Never using this place again, food was delivered 3 hours late, food was cold, tasted awful and the food was wrong as well.

Tried this place for the 1st time, pizza arrived cold. Other stuff was hot enough. Arrived half a hour late.

Just disappointed that my meal didn't come with the spicy wings and the coleslaw or beans as it states.

Tried a new place to mix things up, sadly I'm disappointed. I bought a mixture of fried chicken, burgers and kebab to try a lot of the menu and ended up throwing half of it away. The food was just cheap average deep fried and store bought. I'm not asking for much when I assume a food takeaway should create homemade and handmade food but cutting corners with cheap, frozen and undesirable food isn't for me. I wont ever be ordering from these guys again.

Great food great prices I moved from Bolton to Warrington so don’t go much now but was great to go back there when passing through ! 👍

Always spot on, eaten from here for years literally since I was 18 never once had any issues with the quality of food, easily my favorite go to for pizza burgers and kebabs.

Ordered pizza and a classic burger meal, the pizza was excellent, the burger meal was disappointing as the bun was dry & they forgot my drink as I ordered a meal.. overall not the best nor the worst place

The restaurant clearly didn’t read the note on my order as I had asked for onions and peppers to be removed from my pizza as my daughter is allergic to them yet my food arrived still containing these foods 😡 useless

Pizza's & garlic bread gorgeous as always but the burgers & BBQ Chicken wings were lacking taste this time around. We usually have hot & spicy wings so will go back to those. Burgers are usually really nice too but didn't hit the mark on this occasion. It won't put us of ordering again though cos it was New Year's Eve, so they were probably very busy.

Food was cold after 30 mins late arrival. Food was tasteless. Plus missing sauces.

Was changed to being delivered 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. When I rang them up 20 minutes after that, was told that it hadn't even been made yet and would be taken for delivery in 10 more minutes. When it finally arrived the pizzas had the same base, even though one was supposed to be thin and the other Deep Pan for 50p more. Also ordered a Kebab Roll but got given Donner instead.

The food was on point in fact they added extra chicken wings when i just ordered 4 and received 5 extra was very happy with the food was warm and tasted nice.

Shocking over 1 hour late on delivery rang up for them to say road works outside shop caused it to be late 😂 road works don’t stop you cooking food shocking last time I will be getting takeaway from here

Disgusting service I had to phone to chase up the delivery as the app said it had been delivered, to be told it would be a few minutes, waited another 20 minutes before it came. No apologies from either anyone for taking 2 hours to come, then the order was wrong

Guys imorove the seasoning on your peri peri chicken, its not very good.

Asked for something off the menu which they happily made and the pizza was delicious. The nicest pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Only criticism is that the fries were soggy oppose to crispy but regardless it’s 5* as the pizza was delicious. Thank you

That was the worst food order from here I have ever had , yes it was delivered within the time stated but seeing as it was only garlic bread and some chips it shouldn’t have taken nearly an hour It was ALL stone cold and most of it ended up in the bin

Needed food for iftar so ordered 30 minutes to iftar . Food came an hour after iftar . There excuse was they were on a break for iftar . Why did you accepted order if it was for this .

I usually love the food from here, but tonight was a bit of a let down, waited over 90 mins for food, had to ring restaurant 3 times, and when it arrived it wasn't up to its usual high standards. I know its Ramadan, but you should put a note on or change your delivery times so people know how long they will need to wait. Although they did throw in chicken wings for free, but I don't eat them so was a waste. Hopefully next time it will be back to its usually good food

I asked for peri salt on one portion of my fries and the other portion came with hot sauce on them - which my younger sister couldn’t eat. We also asked for Fantas with our meals and received Coke.

First and last time ordering. Food was half an hour late, lukewarm, soggy chips, no gravy, anaemic kebab, soggy skin on the chicken. Definitely not worth the wait.

My seekh kebab was rock hard, like it had been cooked days ago and my PLAIN garlic bread arrived covered in cheese too. When we rang the restaurant they refused to refund us and offered fresh food, so we at to go through just eat. Will never order from here again

Chicken wasnt amazing and expected it to come as meal rather than 3 stand alone prices long wait for food which was OK. Wrap had 1 piece of lettuce on and small chicken strip really disappointed

After an hour and thirty mins and calling the restaurant order has still not been made and was advised that it would take a further 20 mins before the food will be on its way, therefore cancelled the order!!!

2nd time in a row 30 mins late but this time there where 2 items missing Iron-Bru and coleslaw it's annoying when you pay for things and don't get them in your order. Buck up your service guys your slacking.

We order from Mirchi all the time. This time the chips were a bit smaller, the garlic bread had 2 full slices without cheese and the pizza had wrong toppings. A bad night, but won't stop me ordering again. And still very tasty!

Food come and was stone cold... parts missing in the order.. chicken still had feathers knocking about... chips had a hint of soggy.. the chicken wrap was dry and couldn’t be called chicken.. so yeah all in all I wouldn’t order again

They messed up my orde, no rice when I ordered rice, that is a second time my order is messed up by just eat drivers it is enough. I couldn't contact the restaurant as they closed so no money back no excuse, that is very disappointing.

Delivery was late. Rang the restaurant to chase my order when it didn't arrive at the quoted time. They told me it would be with me in 10 mins, but arrived 30 mins after that. In total a more than one and a half hours for delivery. Food was mediocre

Good delivery time but that might be because they forget half your order and then make you wait an extra 20 mins for it. Used to order all the time but this time will be the last
