Da Vinci's in Sheffield

Have been ordering from Da Vinci's for a few years now through Uber Eats. Prices have increased but if using one of their deals then it can be great value. Their cheesy garlic pizza bread is the best I've ever had (if you don't mind a little grease which I don't at all!) and the jalapeño bites are absolutely amazing. Only food I'm never overly impressed with is the chips, which never taste fresh, as well as the cheese sauce. Would be better if they offered Dr pepper as a drink on their deals (you can get it separately) on Uber Eats. Never had any issues with them and if you want a cheat night then the pizza and burgers are the way to go!

Used this place few times. The food is average at best. Items are frequently left off orders, or not delivered, happened several times. This time though, a main item was left off, called driver, not remotely interested. Called shop, blamed driver for leaving item on the counter...."So you'll be delivering the missing item me?..". I ask, Guy says, "No, can you collect!? I'm way too busy..." Slams down the phone on me. So now, having insulted a customer, you've now lost custom as we won't ever be using Da Vinci's ever again. Your loss.

Both ordered a kebab well what can I say it was old hard chewy and ended up in the bin. I don't know how they can think this is acceptable. We used to always order from here with no problems but am afraid we won't be going back.
