Cuban Sandwich Factory in Belfast

This was my first ever Cuban sandwich and now I’m addicted. Real hearty comfort food, and with the vibrant interior and Cuban music playing you’re really transported to another world. A brilliant place, I wish they’d open up branches over in England too! Large portion for a very fair price. Don’t forget the garlic mayo for your sweet potato fries. 10/10

Although the food is good, it doesn't have much variety. It would improve the service.

Love the food here, they somehow take what seems like an average looking toasty to new heights. Quality ingredients and a final product that melts in the mouth. Wish I ate here more.

Horrible attitude by the girl at the bar - sandwich was dry and lemonade had just ice. Not impressed at all

3rd time ordered from Deliveroo and 3rd time order not confirmed and no response from email! You'd have thought they would have the courtesy to reply after charging £16+ for a bloody cheese sandwich!! Never get any of my money I'm afraid! Far too much other choice and better service out there!

Absolutely delicious lunch here yesterday with my husband. Please please open a cafe here in Ballymena! My beef brisket was melt in your mouth, alongside rice/beans and chips; and my husband's baguette was sloppy joe - also delicious🤤, accompanied by home-made lemonade. Keep up the high standard and consider opening up at nights! :))

Some spot. Been coming here since they opened. Long term customer from the saint Georges market days and the queens arcade. Best lunch time food in the city. Affordable also!

Far too long of a wait for a sandwich

Very bad, and the smell of pork is on everything, even in the bags. Knowing that I am a student without, unfortunately, I threw all the applications in the trash.

Nice but very long service. They favor Uber Eats orders rather than dine-in customers. The ordered sandwiches did not arrive at the same time, but one after the other... Otherwise, the food is not bad at all. But the toilets are really not clean.

A warm welcome, in a quirky yet homely surrounding, great tunes, but most importantly good food and good value. I'll definitely be back.

This is literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had, was genuinely so impressed. All the flavours and the texture of the baguette. Not too hard, a soft but crispy bite. I really hate baguettes normally because a lot of places do them too hard! Such a cool place inside too, this was the city centre one I was in. 10/10 wil be back :)

My most favourite food in Belfast. By a clear 500 miles. I love the owner, his humour and his good mood and infectious smile always helps my mood

ordered through company deliveroo account and company waited until it was supposed to be delivered before cancelling on me! first and LAST i will order from them and will make sure the other 240 colleagues who also have company account access are aware of this woeful service too!

Great food, the cuban sauce on the cubano and the cuban slaw were wicked. Nice little place, authentic and traditional. Lovely staff and not too dear. All in 10/10

We waited 30 minutes for our order. 30 minutes when from what I could see in the kitchen, everything was precooked, and it just needed assembled and toasted. I could only describe the pace as glacial. It wasn’t particularly busy either, there was two tables that I could see, a couple just eat orders. During our wait 2 other people ordered so they weren’t rammed, they were just really slow. I kinda wish I had gotten a smoothie but I probably would have drunk it all before I got my sandwich. My sandwich was £8.75.

I was poorly served, asked for something and got other food in my dish, and they had forgotten something. I was with two friends, the waitress brought water for my friends but she ignored me. A problem with me? I wouldn't come back.

Loved it, food was tasty and service was quick. Order and pay at the reception desk, take ypur drinks and wait for your food, it doesn't take long to arrive. Loved it. Will return very soon.

Disappointed. I used to regularly use cuban sandwich place in city centre behind boots. Definitely not the standard I remember. Wait time for take away was 32 minutes. Sandwich tasted good but crumbled and burnt.

Food was luke warm, meat should be either cold or hot, basic food hygiene. When i sat down there was a smell of ammonia like stale cat urine. Several items were unavailable despite a fairly limited menu. All in all, a poor experience at a premium price. Muy mal.

Mouth wateringly good lunch! Make sure that you get here early so you can cop their beef brisket before it runs out. Unfortunately it only took me three years to have my second sarnie here as I don’t live in NI but I made sure to revisit last weekend as I was craving it a pit stop on my next trip.

Haven't tried their food yet but their coffee is the best! Great customer service and ambience! Love this place even though only been twice. Can't wait to try the food!

Went yesterday with my friends for lunch and it was honestly the best sandwich I’ve had in my whole life. Staff are amazing and so helpful and genuinely lovely people. Definitely will recommend this to everyone and will 100% be back ❤️

Food was delicious. Salad was fresh. Beef was well cooked, juicy and moist. The quantity was good, worth money. Service was very good. The ambience along with the music eased up the outside loud traffic.

Partner & I got Key West Cubano yesterday from just eat and ended up with food poisoning. Pity because they're generally decent sandwiches.

Undoubtedly the best sandwiches in Belfast. For those of us who are used to good food, this is the place. Latin flavors. Besides that there is good music, atmosphere and nice decoration.

Sat in and the restaurant decor is quirky and had a great Latin vibe about it. The menu is pretty simple but the sandwiches speak for themselves! Highly recommend the Cuban reuben! Delicious and great value for money. If you haven't tried it get on it!

Such a great discovery. The sandwich is packed with a generous amount of ingredients and is toasted at perfection. The fries are very nice too.

Fabulous! I had the Sloppy Joe (Beef)and my daughter had the Key West Cuban (pulled pork) with chips, Cuban sauce and chimmichurra... Incredible value, nice friendly staff, lovely quirky restaurant and DELICIOUS food.

I came here after a Black Cab tour so was feeling absolutely wiped. Luckily, this place did not disappoint. Firstly the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I appreciated the decor inside. I ordered the Pollo a la Barbocoa, which as you can see from the pictures, was pretty big. The bread was very well done - not too hard or crunchy which is a danger when you're getting sandwiches in this sort of bread. The meat itself was tender, and the CSF sauce I had was like a very mildly spicy mayo. I had a meal which was with a drink and chips, coming to around £9 which was very reasonable. The only thing I didn't really like was the mixing regular and sweet potato fries together (pictured). Other than that, really loved it here.

Myself and the gf went over on a Saturday for a Classic Cuban for myself and the Ropa Vieja for her plus a side of chips & dips,we were not disappointed, absolutely mouth watering, been wanting to try these sandwiches for a while and so glad I got the chance,have to give a shout out to the guy who took my order when I called in, absolute gentleman to talk to and nothing was to much hassle,thanks for those extra dips.

Called for a take out, fast friendly service and a great sandwich, definitely a step up from the norm, give your taste buds a treat !!

Ive havent been there in a while, i had an issue seeing one of the staff using the utensil to scoop the beef being used in scooping the pork meat then used back in the beef, im a person who avoids eating pork and mixing utensils is not right at all, they use to have specific utensils for every dish, this person was impatient and simply used the same tongs instead of waiting for his colleague to come back with the other one, other wise, safe to say the food was delicious but cant go there after what ive seen being done with mixing the food. They have a nice wee bar for coffee and juices, cozy and warm, the owner is a wonderful person.
