Lovely people, offering great quality food at an amazing price. Belly busting breakfasts and sandwiches are large and great value for money.

Its OK, nice breakfast and not badly priced. Staff friendly. We called one Sunday morning with our family on the way towards the A1.

The Sat Nav was slightly wrong, so instead of taking the suggested left turn, take the next right which is signposted to the Dalton Diner anyway. The cafe is bright and clean and the service friendly. The menu had all the normal caff fare and the prices are very reasonable. From the breakfast options I chose the small breakfast at £3.50 (the Big one is £5.50) and the small one was more than enough. Obviously at these prices you can't expect quality sausages etc but if you don't mind Iceland-type ingredients now and again, this is ok.

What a little gem of a cafe. Breakfast service is personal and welcoming. The menu was taylored to my choice and so tasty. Yet to enjoy the evening menu but it always looks so warm and welcome when I drive by in an evening.

Went to the beeswing with my family for tea. Firstly we were greeted by a lovely waitress we hadn't booked and the restaurant was busy but she found us a table no problem. Drinks arrived swiftly and our order was taken. The children's meals came and they were huge. Plenty for my 11 and 12 year old children. Our meals were delicious, very big portions but at no sacrifice to taste. Staff were friendly, bubbly and couldn't do enough for is even though it was busy.

A cut above your normal Sunday pub lunch. Excellent presentation and really tasty. Not the normal boiled veg. Very good.

This used to be good, well the quality is still reasonable; ignoring brown bits on the salad. But the quantity has shrunk and if memory serves this is just as the price increased. Now I know times are hard but it might explain how we easily got a seat. Coffee, toastie and cake x2 cost more than two main meals and two drinks last night. To put it this way we called in to a pie shop on the way home.

Gorgeous little spot and great local cheese and tea and scones and chutney. Friendly staff too, who chatted with us for a while. They gave us free apples as well.
