Best chippy in Blackpool, can’t get better chips anywhere else and don’t get me started on the sausages you can’t find anything better.

Absolutely awful pizza, told me they were out of chicken when I ordered a meat feast so asked if I wanted extra pepperoni, I said yes, the beef on it was like cheap packet beef and smelt off, everything about the pizza was vile, didn't see it being cooked either, it just appeared around 7 mins after ordering. Didn't eat it and won't be returning.

Excellent fish and chips at a great price, Staff are friendly and welcoming, nice and bright place.

We have been staying over the road so decided to try it as was hungry. The food is delicious, as we was here for 6 nights we have tried the piaaz , lamb kebab and fish and chips. All was delicious I would definitely recommend a vist.

Good quality, great value chippy tea and the staff really looked after us. All our food was cooked fresh to order and was really yummy.

I went in with my 2 children and the terrible language behind the counter I I wouldn’t use that in front of anyone. The tables were filthy. Sat there for ages so walked out. Do not go there. Worst chippy in Blackpool

Awful experience. The staff (especially the girl with black hair) was so rude when taking my order. The food was disgusting and they gave me a pudding instead of fish and it looked like it had been warmed up 10 times. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food awful. Staff extremely rude and dirty. Toilets not been cleaned for a long time. Smell of cigarette smoke. Would not recommend to anyone. AVOID.

Absolutely shocking. Felt like we were an inconvenience as soon as we arrived. Ordered 4 full English breakfasts and 4 bottles of water. The breakfast arrived with raw bacon, a sausage that looked like it had been pulled out of the toilet bowl. Eggs looked and tasted vile. Toast arrived after we had finished the entire breakfast. Extremely rude staff. If you’re after a great breakfast don’t go to dodgy Dales.

This gem is rather hidden away but is very much worth discovering. More than just another chippy, there is a varied menu which you can either eat in or take away. Pizzas with various different toppings are cooked while you wait. Excellent.

Terribly unfriendly. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Clearly hate their life & job. Rubbish food. If that’s how you run a business they really consider closing. AWFUL

Been to this chippy loads of times, always spot-on. Best I've tried locally so don't bother trying anywhere else now.

Friendly staff and good fresh food made to order and covered a lot of choices to suit everyone's needs

Ordered 2 pizzas which were the worse pizzas I've tasted. My hubby had pepperoni which was covered in cheese which was like plastic cheese, he couldn't eat it as he chocked on the cheese. Mine was a meat feast but I said swap the ham to pineapple as they had no ham and it looked and tasted disgusting. Looked like a plastic toy. Chips were like they had been sat in fat for days as they were soggy and greasy to the max!! Would not recommend this place and certainly won't be using it again.

Called in here after coming out of the club on our way back to hotel,had me tray of chips and gravy enjoyed it so much me and my partner went there for tea next day,she had the kebab and chips and I had steak pie and chips both plates were overflowing and really enjoyable food,just wish I had a bigger appetite to eat it all,certainly recommend people eat here cause you will not be disappointed.

Staying for a long weekend at the tsart of September at the nearby Windsor House Hotel.Our Hosts at the hotel highly recomended this establishment, which they told us had been going for about 40 years.We are so glad we took thier advice.There are traditional Fish and Chips on the menu,as well as Pizzas, Kebabs etc.This is a Cafe as well as a Take Away.We were amazed at the traditional items on the menu,many you no longer find in our local area in Derbyshire, we were really spoilt for choice. We dined here for the three nights of our stay,finding the food to be freshly prepared and plentyfull. the staff too are also amazing,so friendly and helpful. They do some special meal deals, and the first t night we had the Fish and Chip special,which was served with a drink and bread and butter, excellent value for money.The second night I could not make my mind up between the Spam Fritters or The Steak pudding and Gravy, so I had both,served with Chips and real traditional Mushy Peas,what a treat.The third night I had the Haddock, my wife the Plaice, both fresh cooked from fillited wet fish,served with Chips and Mushy Peas, a real joy. We cannot recomend Dales diner too highly, for quality good value and friendly atmospher. It is only a short walk from the front, on Coronation Street, and so worth the effort to find..

great little chippy friendly staff open till very late called most nights after midnight not too pricey

Ate in here twice as liked it so much last year.Huge portions and the lass that serves is really lovely. Certainly a hidden gem, cos the surrounding area doesnt look inviting at all. Not too far from the front but well worth looking for.

