Astonishing experience at Dallas Chicken and Pizza, which exceeded all expectations. I literally told my mates now I know why this place has 4.6 stars average. We came here after the Man United v Athletic Bilbao game, and as you’d imagine it was very busy. However, the staff provided an excellent customer service, and the quality of food was delicious. I ordered the BBQ chicken burger Meal, and I got 6 wings on the side. All of that for about £12.50, I’m moving from London to Manchester right now! The wings were big, cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was perfect. It was hot and tasted fresh with that proper crunch factor! I’ll be honest, their wings are better than a lot of PFC shops in East London. The portions are huge, and they give loads of chips with your order, I was very impressed, and this place is great value for money. The burger was huge, and my God, was it delicious. Everything was consistent, the buns were nice and soft, and the chicken was tender. The burger wasn’t loaded with lettuce or too saucy, everything was just bang on. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and when I’m back in Manchester again for other United games, this will be my go to place. They offer a range of sauces and dips on the menu too. This place will tick all your boxes, and everything was a 10/10, you must come here! Please Dallas keep this up!

Decor is pretty cool and it’s definitely an upgrade to the conventional “chicken shop”! However today I found the customer service poor. No smiles or even a thank you. I had the combo meal with a spicy burger and wings. I found the burger very salty. The wings were good though and was cooked perfectly. The fries portion was pretty big and tasted fresh. They have a good selection of drinks to choose from and the food arrival pretty quick. It’s a shame the customer service and burger let it down as I had high hopes.

Very nice and polite staff and helpful. Food takes quite a while, however, the burger patty is dry and flavorless being dependent on the sauce. The skin on the chicken has a nice blend of spice and is crunchy, but the chicken itself is quite bland.

My food was lukewarm and I had to reheard the pizza. My original delivery time was 19:25 but it kept chopping and changing til I got the notification to say the courier was on his way. I went outside to wait and seen a courier sitting outside talking to someone. Then I received a notification the driver was nearby. Then I got a call from the courier to say he could see me. I waited and then the guy who had been standing talking pulled in. Don’t know how long he was there as the tracker was off

Just a typical fried chicken place. BBQ lamb ribs 4.5/5 Spicy Wings 2/5 Peri wings 3/5 Spicy chicken burger 4/5 The worker got my order wrong and charged me extra for something I didn't order and then forgot to apply my nhs discount (or deliberately didn't apply it) and when I asked if he applied he just lied to my face. I caught him out straight away but he'd already charged me so I just left it. Don't know if that was a one off but you might want to double check your order and price.

I recently had the chance to try Dallas Chicken & Pizza in Manchester City Centre. The menu offers a good selection of chicken and pizza options. We ordered the chicken combo meal. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and the chicken wings were really tasty. I also ordered the veg burger meal and it included a burger, fries and drink. The portion sizes was good and the burger only came with lettuce and mayo, but at £7.50 each, I felt it was a bit pricey, especially since they charged an extra 70p for cheese. Overall, while the food was tasty and satisfying, the pricing could be more reasonable. It took quite a while for the food to come out, but overall it was worth it. Be mindful of the prices though. If you're looking for a tasty meal in the city, I definitely recommend checking out Dallas Chicken & Pizza!

Here on holiday from Canada stayed up the street and ate here 3 times. Everytime it was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the area. Staff were helpful as well.

I grabbed a spicy chicken wrap and was pleasantly surprised. The wrap was slightly toasted, chicken was dipped and full of flavour. Thin ribbons of lettuce held together by cheese tasted fresh. Service was quick, exactly what I needed in-between trains at Victoria. Was wrapped in foil backed paper so stayed warm for the walk. A little messy to eat, but it’s to be expected. Three tables to sit, they were full which isn’t a bad sign. Restaurant was clean and staff were polite.

I had a very disappointing experience with this order. It arrived nearly 2.5 hours late, long after my guest had already left. This situation was extremely frustrating and put me in a very difficult position.

I ordered a peri peri burger, a chicken wrap and an oreo milkshake. The burger was great flavour wise a bit unstable but very satisfied. Milkshake also really good. The wrap was a bit soggy at the bottom so burger might be the winner here.

Good pricing for a chicken burger meal especially the lunch time offer menu. Purchased the spiced chicken burger meal. Quick service. Was spicy however definitely on the saltier side of things disappointingly. Fried were hot and fresh, however burger doesn't compare to the likes of Miami's/Philadelphias/shakebees. Not bad.. but wouldn't try it again.

Food was genuinely nice and generous portions (which is fair considering price). Wings and strips had a nice kick and crispy coating. Take card payment which is always a plus. Although I had takeout they offer eat in, the place was very clean and welcoming. 4* as the meals were same prices as if you wanted without the drink. Would come back again 👍🏽

I tried the ribs, fried chicken, beef burger and chicken burger. Generally okay, but the ribs was splendid. I did comment that the chicken is a bit soggy, but probably it's just me and I wrongly pick. The staffs responded well, I wasn't expecting it but they did brought my comments to the manager, and work on it. Thumbs up!
