Cullercoats Coffee Co. (Tynemouth) in North Tyneside

The staff were friendly. Good coffees, but the cakes were over-sugary and not subtle in flavour. The place was clean and tidy.

Called in to escape rain! Friendly staff. Very well made cappuccino, just as it should be, lovely foamy frothy milk that stayed the whole way down. Wish all coffee shops could do this! Lovely coffee too, not bitter. Will def call again when in Tynemouth.

Another good visit to this lovely modern coffee shop. No indoor seating though, so not sure how business will go for them on a cold winters day. Reasonable prices as well.

Best coffee in North Tyneside! I had an oat flat white and it was beautifully made and the perfect temperature. Nice to see staff happy to be at work and having craic with other customers and regulars. Also dog friendly which is a bonus 😁

Nice modern outlet which is fitted out and branded well. Good coffee but at the upper end of the price point. Customer purchases coffee inside shop then collect outside from a hatch. Then can thensit at a table to enjoy it. Problem is that it is all weather dependent. Also, on my 2 visits the staff were happy to be having a conversation between themselves whilst serving customers, which is never good. On both occasions I also had to ask for a table to be cleaned, so maybe less chatting and more awareness of keeping the facilities clean. There is a yellow bin to put your empties with a sign asking you to empty of cup of liquid first….but no where to put the coffee (only the pavement).