Great for quick food had nice garlic bread and chips and very friendly staff. Clean too and food was quick and reasonably priced

Firstly our parents ate here and said the food was lovely, I walked out as I ordered a sausage and the girl behind the counter picked it out with her hands no gloves then when I told her to forget it she put it back using her bare hands. Looked up the hygiene rating and it’s 3 no wonder!! This girl needs sacking or training!! So be careful when eating here.

We had a lovely meal here,while on holiday in Blackpool. We ate in, the fish and chips were amazing, the batter was really crispy and tasty,the chips too. The staff were really pleasant. Will certainly be back.

Woman serving behind the kebab counter needs to take a course in good manners. Rude to the two blokes before me for no reason, then when it was my turn to be served was equally obnoxious to me. The only difference was that I told her to f--- off and she never got my money - the chippy a few doors down did instead. To talk to people the way she did for no good reason, who are handing over their cash is absolutely disgraceful and mind-boggling for a business with plenty of competition around.

We went here by accident and found the food and service so good we ended up returning every night !. The kebab tasted amazing and the yoghurt dressing was delicious, chips were just as my partner likes them and the curry sauce was lovely. The staff and owner (i assume he was) were very friendly too.

Now this place is what i call good.Came here 22nd May evening(Tuesday) and had doner kebab,meat chips and chilli sauce.

if you want good fresh fish n chips and everything else dales diner is the place to go,it is very accomodating and always friendly atmosphere from all staff.

Never judge a book by its cover! Called into Dale's Diner on two separate occasions and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the portion sizes and the staff. Clean, friendly and met all of our expectations.

Gran lugar para comer. La primera impresión fue realmente muy limpio por dentro y los nativos eran amables. Las patatas fritas eran macizos y fresco y no en grasa y el pescado era tan claros y suaves era como comer nubes. No recuerdo disfrutando mucho pescado frito. El pastel de carne era abundante y delicioso, excelente personal y buena relación calidad. Puede regresar por un kebab esta noche. . . . Segundo, no hay pensamientos.. . . . Tengo algunos más de ese pescado precioso! !

Tried to get a fish supper here last week on three separate nights but was closed and on the fourth seen a girl coming out she said they were closed I said I thought you were open till late she said only of a Friday and Saturday,so if you want a fish supper get there early or have a snack in the club.

After a night out went here uneatable before got served the girl was smoking outside come in after me start serving with out washing her hands disgusting

Gran tienda de chips tienen un menú muy variada. Excelente servicio y personal amable, aunque siempre había una larga cola que bajé rápido y la comida estaba caliente fresco y sabroso!! Sólo lo que se requiere después de una noche de beber. Sin duda recomendaría dar una oportunidad y volveré de nuevo.

Una parada popular para la noche antes de retirarse. come fritanga Me lo recomendaron por personas que visitaron la zona antes y no nos decepcionó. Mi única queja es que se agotaron de peces tarde en la noche, es popular! El pescado es muy bueno para el precio bajo de 3 o 4 libras.

The best takeaway in Blackpool. Friendly polite staff. Amazing kebabs very tasty and Chip shop chips. Had a few takeaways in Blackpool and this one is by far the best.

still one of the best fish and chip shops andfd kebab emporiums in Blackpool. Been going here for 41 years and its just as good now as it waqs then.At least everything was cooked fresh.

Visited after a few drinks at the local club. Ordered a lightly battered fish which was cooked fresh to order with chips (also cooked fresh) One of the few chippies in Blackpool that actually uses real potatoes for real chips - always go to Dales now just for that reason!

