good with a tempting selection of tray bakes and scones or calorie laden cake. Comfy seating and of course most important the delicious capuccinos.

Have been here quite a few times for scones and coffee and lunch. Great service and their scones are delicious. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in Daltons within Creations Store Will be back soon

Called in for breakfast and paid for bagels with bacon and cream cheese for 2. After paying we're told only enough cream cheese for one so we were offered alternative cheeses on other . When it arrived virtually NO cream cheese. No refund or generosity shown. Will not be back!

Had lunch today with daughter and wife. I had vol-au-vont with was very tasty and accompanied by 4 salads. My wife had a home made sausage roll which she thoroughly enjoyed, again with the same salads. My daughter had a ham toastie which went down well. It was a nice lunch in pleasant surroundings and the staff were helpful and chatty.

As always Daltons Boucher never fails. Staff and food both excellent.. such a choice to suit everyone and they make everyone feel so welcome..

Daltons are in Creations. It’s very nicely fitted out, with comfortable chairs and nice surroundings. There is a decent range of food available. However the ordering system is chaotic. The staff who takes your order was lovely but they put the food on order but do not transfer this information to whoever passes the till to ring it in and charge you. Therefore you have to remember what you have ordered as they shout to the girl that took the order. It’s not very professional. The jacket potato we had was obviously brought in (i recon already cooked, for reheating) Therefore you don’t get that lovely crispy skin, and because it is microwaved it cools very quickly. The filling was nice however. The dessert was poor. Cheaply made and I would suggest near to its sell by date by the taste of the pastry. The coffee was great however! Overall, there is a good coffee shop there but it needs better management and organisation. The staff however are brilliant. Friendly and courteous. They are an asset that could make the shop a great one. I did leave thinking it was dear enough for what we got and the management systems could be improved.

We have been here twice for lunch now and they do lovely food with a good selection of drinks too. Very handy when on the boucher rd and a nice ambience. And the staff are pleasant and helpful. Well done we shall be back.

First visit with friends for coffee and chat, excellent service, very pleasant staff, comfy seating by windows. Enjoyed tray bakes on offer, perhaps coffee could be hotter, just personal preference. Would ask when visit again. On upper floor, lift available. Will return.

First time I've ever had breakfast in a furniture shop but.... probably the best I've ever had. The choice, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the SERVICE !!! Simply WOW.

Just called in... very friendly service.... went for a mini breakfast which was served to the table and was excellent. Topped up my coffee too.

Nipped in for a coffee and a bun. Staff were pleasant and friendly. One Coffee was decent - Americano with a shot of vanilla. Other coffee not so much - The flat white however was more of a cappuccino than a flat white. Salted caramel and peanut bun was tasty. Very chilled atmosphere which I liked, sadly this was disrupted by kids who started screaming - this though was more to do with the parents rather than daltons. Would def pop in again though and try the range of desserts that where on offer - looked very tasty.

I visited here today, and asked if I could have something prepared that was not on the menu. Even though they were busy, my request was accommodated and I am very grateful. I have visited this place on a number of occasions and would highly recommend it if you are in the Boucher Road area.

Food better than fast food eateries in the area. Not cheap, but portions large. Could do more home made snack meals. We prefer Dalton's in Lisburn.

Called in today with two friends for lunch as we'd eaten there before. No problems getting a seat when served. we all had soup and sandwiches. There was a choice of two different soups, I choose the chicken and vegetable soup which was very tasty....

The staff here were so helpful and attentive, and the lunch was very good. The restaurant is located upstairs in a furniture store ("Creations"); if it was in a downtown premises it would most likely be packed!
