Lovely place for drinks. Very family friendly children do have to be out for 7pm but this is very reasonable. Prices are fair. First time I've been in since the new owner has took over and the pub looks so much better.

I visited this pub for my cousins 60th birthday bash. It is Judy’s local and she has been frequenting this pub for years. On my one and only visit I found it to be a typical local type pub. Friendly staff, reasonable priced beer and roomy enough for functions. No complaints, no hassle just a friendly atmosphere and child friendly.

A rainy evening and this was the nearest pub. The main bar was full so we went to the rear bar. The (apparently only) serving staff was aware of us but continued to serve only the customers in the main bar. After 15 minutes we left, unattended and disappointed. Goodies from Tesco Express, back on out hotel rooms for our family evening. No wonder pubs are going under.

I've moved to the area and tried the Cumberland a few times. Mostly I feel like an interloper. Though there has been some banter with customers and staff, I have still felt an outsider. Other than that it's okay. Not the cleanest or with the nearest furniture but okay.

Seriously amazed this spot actually makes money. Been in a few times to give it chance and it's always so dead. It's dirty and the chance of a quiet drink is non existent with kids running all over unwatched by parents. The car park wall has collapsed and is just left laying there which is a clear health and safety concern especially as they use this area for events for kids. Surprised at Thwaites for this venue won't be back.

It was the weekend of Morecambe Music Festival and this is one of the pubs I visited. It was welcoming and looks good since the refurbishment it has earlier this year. Overall, well spaced out, clean and well presented with friendly staff and a happy relaxing atmosphere generally. Also reasonably priced drinks too. Definitely good for having a drink - on your own or with friends.

Nice enough place for a shindig. The adult bouncy castle was novel. Decent pint. But would like to see Pinot on the menu.

Even when passing by on the moors above Lancaster I very often end up dropping down to get my dinner or tea from Neptune - its fresh delicious properly cooked (fish not cooked like leather!) and lovely chips!

Lovely food and atmosphere, lively and funny staff. Ellie kept a smile on our faces as she checked in on us. Well stocked bar with good selection of drinks. Cracking flatbreads.
