Lovely food and really friendly staff

No card payments accepted. Once again I ordered a ‘hot’ curry only to find it was so mild I could have given it to the kids. There’s a good choice on the menu (with the previous proviso). They do offer free pains with online orders….but we found there weren’t any dips etc.

Best takeaway in cultcheth. Never had an issue with food. Staff brilliant as usual. King kebab is brilliant. Keep it up

Worst kebab we have ever had we ordered four kebabs with salad mayo and chilli sauce we recieved 4 plain kebabs with a small bag of salad to share between 4 of us the meat wasnt good and dry the bread was doughy the tubs of sauce they sent were tiny and the onions looked slimey. We will not be ordering from culcheth masala again

We have been ordering from Culcheth Masala since they opened. The house special kebab, Lamb biryani is fantastic! Great friendly customer service. Best Kabab in Warrington 👍

I pre-ordered before they opened for delivery ASAP. Their website said it'd take 45 mins which I thought was a long time already but took the chance. An hour later I called up and he said it'd be another 20 mins cos they were busy. On a Wednesday night right when they opened?? Unlikely! I cancelled my order

6 out of the 7 orders we have had delivered over the months have had items missing but we’ve let it go our fault, usually spending between £35/42, last night I phoned them to inform them Popadoms were missing , they weren’t prepared in the interest of customer satisfaction to do anything , which is fine my money will spend anywhere , sometimes success creates arrogance .

Absolute joke of restaurant, order at 7pm it said 45-55mins, phoned at 8.30pm and they said it was put in 25 mins due to the fight, food turned up at 9.20pm just wish they had been honest about delivery time as I wouldn't have orders from them. Have to admit food was tasty when eventually got to try it, but not as hot as expected.

Placed an order tonight and nearly two hours later… still no order… complete waste of money and time. Phone number doesn’t work so can’t get in contact with them. Bloody rubbish.

Great Indian. Better than anything I’ve ordered when living in Haydock and orford. Friendly guy in the front too

Me & my partner came here tonight first time trying and it was honestly the best decision ever. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were really friendly. The place was really clean & they even chucked us some free popadoms & sauces in 🤩 by far the best Indian we’ve had. This will now be our regular Indian. Look forward to ordering again thank you so much 👍

Had a takeaway tonight had a chicken jalfrezi meat tough no flavour in it was not good also had a chicken rogan josh which was bright red in colour chicken tough no onions or tomatoes in it tasted salty not good

Birthday takeaway. First time we've used, Culcheth Massala being new to the area, and was impressed, ordered online no problem with a delivery time of 17.45 and was delivered bang on time, couldn't of asked for better service. Food order all correct, and was very nice. Will definitely use again.

Have a delivered takeaway most weekends from the lovely staff at Culcheth Massala. Food is always fabulous, plentiful and hot. Would definitely recommend.

Fresh and tasty ingredients and excellent value, definitely the best curries in Warrington.

I just had a chicken Vindaloo it was very tasty if you like hot curries like me. It is reasonably priced and my meal was still hot when i received it . I would highly recommend this takeaway fantastic.

Had a leaflet put through our door. Thought we would try it a change from our usual Indian. It was very nice good size portions nice and hot. We will definitely be returning customers

Very nice food. Just the right heat levels and flavour. One small issue with a missing bottle was solved very quickly which they brought round as soon as I contacted about it. Will definitely be ordering again.

The best Indian take away in miles.I have been to every indian in Culcheth and east lancs and this is the best .Great price's plenty of hot food.Excellent customer service. Even do home delivery.10 of 10 if I could.Very clean and very fresh food excellent.

Ordered 2 mid week specials tonight for our family, order was delivered on time and nice and hot. Food was delicious, better than a lot of restaurants we have been to. Highly recommend, excellent value for money. Will definitely use again.

We have just had our 4th meal from Culcheth Massala and each time it has been really nice. We get the meal for 2 plus a few extra bits.. each time it has been really tasty there has been plenty and its been hot. The delivery was fast and when we have phoned up or gone in the service and friendlyness was really good. Thankyou Culcheth Massala we will use you regularly if this standard keeps up and will fully recommend you to others... 🙂

Don't really like leaving a bad review but as it was our first visit to Culcheth Massala I felt the need to give feedback, the service was quick maybe too quick, we ordered the set meal for two the aloo chat puri and prawn puri were nice the rest of it not so good, butter chicken is my absolute favourite meal but it just tasted like it was chicken in tomato soup, jalfrezi was runny (plus note it did contain fresh chillies) not sure what the rice was but it was suppose to be pilau nowhere near convinced it was and the bombay potatoes were hard and tasteless very disappointed and won't be going back again

Orderered a set meal for 2 there was no Chutney with Popadoms only one Starter and no Nan Bread the food tasted good but not complete meal Disapointed.

Good food, you can taste the freshness. Will use again. I have to say a word for the delivery service. Was also first class.

Nice and tasty food and a good size of portions. Recommended.
