As always the food was great, but I'm wondering why you lot aren't open anymore.

Anyone that likes the 'dinners' shakes and deserts will not be disappointed with what Fat Biscuit offers. Had to make an comparison with the above company. Fat Biscuits products are great for a home delivery service and of an amazing quality and taste. Shame they are closed at the moment.

They didn't have something we ordered, but called immediately to let us know and get it sorted. Great service as always.

Gorgeous red velvet cake . I'm not sure about the chocolate fudge cake as it didn't taste nothing like chocolate . Other than that both my son and I enjoyed the desserts and would for sure order again .

The order was completely wrong ! Cakes are also dry.

The food wasn't bad - just could've picked something up from a shop for the same price. Paninis were very small - I get it's a desert place, but if you're going to sell paninis, don't sell miniature ones! The cheesecake was lovely, but I wouldn't recommend buying anything else other than deserts - otherwise the food was great :).

Don't bother it didn't even arrive

After waiting 2 hours for my order, I received microwaveable waffles (not freshly cooked). Cookie dough was overcooked and became hard. I don't understand why you have good reviews. Only the milkshake was OK standard. But waffles are not fresh, they are type you buy from supermarket and reheat.

The food was amazing. We had the veg lasagne, banofee pie and red velvet cake with Cornish ice cream and pistachio. The banofee pie was home made and fresh and the red velvet was moist and indulgent. It's just a shame that our order was almost a hour late! And they were not answering their phone in the shop. After being 30 mins late we called Just Eat, who also could not get through to anyone. We was offered a refund but decided to wait a little longer as we were super hungry. The guy at Just Eat explained there were several orders going through after my order that were still not delivered even though the shop phone was not being answered. When the driver finally arrived he gave us our food without apology. When we accepted the food and explained it was 50 minutes late, the reply was "oh really?", As if he didn't know how late he was and how poor of a service have been provided. So in all. Great food, terrible customer service, which is a huge shame.

Food arrived earlier than expected, and was incredibly delicious.

Definitely ordering from here again. Best shakes and desserts in town! Highly recommended!!! :D

The food was nice but not worth the cost.

Great as always. Bit disappointed we have to spend £15 now for delivery which two £6/7 sundaes don't meet meaning we have to buy something extra. Still great sundaes and they always give us a call to let us know they are on their way

Every Sunday I either order takeaway or go to the shop for cake and a shake. The BEST cake and shake around.....:.seriously good!

Only thing was half my cookie dough was rock solid, so it was a waste, apart from that everything else was DELICIOUS!

Love the food, oreo milkshakes are the one. Only problem is it's a little overpriced but its worth it.

We really love this place and order regularly, however we are very disappointed to see the minimum order price jump to so much. Unfortunately we now less likely to order as often.

Food tasted good small portions though ... was disappointed with the cookie dough portion was small.

Fat Biscuit again never fails to deliver. Now I've moved house, you can't imagine how great it is that I STILL fall in their catchment area!

very good selection of milkshakes. arrive much sooner than expected and i would order from here again. the milkshakes were still cold on arrival and upright!

Love fat biscuit love the peanut butter and toffee sauce waffle. But got chocolate on it which I didn't order on it it didn't goes well it it at all.

Hygiene was on point. The desert was much much better than previous order. Thanks to the management.

Worst ever Waffle was like a biscuit rock solid and the filooda was a milkshake worst hygiene standards ever never ever buy from this place it should be checked by hygiene officers

Sadly i have never wasted £16.85 on desserts I thought would be nice. The Sundae was watery and melted, the waffles were cold/hard as rocks and the red velvet cake was not moist in anyway. The delivery driver was the slowest man I have ever seen ! Parked up in front of the drive taking 10 mins to get off his motor bike and pick up my food to bring to the door. He had a smug face slightly laughing as he new i wouldn't be happy.Just handed me over a sundae with no lid and dripping down the sides. I was horrified. I will never order again feel so sad to have wasted so much money.

10/10 food but cookie dough portion was very tight but VIP shakes were amazing

The custard was cold and they sent two sticky toffee puddings instead of waffles after saying they had no waffles, the portion size was terrible, really really small I never leave harsh worded reviews but this was a joke

Excellent food however for what I ordered it took over 1 hour which to me 1 waffle and a panini should take 45 minutes at the latest and to be fair price is not cheap!

On receiving my order I noticed that there had been a mistake and something I ordered had been substituted. The manager- Jane- was exceptionally rude on the phone and refused to rectify my order and hung up. It's a shame as the delivery man was lovely!

Just had 3 sundaes delivered to our home. I have my brother visiting from Canada and he was super impressed as were we! The tropical sundae is amazing! I am very particular about my desserts esp since I run a cake business myself. We will be ordering again soon. I've sent pictures to my friends and know they too will be ordering...Probably tonight! Thank you for your prompt delivery and service.

Anything ordered from fat biscuit is always delicious. Unfortunately last night my cookie dough was not as melty as it usually is, I could pick it up and eat it as one giant (crunchy) cookie and delivery took more than an 1hr 30 mins. It hasn't put me off, I've ordered from fat biscuit many times and that was the first time I would rate them as less than 100%. (Just to note, their VIP shakes are incredible) x

Great desserts and everything was great, i understand the rush delivery drivers have to go through when delivering food, one of my shakes was slightly messy with it leaking on the outside probably due to shakiness of driving but overall great desserts and everything to be honest. Planning to order again in the future definitely

Food and shakes were very good on the whole but delivery time was terrible.

