Food still didn't arrive 3 hours later, couldn't get hold of the restaurant. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them either

Ordered food at 12.30am fell asleep waiting for food to arrive, then was woken by a phone call from delivery driver at 2.10am telling me he's at front door. So took my self off to answer door only to find he's not there called him back to say he's obviously at the wrong address he then tells me he'll have a look at his map and get back to me it's now 2.50am and no sign. Absolutely shocking service would recommend that no body uses them as just eats reviews don't help, every one is complaining on there also.

One hour after the estimated delivery time they arrived with the food. They didn't reply to our calls or call us to let us know the food would be an hour late. Terrible service, would not recommend.

i don't think you should order from here they have taken my money and said my order was in the bag and after waiting 2 hours i phoned and they said they have missed the order and was to late for them to send me a deliver and this was 10pm the guy i spoke to was very rude and said he would ring me back which he didn't i don't think you should order from here !

Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE!!! The Food was not what we ordered, it came late, instead of HAM they put SPAM (which I am allergic to) and extra mushrooms was equal 2 little mushrooms in a side, we ordered drinks that never arrived even after the complaint to the driver...tried to call the restaurant and no one replied even if it was ringing. £23 spent on rubbish (not included on council tax). At least you should give a FULL REFUND!!!! Thanks for ruining my kids XMAS. Rather starving than use this again!

They called when they didn't have certain food available which was nice as most places just leave it off the order without notice. The food was cooked through as always. My only trusted chicken shop. Could have done with condiments but easily see past that as the food is nice.

The chips were gorgeous, the chicken cooked all the way through (which is rare these days). Really loved the way they give out desserts in a sticker sealed container with the date on it as you never know the date with most places and normally come frozen to the point where you can't eat it until hours later but not this place. Recommend. Definitely ordering from here again :)

The meal was nice but I had to wait so long for it to arrive it was actually 35 minutes late not happy with that,but will order again. I do hope it will come on time.

The best Chicken and Chips in London (Next to KFC) Been a loyal customer with Dallas for 9 years +. When i fell pregnant my hubby had to make various late night trips to satisfy my hormones...lol. so when i saw Dallas deliver now i was overjoyed. Chicken as good and fresh as ever...they even have more food options that i can't wait to try...pizza etc. I tried their Cod for the first time and it was sublime. Dallas i love ya!!!!

I had to wait 3 hours for my food to be delivered, their shop is litterally around 10 mins away, so I don't understand how it could take them 3 hours and 15 mins for them to prepaid the food & deliver it. Every time I called up they would say they are around the corner, which was a complete and utter joke. I would of cancelled and ordered else where but I paid by card! I wouldn't order from them again.

Comida deliciosa especialmente las b q bar picante costillas. Está muy bien situado a poca distancia a pie del London Eye. Los precios son razonables y sirve comida halal (para los musulmanes).
