Absolutely gorgeous curry’s I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I used to be a huge fan of masala sauce however I have since tried something new chicken dupiaza and the taste is just brilliant!!

Silsden is blessed with a take away like this that prides itself in a creative menu and truly mouthwatering flavours... unfortunately it's no longer the Curry Corner restaurant but Sid has picked up the mantle with this class take away.

This place does the best food, especially the cheesy chips, the naan is always hot and the curry is the best around Always very nice and polite too.

Had takeaway from this place few times. Food is delicious never had a problem only waiting time is longer than normal. Been in this profession all my life so I know the difference highly recommend this place .

We had a takeaway from this place on a holiday trip, the menu has varieties of foods including burgers and donner kebab, we tried some curries as well some kebab it was so delicious we end up eating from this place until we was in that area for 12 days of our trip. We were visiting the area and found curry corner on trip advisor. We were not disappointed. My husband had the Sid special and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Portion size for starters, mains etc were really generous. Nan bread was great flavour and texture. Good value, nice people and great food. We wish you well with your expansion.

My view of this particular eaterie is only enhanced with every visit. No doubt in my mind (for what it’s worth!) that this is one of the finest Indian restaurants in Yorkshire..if not the finest…and it’s not just South Asian dishes that you can find here…it does some popular lines in Mongolian, Burmese and Cambodian as well as other cuisines. There’s a depth to the taste that suggests that Sid’s chefs really do know what they are doing… and each dish uses only the freshest ingredients, often as garnish, which only adds to the character and crunch of each of the many dishes I’ve tasted on my many visits there. You rarely find those new dimensions in taste and flavour. Those moments need to be cherished and Curry Corner provides more than its fair share of them. Always a treat!!

Went here with friends while on a canal boat holiday, service was great with very friendly staff. We all picked different dishes and each one was impeccable! Honestly sad that we don’t live locally. The Sid’s Special was the best curry I’ve had in years.

I went with a group of friends on Friday evening for a meal. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection just how I wanted my food to taste like. The service was very good and the restaurant has a very good hygiene.

As a Asian I usually go to Bradford for eating out Indian food 10 miles from where I live . Today I visited this place 3 miles away from my home with a friend . We had lamb chops grill with 3 other curry dishes probably the best food around the this non Asian area. Little pricey but worth paying.

Took my dad for a meal after reading the reviews on here and it really didn't disappoint. The staff were lovely, the prices were reasonable but above all the food was incredible. I liked it so much that I had a takeaway the following week! This will definitely be my go to place going forward 😊

My son and I visited the restaurant for the first time this evening. There was a fantastic range of vegetarian and neat dishes. The food was excellent and the staff including Sid, the owner, couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back.

After 2 years had another curry hoping for an improvement. No. Who has pickled onions in a curry or pasta. All a padding to make you feel that you are getting a bargain. Rubbish food and stupid prices. £26.50 for 2 crap curries.

Curry Corner is an exceptional restaurant. They also thankfully operate as a takeaway (as we have a young family and can't often arrange dining out). I logged in to leave a review and was surprised to see it is more than seven years since I was sufficiently moved by our first ever visit to leave a glowing review of this place! My wife and I have been regular customers of Curry Corner ever since, despite living the other side of Settle (45minutes away). The food is unflinchingly fresh, always delicious and extremely-well priced. The staff are attentive and friendly and not once in seven-plus years have we had anything but a superb meal. This is, without question, both mine and my wife's favourite place to eat and I hope to have as many enjoyable experiences again over the next seven years.

Just had possibly my best curry ever at this finest (IMO) of Yorkshire restaurants...a lamb chop Ghalibi Lucnawi...it was simply sublime with a depth of flavour I've rarely come across and a punishing heat that just bizarrely kept drawing you in for more...and like the masochist I am I was drawn in. It was hard work but worth every mouthful. It's one of the many one off specials that you'll find at this place and indeed nowhere else...if you google Ghalibi Lucnawi you get nothing other than a vague definition of "victorious person from Lucnow" (perhaps) so these really are uniquely created dishes. This place is a goldmine for those wanting a great curry but it's nirvana who really do want something different. It was Friday night..the place was empty...it should be heaving. The food is simply the finest Indian cuisine you'll come across! End of!

