Food was late and cold and the drinks we ordered weren’t delivered substitute ones delivered without asking which are no good to us due to dietary restrictions

Very good experience! Delivery driver was very welcoming and friendly! Also food was still warm and on time even a little bit early!!

What I received was delicious but not what I ordered. I ordered a tower burger but received a wrap but no matter. I would order the wrap again.

Ordered at 10:10pm on a Saturday night via just eat, food delivered early and chicken filler burger + chips hot , chicken piece was lukewarm though, nothing missing and tasted good, not a paint reviews just honest. Great when there’s not much else open, probably better places to order from when there is.

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. When it finally arrived 45 minutes late the food was cold and soggy chips. The spicy burger is just a normal burger smothered in hot sauce. Not great at all.

My order was confirmed at 7:27, I was told to expect it at 20:20-20:40 the time of me writing this is 21:19 and I am still sat here waiting for my tea to arrive. Had I of known it was going to take this long I would have just cooked myself my pregnant partner is not well and this is beyond a joke

Missed drink and dips said would return them but didn’t, not the end of the world but disappointing chips were awful tasted like yesterdays dry and re heated chicken was mixed with spicy wings which put my kids off eating them cus it all transferred, put me off ordering from here again tbh sorry,will go kfc in tutor.

Last order was an hour late. Chicken was OK but the fries had obviously been reheated then left to cool and tasted poor. Ordered a pizza a couple of weeks before and once it had gone from hot to just warm, it tasted like the cheese wasn't actually real cheese. So no more orders from Dallas, which is a shame because they used to be better than this.

Estimated delivery time was 10:25-10-35 then 10-25 to 10:45 it says it is here but I am still waiting

ordered this couple days ago and food didn’t get delivered? want my money back asap because this is unacceptable and not fair

Me and my husband have been ordering many times from this place, great food all the time, especially the chicken wings, always on time and the food nice and warm

delivered right on time every time even tho we are right on the edge of the delivery zone. best spicy wings for my taste( I don't like the crunchy top), very meaty and a good deal to go with them.

This says the order was delivered at 10.20pm, it was not delivered until 11.25pm after 2 phone calls to find out why our food was late but the app saying delivered. Food ordered at approx 9.30pm, delivered at 11.25pm - nearly 2 hours from the order being placed!

It was between 6:40 -7:00 and it arrived at 7:31

portion of kebab meat ordered for £6 looked like abit of the microwave kebab meat you can buy from super markets very small portion too and very greasy placed straight into the boxwith no paper after microwaved? pizza and wedges was nice tho

The chicken was so juicy and yummy and the chips are so crispy and taste amazing

I've been orded a 10 inch margarita pizzaand a 6 pieces if mozzarella sticks and a 16 pieces of bucket with is included a 6 fries 16 hot wings and a 16 piece chicken. I've got a 16 wings and a 15 pieces of chicken and a 4 fries. Also I orded a margarita pizza and a 6 pices of mozzarella stick to my lovley 3 year old son and was awful. The pizza was dead cold and a mozzarella sticks was frozen inside. First time and last order ever. Awful place.

Food took over two and a half hours to arrive, chased after over an hour late, told would be sent in 4-5mins, it wasn’t. Restaurant stopped answering the phone in the end. All food arrived cold. Delivery driver said there was only one driver on, not his fault, but clearly restaurant just trying to save money with less drivers, but not updating delivery times on app, so not being honest on ETA’s. Awful, will not be ordering again!

The food was cold. Chicken nuggets were hard to bite into. No complain about the wait time but disappointed I waited an hr for that.

Original time was fine which was 4:30 this was my fiancés tea who has to be in my 5:30 which is when the food arrived. So he missed it! Went to work with no tea. I also called at 5 to be told it only left 2 mins ago which isn't acceptable at all I would like my money back

Had to wait over two hours for delivery and the food was cold when it finally arrived. After a visit to the microwave it was swiftly eaten. The food was really good quality but I wouldn't order again simply because of the wait.

Complete wrong order i ordered boneless and a bunch of chicken with bones comes was very disappointed chips they were Ice cold normally happy with ordering from here but absolutely appalled by the service tonight

Worst takeaway in Ormskirk. Ignore all the other good reviews which they have paid for. Piri piri wings came and were just battered wings which the batter was falling off and when looking at the "chicken" there was all sorts of black bits in it. They do not know what piri piri is and there chicken is terrible. The shish wrap was some weird looking poles of meat in a soggy wrap with some lettuce and mayo. Absolute shocking. Avoid this place they havent got a clue

Ordered at 17:50 and arrived at 20:05, food was Luke warm and couldn’t eat half of it. This has happened a few times now and I always give the benefit of the doubt incase it couldn’t be helped but have realised it’s not just a one off, it’s a regular occurrence and won’t be ordering again.

Ordered around 8pm and it comes 1 hour 45 minutes late. I live about 10 minutes away so I don’t understand how it took them this long for my food.