The West Vale hotel we were staying at recommended us to have fish and chips from here as they are very good. Well they weren't wrong, fresh fish cooked to order and a very friendly service. Good old traditional fish and chips at its best. A1.

After being told once we got to the front of the very long queue we had to queue again at the back of the shop for kebabs to then have the person behind us served with kebabs from the front till we were already dissapointed in the service. Once we returned to our hotel with our food we realised the worse was yet to come. The chips were soggy the kebab dripping in grease and the burger tasted disgusting!! Will not be returning!!

Have been using dales chippy for years every time we visit Blackpool and I must say nothing much has changed its still as good as when I first had my fish and chips here in the early 90s.

The man who I presume is the owner is the most miserable man I have ever come across. He is rude, ignorant and his fish and chips are amongst the worst I have encountered at inflated prices. I would advise everyone to avoid at all costs..

I've heard a fish and chips up north is a great thing (i've only got 2 or 3 chippys in my southern town and they're normally only open a few hours a day).I found this open past midnight, with a queue down the round. Promising.Within seconds of reaching the front of the queue I had a chips and curry sauce to take away (not enough dexterity for fish as well).In my home town a small chips is enough for me and my wife. We then get a pot of curry sauce that will last us beyond the last chip.Here I got a shallow tray of soggy chips and some watery sauce drizzled over the top. Gone in 3 minutes. To be fair, it was about a pound cheaper than i'm used to, but in future when i'm late night eating in the north, i'll stick to a kebab like we have to in the Thames Valley.

This place is amazing - we needed something to eat at the end of the evening (very late) and this was on the way home. The staff and service were out of this world! So quick, never seen anything like it! In and out in minutes, even with a queue! Oh, and the food was amazing too - generous portions of yummy fish and chips (which we ate in the bus shelter as it was raining!)

Found this place on our way home from the club. No queue (which always worries me) but we went in anyway. Chicken burger and chips were great! Kebab was very nice too apparently!

We come up to Blackpool every year and always have fish and chips, Dales is just down from our B&B so we go there, they have great value for money, friendly staff but this year was a let down only 1 out of the 5 nights we went by where they open, hopefully next year they will be.It would also be helpful if there where opening/closing times on the door.

food was very yummy and satisfied all of us which is rare as our son is very choosy with his food. we were thankful to be seated and this was just round corner from our hotel

Ok it is "just" a chippy/cafe but what made it was the great friendly and funny staff which have the place some atmosphere. The kebab and salad was good value and a massive portion.

My family and I visit at least once a month. Tasty food and friendly staff. Portion sizes are big and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Great meal - great value - nice to see a traditional chippy still cooking real potatoes and not the frozen kind - great value for money across the vast range - you cant go wrong! Oh and you can eat in as well!

I live near by to this takeaway and I think it's the one of the best in the area. Chicken kebabs are nice as are the fish and chips, always great friendly service, and food is always piping hot. No complaints at all!

Food is good not great but staff lovely. Would do anything for u. If go must try garlic mayo our family ended up using the full bottle as soooo nice.

We own sorrento hotel across the road and use this a lot , would highly recommend !! Try, chips, kebab meat and grated cheese my daughter loves it, they also do battered sausage which is rare for Blackpool xx

Whatr a fantastic day my wife and I had in this attraction. It is well worth a visit even though it is a little small but is a great day out.

Amazing food love it. The staff are the nicest. Fresh chips as the lady who served us said she peels them. Lovely girl. As I said I would say this chippy is the best in blackpool. The man who worked in it gave us free chips while we waited for more chips very nice and will definitley go again.

A nice bright and clean restaurant. Lots of choice on the menu. The food was a bit pricey. The portions were big. Cans of coke were not served with a glass. I had lemon/pepper haddock. The haddock did not taste fresh, and the pepper taste was a bit over whelming, Also I thought there would have been a piece of lemon, but no. The childrens meals just had the choice of chips, perhaps a side salad might be good.

The title says it all really - we all ordered fish and chips and they were great!
