Excellent coffee shop. Friendly and helpful staff who are clearly happy in their work. The cinnamon bun was delicious and the coffee is great. Place was spotless and we had a lovely experience. So nice to be served by polite young people rather than those who hardly acknowledge you, which is often sadly the case nowadays. We hosted on Friday 23rd August. Thank you and we will be back.

Excellent genuine sourdough baked in Wigginton at Meads Farm. The french sticks are particularly good. This sourdough has large holes and is very tasty. If you prefer small holes (as I do!) ask for the smallest loaf.

Nice, stripped back cafe with top notch coffee and tempting baked treats. The real icing on the cake though is the front of house man, Jack. Worth travelling miles to see his smile alone.

The cofffe and pastry were delicious ( not cheap though). Clientele normal middle class types typical of the area. Unfortunately the service at the till was less than enthusiastic, young girl, don’t know if she was looking down her nose or just disinterested. Every customers money is as good as the next so they would do well to remember that. I wouldn’t go back due to the service, didn’t particularly like the seating arrangement either. Plenty of other coffee places around.

Amazing place - best sourdough ever and fabulous pastries. The croissants are flakey and buttery and utterly delicious. Also great coffee - fabulous! And great helpful staff as well :-)

We had tea and snack in this place. It was OK but I most enjoyed my chocolate croissant. It’s good to stop for coffee or tea.

Stopped by with my husband whilst in the area for a hot choc (very good) tea and a a couple of pastries. Service speedy and staff friendly. Chocolate praline cake a must try for chocolate lovers, very goey & very chocolatey! Nice place, quiet, minimalistic decor, casual chilled out feel with a fair bit of seating available. Would love to see filled sandwiches sold here made with their delicious looking breads! Only sweet pastries/cakes available available, albeit all very nice :)

The pastries are good no doubt. However, I've brought them from stores that this bakery supplies. I was expecting a service that mirrored their glossy Instagram posts and chic website and that's where it fails something miserably. Served by some lad who could do with reading up on what customer service means. Clientele was a homework club sprawled out across the middle table and the usual Veja trainer wearing sort with an iphone clutched tighter to them than a tramp with a bag of chips who are happy to get into your own personal space with their gossip and who hope that you don't have a problem with that. Get a take away pastry and go elsewhere for a drink.

This new place looks great on the Tring High Street. I’ve had a takeaway of the coffee so know it’s really good and the ‘to die for’ doughnuts. Today I had time to come and sit down but sadly no decaf coffee so another time.

First class Cafe in excellent location on the crossroads of high street leading from Rothschild Natural History museum. Slick, personable service & excellent pastries, Tea, Coffee & also Hot chocolate for the kids at a really fair price. Decor made me want to re-decorate at once. Simple and effective. Would travel to be here again. We’ll done to those involved 👍

Beautifully designed cafe with amazing pastries and delicious coffee. Fairly newly opened, they are so slick and professional, but also so warm and welcoming. We had pain au chocolate with the most incredible pastry - so light and delicious. The doughnuts are out of this world - jam packed with delicious fillings. Also bought sourdough and brownie to go… couldn’t resist. They have a small selection but do it really well. A gem and well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back.

We don't know the whole story but it looks like they are fairly newly opened. What grabbed our attention were the pastries on display. A small range but looking fantastic. Croissants, pain au chocolat, doughnuts filled with amazing creamy fillings, brownies. Plus sourdough bread. We bought croissants, pain au chocolat and doughnuts to take away and weren't disappointed. Probably the best croissants we've tasted in years. Hope they are a huge success.

Quite a nice venue, plenty of parking but it is advisable to use the overflow carpark as the main one fills up quickly. The pub itself is very nice, very spacious with plenty of tables. The food was adequate, good portion sizes and cooked well. The menu was ok, typical pub restaurant food. I was not really blown away with the menu, they do serve pizza on a Saturday lunchtime. Price is on par with your usual pub food around the area. The only downside was the service, over an hour from ordering to receiving our food. But it was quite busy, so take that into account when going. All in all a pleasant meal out.

Brilliant spot for walkers, dogs, cyclists, families with small children. Food is great too.