I was expecting waffles baked freshly with home made batter but I got the packet kind. To be fair it was still very, very nice. Single scoop portions of ice cream were smaller than when I go in store with my kids.

The waffles were abit hard and pistashio icecream had a really bad taste love the coconut icecream

Recieved my order not long ago. Every shake we ordered tasted great. The manager called to let me know about delivery time, which I think is great customer service. Order came for the time I asked for. I would definately recommend and I would gladly order again. Only thing I would change is if they could offer most of the shakes in size medium as well. But that isn't a major issue.

Ordered at 9pm finally got order after phoning twice at 11.15pm apparently driver was at shop when we last called but we were to,d on the phone they didn't know where he was n they would call him Not as if they have to cook the Icecream ! Got smashed up Apple pie dry waffles half the size of last order

Food was good however I wouldn't have said it was 'fresh' the delivery time was meant tone 21:45 and the food turns up at 22:15 but all in all the takeaway service was brilliant 👍🏻

Cakes where nice but the ice cream was just 'OK'

Although the takeaway service and delivery time was good it was due to the fact that the cookie dough was not cooked properly and it came in small quantity. I was simply not impressed by this cookie dough

This place since they changed the name they don't care anymore about the costumers. Before i used to order so many times and allways happy. Now, i ve been ordering 2 times, since they changed the name and : 1. They forgot about my order and delivered after 4 hours. 2. They left me wait for 2 hour and when i contact them said the driver is JUST about to leave the shop. That's not nice.

The aloo paratha are a bit boring, it could do with some chilli in it and cooked with butter. The lemon cake was okay. The milkshake was nice and thick. They forgot the milkshake on first attempt at delivery. I rang and they apologised and had it sent out ASAP.

Fat Biscuit always deliver on time and never fail to bring us amazing desserts! I have become a regular customer and recommend this place to everyone. Best cheescake in town.

Shakes are lovely and cookie dough but notice the cookie dough is not the same any more smaller than they use to be

The manager delivered my order - I have a lot of respect for that. Great communication - called to get directions as my house is awkward to get to. Food was good.... I recommend the White choco chip cookie dough.

Cookie dough was just one cookie melted in a plastic container charged £4 for.

Lovely as always but the warm cookie dough wasn't the same it was smaller than usual.

Jay the manager is amazing! She always calls to let me know in advance if something is not available and gives me a choice of alternatives, she lets me know exactly when the driver has left and always makes sure I am happy with my order, the food is soo delicious! I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Very friendly service everything I ordered was nice but the banoffee pie was absolutely excellent the milkshake was a bit too sweet for me and had a grainy texture.

Our shakes were nice but the cookie dough was not cooked at all and the red velvet cake was very dry and didn't taste good at all. Quite disappointed as the prices are quite high for the desserts.

I ordered from here for the first time as just recently found out about it. Chose 6 different deserts for around 15 people. I must say, the quality of the deserts were very good. They arrived fresh and were filling. Everyone enjoyed there desert with no complaints. I would definitely recommend Marios and will be ordering from here again!

Ordered from here a couple of times. Food is always great and milkshakes are very tasty. They mention at least an hour delivery time which is understandable, however waiting 2 and a half hours for some milkshakes was a bit long! They did however give us a complimentary slice of cheesecake which I appreciated to make up for how long we waited!

Consistently good food and delivery

Nutella waffle with honey & 100s topping with whipped cream was delicious however I also ordered a panini when it was in its plastic container wrapped inside with tissue, the panni was nice and hot until the tissue was sticking to the panini I had to take off most of the side of the panini off there was no plastic cutlery or tissues to use whilst eating the waffle. But overall taste and service really good will order again! And congrats to your new Fatbiscuit :-)

Fast delivery ice cream Sunday was tasty enough but expensive for what was being nearly 10 pound minimum spend should be a bit lower if your gonna add a 2 pound charge for delivery

Everything was good except the walnut cake didn't taste fresh was quite hard orher then that the waffles, cookie dough and milkshake was delicious 😁

Second time I've order from you. Second time you have rung me to say you had run out of something could have something else instead. My fussy nephew wanted the panini but didn't like the second choice panini we got.

Excellent, ordered waffle, shake and red velvet sundae. I would suggest though with the sundae you don't fully load the cup because when you want to take the top off to eat your sundae it just leaks completely out the side of the cup before you've even put your spoon in it. Try topping it with fresh cream if you want it to look full. Other than that my little family enjoyed our Sunday treat.

Deliveries used to take 20 minutes but now take an hour! Aside from that lovely, the skittles milkshake is a dream.

This was my first order with the new management in place, reading the reviews about stale cakes I made note I wanted fresh cakes and the manager rang to assure me everything had arrived fresh that morning which was nice of her. The red velvet chocolate and Victoria sponge were fresh and really nice. Portions were quite generous except for the red velvet. Could have been the same size as the other 2. The apple pie wasn't to my liking, way too many spices and just too over powering. I prefer a pie with apples but that's just my personal opinion . This was supplied with custard which was nice and warm. Delivery was prompt. Overall the service was good as was the food. Will order again.

Considering that we live in E17, delivery was quick and well within estimated time. Size of the Milkshakes were quite filling and love their full waffle Sundae. Management later texted to ask if everything was ok. 10/10 for food quality and service, would recommend.
