Really poor experience..and a poor customer outcome..from a customer that had been going there for years

Lovely food and wide choice across the menu using the app is easy and prompt and delivery has been 30-45 mins the last three times The food is varied which is great as the usual CTM etc gets boring so choosing varieties and additional special sauces is good for the experience The sauces have been thick and flavoursome all bar the first time we used CQ so that’s good Meals tend to come with rice Keep up the good work

The chicken in my curry was that dry and chewy I had to throw it away. It was like eating rubber. Had a mushroom purée starter and it was nothing like any other I have had from other Indian restaurants. Just awful food.

King prawn puri delicious. Chicken dhansak superb. Came with pilau rice. Peshawari naan great. Delivery within 30 minutes. Not expensive. What's not to Like? I certainly did. Well done.

Third time I order food from Curry Queen, food is tasty and portions are perfect! Best indian takeout!

We have ordered from here many times now and have thoroughly enjoyed every meal! Full of flavour, piping hot and delicious. The only fault I would say, is that the websites ‘meal tracker’ could be a little more accurate. Thank you curry queen!

Really nice curry. I am a vegetarian and there is so much on the menu I never struggle. I usually go for delivery which is normally quick.

Quality Indian food . Good portions . Quick . Reasonable price . Go through just eat pay cash on delivery . Used it many times not had a bad one yet .

Recently moved to Basingstoke and was looking for a decent curry and come across Curry Queen. Was really tasty and good value for money. You also get discount if you order directly from them and not Just Eat. Will definitely be having it again soon.

This is our go to place for takeaway. The food is good and plentiful. We always order via just eat and have never had a problem. Because we live close we've also been into the shop and ordered. The prices are not too exorbitant and delivery is always a reasonable time and the delivery guys are always polite. Can highly recommend.

Being new to the area I looked at several menus before selecting this one to try, partly because it was very competitively priced. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. I had: onion bahajis; 2 per portion and they were almost the size of my fist, not at all greasy and very tasty, lamb biryani-again lovely and mutter paneer. All for less than £14 and could have easily fed 2, the portions were more than generous. It also arrived almost the the minute of the predicted time. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be using again.

This is our 'go to' Indian takeaway. We order though Just eat and never have we had a problem. The portions are large and the food is always hot. Would recommend.

I'm sure the food is just fine, the problem is when we phoned up to place the order the guy on the other end could not really speak a word of English or even understand what we were trying to order, I'm not expecting perfect English by any means but this was beyond a joke spent a good few minutes trying to explain my address, we live 5 mins up the same road as them. I was having to spell out every word, in the end I gave up. I don't have a spare day to waste. Change the phone bloke! Or lose customers.

Mi compañero y yo pedimos comida para llevar desde aquí el sábado 15 de abril de 2017, el fin de semana festivo. No entregar. Incluso tenemos una captura de pantalla de cuando intentamos llamarlos en 11. 30 por la noche para demostrar que no habían entregado.Nos explique que vivimos en una seguridad complejo y el conductor habría tenido que llamar a nuestro timbre para pasar por la puerta. Nadie siquiera llamado nuestros móviles. Cuando cuestionaron el conductor después les dimos esta información el conductor dijo que dijo alguien fue a la puerta y tomó la comida. Básicamente él evidentemente mintieron! ! ! El conductor es el liklihood no podía ser molestado para entregar al ser post 11:00h y nos fuimos a casa.Esencialmente este es incapaz de llevar lo básico de lo que no se espera una comida para llevar para hacer que es ofrecer su comida.Si éste no es lo suficientemente mala como el personal mentir sobre entrega de la orden que ha impedido que la casa devolviéndonos todo nuestro dinero hambre para la comida que nunca recibimos. No hay reembolso. Ninguna disculpa. No hay oferta de crédito.Como un abogado y un director de £27 no es una pérdida enorme. Sin embargo, esperan conseguir lo que has pagado o, al menos, una disculpa y algo de rectificación de sus error en lugar conseguimos una mentira flagrante y así no solo servicio servicio pobre!Yo conecte el captura de pantalla para demostrar que llamamos persiguiendo nuestra orden que aparentemente ya se han entregado en este punto.

Very good & varied menu - easy ordering online - speedy delivery - delicious food cooked with care - have never been disappointed ...

Lovely food with a large choice. Very tasty and piping hot. Eat from here regularly and am pleased to report consistently high standard of food. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've not eaten in the restaurant, always have their delivery service. The food is delicious, plenty of choice, fast friendly delivery and always piping hot. Thoroughly recommend

He tenido cuatro comidas para llevar del Curry Queen sobre el último par de meses y han sido excelentes. Deliciosas salsas, carne tierna, grandes porciones, buena relación calidad-precio y entrega muy puntual. Yo realmente no entiendo las críticas negativas de más abajo. Se está convirtiendo en nuestro favorito para llevar. Modhu probar su pollo cocinado con anacardos, miel y esmirna, absolutamente deliciosa!

Muy lento, no es fiable servicio. cotizado 1 hora de entrega, que es bastante mala, y después una hora y cuarto nos dijeron que sería otros 30 minutos! Después de que el cordero en nuestro fin último era tan difícil como Boot cuero, he tenido suficiente y no te utilizando este servicio.

Never had a problem with this place, food order is always right and arrives hot and in good time. That is more than I can say for some of the other takeaways in Basingstoke. Would recommend.

Great takeaway, I was recommended to this place by a friend. The meal I had last Saturday was totally amazing. I will be visiting again very soon. Very good service too.

This review is based on my takeaway on a weeknight. Delivery was alright but just over the time expected. The first issue was that the poppadoms were stale. The second was the chicken meat was not tender at all. The sauce and rice did taste ok. It was average but I would not rush back because there's better out there.

This is our regular Indian takeaway and 9 times out of 10 the food is excellent and the delivery is fast.The currys do seem to be a bit hotter than other restaurants I have used, especially the Jalfrezi. This is a good thing inmy book though!There have been a couple of occasions where the delivery was a LOT longer than quoted. The 2nd time this happened I rang up to cancel the order, but was told to keep the food and my money was refunded in full. So a bad situation was dealt with well.

Thought we would give it a go on a Friday night and so ordered a delivery....Omg it was a terrible mistake. We were told the delivery would take 45 minutes but actually took almost 2 hours to get to me after having to phone up twice. The food was cold, greasy, had no taste and to top it off one of the rices was missing :(

Best indian take away in basingstoke. We order from here most weeks and they have always been on time. And most important have never got are order wrong. Unlike some others we have tryed in the past. There friendly on the phone and easy to understand. Will now only order from curry queen.

Great Food and Excellent Service every time. Deliveries always on time. I live just outside Basingstoke but travel occasionally to collect. I would recommend this takeaway to any curry lovers.