We ordered a take away for dinner, Lamb Tikka Vindaloo and Chicken Tikka Masala with naans. We got the 2 Curry Deal for £16. Both curries were full of flavour, very tender and well cooked meat and the naans were brilliant. The heat of the vindaloo was perfect, hot enough but without overwhelming the flavour. Possibly the best curry I've had in the UK. Well worth a visit.

The menu is extensive with several curries I'd never come across. I settled for an onion bhaji starter then a chicken Hydrabad curry with pilau rice. I shared the starter- just as well because the 2 bhajis, which were served with salad and a sauce, were huge. The bhajis were cripsy and tasty. The pilau rice was fragrant. The curry sauce had a tomato and chickpea base which was delicious. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Overall an excellent meal with good prices. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were going to a music gig in Silsden and found reviews for Sids Curry Corner on Tripadvisor. I have to say we had one of our best ever eating experiences. The menu choice was like a kid given free range in a sweet shop, didn't know what to try!!! There are a lot of dishes and combinations I've not come across. The owner and his staff were very friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. The gig was good too so I'm sure we'll be back to enjoy your hospitality.

A couple of recent trips to Curry Corner have only cemented my view that this is one of the best, most creative Indian restaurants in Yorkshire. End of! The menu has a host of special dishes that I'm slowly working through but the overall richness and quality of the food - from starters through to side dishes - puts most restaurants in the shade. The most recent trip on a wet Wednesday evening in September was as good as it gets. Poppadoms to open with a full compliment pickle tray including my own 'love it or hate it' favourite lime pickle was a great opening gambit. A massive main size starter of chana on puri was similarly outstanding with the tamarind infused lamb chop Dadar Samba simply divine. Five lamb chops!! Only tiny issue is they should make their chips a bit more interesting (double/triple cook) but then chips should never be a priority for an Indian restaurant!!A near full house too on a midweek day which is always a good sign. GO and book a table if you've not been!!

Fancied a carry out on our narrow boat holiday, so went for this establishment. Had a few beers on the afternoon and ordered for collection. Good selection of curries and great quality. Only thing I didn’t like was peas and sweetcorn in the garlic pilau rice.... Apart from that, really good Indians and fairly priced.

Each curry we ordered had a delicious taste and each curry was different. The dahl was garlicky and the lamb tikka was spicy and full of coconut spices. Order the okra too; it was full of flavour. A small restaurant with conscientious staff. Delicious.

Having found out that none of the village pubs served food in the evening we went here and were pleasantly surprised at the tasty food on offer. An unassuming place but friendly staff and a nice range of authentic and interesting food. Something for everyone .You won't be disappointed if you come here.

My husband and I visited this place whilst travelling along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. The food was fabulous, wonderfully cooked and well presented. The staff were lovely and we felt really well looked after. Would definitely visit again if we were in the area.

My girlfriend and I have been having weekly Indian food trying out all the takeaways in the area. I’d been a bit disappointed because any we’d ordered were okay but nothing special. Then we decided to order from curry corner and we’re blown away. Beautiful curries with flavour and texture combinations that are totally yum! And one order of £20 is enough to feed us for two meals each so decent value too! Plus they gave us onion bhajis for free, bonus! If you are ordering two curries, if you mention the 2 curry deal, you get 2 curries and 2 sundries for £16. This is definitely our weekly curry house now. Def worth a try. You can thank me later ❤️

We have been coming here since we first moved to Silsden, mainly for takeaways and also to eat in either with family or friends. We’ve eaten in other places locally and further afield when on holiday, and tbh I am always disappointed when we eat anywhere else as we have obviously been spoilt with what we get at our little local. Curries are full of flavour and perfectly cooked naan and rice. We don’t go anywhere else.

Sid's Curry Corner is always authentic, flavoursome food, served with a warm welcome. The menu has an excellent range of regional curries, all cooked to your liking and always full of flavour. If you're not sure, just ask Sid and he'll be only too pleased to help you.

We have recently moved to Silsden and have heard very good things about Curry Corner so we decided to give it a go on a Friday evening. We sat upstairs, which felt a little uncomfortable as it was very quiet and we could hear the conversations of those around us. The waiter was friendly and efficient and the menu was reasonably priced. You can also take your own alcohol. The food arrived promptly, and was fine, if a little bland. We also felt that the decor was a little outdated and could do with an update!

