I wouldn't use again, it would be quicker to hatch an egg and nurture the chick maturity than getting a couple of average at best chicken burgers from this place

food tasted and smelt horrible. would avoid the chicken as this was the offending article!

very noticeable that the packaging has got smaller, the portions of chips have got smaller, the rolo meal was smaller. I have always enjoyed dallas chicken but I was not impressed by the smaller portions

Food was very nice and good portion size but unfortunately the delivery time was an hour and 20mins

Food taste was really poor. The pizza crust was half way baked and saggy.

Food is excellent and cooked very well. After eating Dallas Chicken, I will never use KFC again. I was very impressed. Have now eaten from Dallas a couple of times. Highly recomended if you love southern fried chicken.❤️❤️

rubbish service, store lied and told me the courier took the food 20 mins before but it was still at the store.

The food was very poor quality. Garlic pizza bread with cheese had minimal cheese, margarita pizza was the same. The chips were cold and hard and again poor quality. The chicken, oh the chicken, how is this place still going. Highly recommend steering clear.

They wanted 50p for an extra sachet of budget of mayonnaise…… Just go 3 seconds up the road to KFC where the chickens better and you get unlimited hienz mayonnaise!

My only complaint is I ordered coleslaw as a side at a cost of £1.49 and was sent beans instead with no explanation. Should have been refunded the £1.49.

i went to this place today it was quite late they already started cleaning still they severed and not even took that long to make my food i had pizza, veg wrap and wings food was amazing and on the top staff was brilliant. I will recommend this place to everyone

I highly recommend for NO 1 to eat there food, I had a nice long day in Brighton and came back to eastleigh for some food from Dallas and early hours friday morning I was puking and shitting coming out both ends physically.. food poisoning and I would like a full refund but doubt I will get anything from them .. everyone stay well away from here if you want your health to be good , absolutely joke ! I will be getting trading standards involved as I have bad health issues.

As a delivery driver, I dread getting orders from this restaurant. Every single time, they are extremely slow to prepare the food. I’ve had to wait 20-22 minutes (or more) past the pickup time, which not only wastes my time but also impacts my ability to make other deliveries. They accept orders through the app but are never ready on time. It’s frustrating and hurts both drivers and customers. If you're a driver, I recommend avoiding this place unless you want to waste time and lose money.

Food was good but only 1/2 the order delivered. First delivery over 90 minutes ago and still awaiting confirmation of the rest! Restaurant is great… customer service on Just Eat is nonexistent.

I did order on Wednesday 10 of July at 10:45 from chicken Dallas I paid but I didn’t get any food even till now and I tried to get back my money but I didn’t get back any money and I went to chicken Dallas talked to them they said not our fault we sent the food delivery… zero star

I would have given 5 stars, had the gravy not spilt over everything in transit and also the chicken burger meals chip's were missing. One stroppy 11 year old! Just Eat will only refund for one thing, not both. However, Dallas chicken will be our new go-to for fried chicken! It was the best! Please don't forget our chips next time 😊

Been here twice now both time staff are so friendly polite and helpful but the food well all I can say is if your wasting your money on dirty kfc with there food standards then more full you Dallas chicken taste twice as good and you dnt walk away ill I willl never again eat kfc after trying there chicken it’s spot on and prices are fantastic I would highly recommend to eat here or order out

The food was perfect abd such a brilliant. Tast was very good and crispy chips,highly recommended.

When I ordered they took 1 hour or more and there was no staff through the 1 hour so I couldn't speak to anyone. When I left I started to eat and also I ordered a chicken burger and When I bit into it, it was raw and cold the chips was cold also so this is why I am leaving a bad review.

I enjoyed my burger but my husband didnt enjoy his wrap it was to hot ,so he didnt eat .

Me and my bros just nipped in for a quick snack we got the chicken wings and they were incredible! They were so much better than KFC. If you want some really good wings this is the place to go.

It’s normally good but today was disappointing

Ordered a meal deal through Uber eats, at time of order delivery time was 35 minutes, placed order and all was going fine. Driver was assigned 15 mins later, got update saying he had food but had stops on the way, fine. 2 mins before estimated drop off and the 35 minute mark I get a message from the driver, food wasn't ready, heading back to Dallas to get it. 5 mins later, at Dallas, food not ready. I rang Dallas, they told me the driver has your food, they would ring him and find out what's going on and ring me. 15 mins later, food arrives, it's wrong and it's stone cold, driver tells me Dallas messed up lots of orders, we're telling drivers stuff was ready when it wasn't, giving out wrong food for orders etc. I ring Dallas, explain, one pizza is completely wrong, drink is completely wrong, dips were open and all over the inside of the bag and all the food was stone cold. Person at Dallas sternly told me I was wrong about it all being cold, that they didn't have the right size pizzas left (which they never informed us about but happily took our money for the larger size), said no way the dips spilt and only apologised about the drink. To rectify this the offered me a free drink on my next order. So not only was the staff member rude, they offered no money back on the fact they didn't have the right size pizza or that everything was cold. My advice stay well away from these absolute rip off merchants!!!!!!

Mountain burger was so good and so big!! Chips are so crispy and flavourful! Lamb ribs are the best just how I like them!! 10/10 definitely

Food was absolutely horrendous the chicken was dry and tasted like it had been held under a hot light all day and I ordered two strawberry marindas and got Pepsi!

Asked for no sauce on one of the burgers and it arrived with no sauce on. Hot wings were a little disappointing as they were not spicy at all, just tasted like seasoned fried chicken. The rest was okay. Lovely food overall
