Very very bad not cooked chicken balls

We LOVE this place - we have been coming for years and the quality is always fantastic. They have a great and varied menu to please everyone and cater to our dietary requirements. It’s also run by the loveliest family. It’s so good that even though we moved to another town we still drive to this one place ❤️

Tried ringing for 30 mins, no answer, so drove down to order only to find it closed when it clearly states on this site they are open.

Some food are just OK. But the comunication are totaly rubbish.They dont speak and understand english AT ALL!! dont you dare ask them simply question about food - they wont understand you!! 😖I've tried Chinese food from Poplar road and the food is much much better and also comunication are way much better that at Batchley Rd. chinese

Proper dodgy typical tax dodging Chinese, a hand written sign on arrival by the counter stating its cash only payment method. Conversation goes like this. Blah blah blah.. and a pot of . BBQ sauce .. Special fried rice... oh wait, does the special fried rice come with bbq sauce as stated on your menus??? "Yes it does".... OK, please remove the pot of bbq sauce then, I'll have that rice dish. ?.... 10 minutes later at home, unpacking the food and find a pot of sauce. Open the sauce and its sweet n sour sauce which was not ordered. Open the rice dish to find more sweet and sour sauce on the rice and no bbq sauce. school boy errors Won't be going back £23 and £8 of that down the drain

Salt and chilli spare ribs are very good.

Avoid the salt and pepper chips. £4.90 for a small portion of very average chips. The rest of the food was average too. Not for me.

Good food. It's cash only though so no good if you haven't got any cash with you. There is a cash machine at Tesco, but it doesn't always work.

Im a fussy mare & still happy. Bad reception & I cant just go with the menu. Perfectly recieved, delivered fast & I probably just put on a stone! 👌 10 outta 10

Never ordered from here before, thought I would try somewhere new… Food never arrived, I was told a maximum of 90 minutes for delivery. Called after 2 hours to be asked “have you still not had your food? Let me call the driver” and was told id get a phone call back, never did. Every time I phoned after that it rang out or they would reject the call! £30 down and no food. Don’t waste your time or money!

Worst chowmein Iv ever had tonight. Noodles are like watery worms… physically can’t eat it. Chicken is cut that small you can barely see it. Gross and the BBQ sauce looks like dish water.

I've always been happy with the food from here. I started using this takeaway restaurant 2 years ago and I keep going back.

I ask for salt and pepper chicken wings and I get chicken legs. I hate chicken legs.

Awful been waiting 3 hours for my delivery!! Tried to ring line busy everytime I try to call.

Leigh no 14, and honestly this was the best chinese food I have had in Redditch for so long, asked for something different for the chow mein and it was perfect. Highly recommend Crystal Panda in my eyes nobody better, thank you for a great birthday dinner x

Crystal panda do really nice food especially the BBQ ribs I won't go anywhere else to order and delivery is always on time

The food is lovely. Shame about the waiting time on new year's eve. Got told it would be 45mins to collect. Went to collect the food and they hadn't even started making it. Someone came in and ordered food and got theirs before me. No apology from the owner.

Just wanna say food was amazing and huge portion s the only criticism i would say you need to update your menu on your site definitely order again

Price is good and food is always good

The meat was dry. The black bean sauce was so thick I could have sliced it with a knife. Couldn't taste anything but. On the plus side the vegetable spring rolls were spot on.

This is the best Chinese food shop in Redditch by far the food is always hot and really tasty a cut above the rest would never use another Chinese shop in Redditch first class food great menu fast as well A+++++

Decent quality Chinese food, although a bit on the pricey side but worth the extra few quid

Five times we have ordered from here and they have got the order wrong, I will never order from here again, the food was over cooked or should I say burnt and all five of us was sick through the night, and we had to wait one hour and twenty minutes for the pleasure of the wasting our money to be ill, avoid ordering from here and save your money ,time and heatlh and order else where. I will post pictures

Was advised to try them after getting bored of having pizza delivered, for a Chinese take away offering delivery I have found them to be excellent