Unbelievable food and service, went for a curry with my dad and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Special mention to Shahadath a lovely person meet and chat about GOT with 🙂

As others have said, don't be put off by the unpromising entrance - it's a very good restaurant. They advertise their food as being freshly cooked. I normally take a claim like this with several pinches of salt, but in this case it was clearly true. My saag aloo was gorgeous, and my husband, who is given to understatement, said his biryani was 'very nice'. Service was pleasant and efficient.

Great restraunt! Quick service and food come out on time and still hot. 3 out of 4 curries were really nice, the only one we wasn't keen on was the chicken Korma. Other then that food was amazing.

Arrived early, only 2 others there. The decor is around 1975, and no air conditioning with near 30 degree temperature outside. A bit if ventilation would have helped.

One of those restaurants where people say "I can understand that the food is good - but what persuaded you to go in, in the first place?" In other words don't be put off from the outside (although the door was being painted when we visited) inside it's a pleasant Indian restaurant over 2 floors - the food is really good and freshly cooked and the staff are helpful and friendly. Exceptionally good value too.

If you want an unpretentious curry that if obviously freshly cooked, this is the place. One of the best curries I have ever had (and I've had a lot!).

We were staying nearby in Gargrave and decided to get a takeaway - followed trip advisor and decided to drive down to Curry Corner. The food was delicious - especially liked the King Prawn Madras and the peshwari naan's - all the dishes were tasty and everyone of my 8 family members were satisfied. Excellent value for money.

Drive into Silsden and you can’t really miss it, it’s on the main road by the bridge, on the corner! There is no dedicated parking, so you need to find street parking on the side streets, or use the car park a few minutes walk away.

We stumbled upon Curry Corner when travelling back to Lincolnshire from a walking holiday in the Lake District. The food was prepared with care and absolutely delicious. Great value for money also (so should appeal to the locals!) Would definitely visit again. Polite unobtrusive staff. The food does the talking.

I have never visited the actual restaurant but always enjoy a curry from here when at my parents during the holiday. They do a very good curry deal for 2 which is enough to feed 3 if you order an extra starter. Very reasonably priced. Delivery always fast and staff very pleasant and food just excellent.

Popped in on a Saturday night and had no trouble obtaining a table. Just had to wait a couple of minutes while the table was cleared and prepared.

Back to my favourite curry restaurant last night.

It's a pokey entrance and the carpet inside the door worn and a bit greasy looking but the food we were given was interesting and very well prepared. I had a starter of spicy fish goujons (can't remember the restaurant's name for the dish) followed by the "Staff curry of the day". The fish was perfectly decent but nothing special. The curry full of contrasting flavours and textures. It had clearly been prepared as a one off and was excellent. Each of my three friends had similarly interesting and well prepared meals. And generous helpings. Thoroughly recommended.

Defiantly not disable friendly to many steps also of road parking which you can find difficult as it's quite a walk to park. On going down the steps then up the steps. You then find your the only persons in there. On choosing the meal it arrived prompt and as currys go very good reasonably priced.good service shame no one in

Qué delicia! Fuimos al final de nuestro paseo en barco por el canal de vacaciones y estaban impactados por la calidad de la comida, la variedad de platos interesantes en el menú, así como los favoritos tradicionales. Bueno, la comida honesta sin excesiva coloración.

We have now been to Curry Corner about 4 times. The flavours of tbd curries are fantastic. The starters are all delicious. All tbe curries are gluten free. It would be fantastic if you could at some point extend the starters to include more gluten free and a chapti would be the icing on the cake. Keep up the great work. Service excellent very friendly.

It was the last day of our canal boat holiday and we wanted a nice meal to finish the week off. We weren't disappointed. We had a great meal, very good food. You could tell they were doing things properly when the mixed kebab came with chicken on the bone. We all had different main courses and liked them all, my Lamb Pathia was really tasty and I've had a few over the years. My daughter thought the Bengal fish was the best.

Having read the reviews previously we were a little sceptical about trying this restaurant out and stepping out of our usual haunts. The staff were well dressed and very polite. The popadoms were fresh and non greasy: the pickle tray was good too. The meal was served piping hot and the breads had just been cooked. The food smelt as well as tasted delicious. This restaurant definitely offers value for money and we will definitely be back soon. Can't wait!!
