There's no atmosphere, but the food is amazing.

I ordered fully loaded chips and they have so many chicken pieces with dressing. I highly recommend this place as I eat from here every couple of weeks and they never disappoint us

Blackburn has many places to eat, th list is endless. However there is nothing like crust, to this day I will vouch for every aspect of the business. The food speaks for itself I will let you try it after you read this, but the service the cleanliness and attention to detail is what makes this place easily the best place to eat in Blackburn. I would eat here everyday if I could.

10/10 food, definitely recommend the fully loaded!! Hats of to the main man Amir, gets the job done always greeting customers with a smile and provides excellent service.

We ordered some jacket potatoes from crust & they were massive. Big portions of toppings too. Tasted so good & was a very nice meal. The Mexican chicken one had loads of chicken pieces & was so delicious. Very pleased with our order & will definitely be ordering again. Want to try some of there other tasty meal combinations next time

My experience at crust was fantastic overall a fantastic service , served by a gentlemen called amir , he showed really good customer service and made me feel welcome and he was very approachable and recommended a good dish which I enjoyed , I would love to come back again and recommmend to come to crust and staff overall are all friendly but amir was very friendly I would give 10/10 rating for his exceptional services

Waseem and Crust in general have always been fantastic with their service, collection and delivery has always been spot on! Check these guys out for banging food ranging from jacket potatoes, to rice boxes, 50/50 boxes, wraps etc. fantastic! 10/10 from me.

Fast clean and food was spot on

I used to order here a lot during the last few years. Always been a takeout. I’ve notice that the quantity of food has gone down. I used to get a half and half bowl, and I remember it to be full to the brim. As times moved on, the prices have gone up and the quantity of food has come down drastically. It’s put me off from ordering here again

Went in store & ordered a jacket potato. Everything I’ve tried from here Slaps, especially the jacket. Always fresh and clean. Really rate the food!! The only thing that lets it down is the service. The Wait time is not an issue, 5/10mins tops however the lad serving me was super blunt & rude. I was polite to him (regardless) so it wasn’t that he was reciprocating my energy! I don’t know if it’s because I’m a girl or because I am white or what (just the vibes I got) but he had no problems in talking to and being polite to the Asian gentleman who was in at he same time as me. He then brought my food out and dumped it on the side before disappearing back into the back:/ so I’ll say thank you here. I work in An Indian restaurant myself so always pay attention to service. This made me uncomfortable. I live round the corner so seems unnecessary to get a delivery. Maybe I’ll try to avoid said issue. Definitely recommended for a good scran tho!

Ordered chicken and chips with natcho cheese sauce, chicken was quite bland, also the box looked big, but not enough contents, staff were not organised, and sorry I won't be coming again.

I rarely give 5 stars but food and service are great Don't waste time at Subway etc and head over to these guys The above was my previous review they have gone downhill since. On 26th July 2024 at 17.58 I orderer Nacho's with sauce. It was a phone order who's I duly collected on time. Now I must point out that this is an elementary dish. Empty some nachos purchased in bulk from wholesaler, pu some cheese sauce in one small tub and salsa type sauce in another. What I opened when I got home was a box of broken nachos. It must have been the bottom of the nachos bag. The staff member would have clearly seen it was broken nachos but decided I didn't matter. Who knows maybe they even laughed about it. I'm guessing there response will be. 1. You should have called us on the day...I say why should I spoil my evening speaking with you......I wasn't coming to collect some more. 2. It was just an error...they put profits before customer.... if they get this so wrong what other shoddy practices are taking place I suggest you avoid this place for their poor attitude to fool and customers I do have picturs but system won't allow me to post

I just got a Mexican box from here & by far it’s the best thing I’ve eaten in Blackburn. The young man at the counter was soo polite & soft spoken I really liked that about him. If you haven’t tried this please go there it’s soo good and healthy too

Absolutely gorgeous food. Fair price for the portion size too. Loaded chips with lemon and herb chicken is my go to every time, and i've tried to recreate the recipe myself at home but the sauce is just never anywhere near as good. Definitely recommend.

Gave this place another go. OK so they've learned alot since my last review. Must admit it was brilliant. Was well worth the money and the food was full of flavour. If they keep the consistency of the food like this then I'll be a regular customer. All in all welldone to Crust

Banging food for a very fair price with the portion you’re getting. Nice small place and quiet with nice seating area, definitely a must try.

I’ve been coming here for a good 1-2 years and I’ve enjoyed your 50/50 meal with many friends and have fond memories that will stick with me forever. However this is a good review I can honestly say that the 50/50 meal is by far the best rice box in Blackburn I usually get chicken or the pulled beef but both when I’m for it. (I recommend the Kansas BBQ)

I placed a large order for food today for an evening work meeting. I spoke to Hammas who took down the order perfectly and was very professional. The food was delivered on time. We ordered baguettes which had generous fillings and also nachos and rice boxes. Everyone enjoyed the food and were impressed with the flavour and presentation. Thank you! Crust is an absolute must. This small joint has stepped up the office lunch scene for Blackburn. The loaded chips went straight to the hips and the sandwiches were crusty yet soft perfection. I especially liked how many options you had to customise and the delivery was super speedy!

Got the fully loaded chips with Mexican chicken and fresh salad. It was so tasty and fresh. It’s like subway, just much better and wholesome. The lads are very friendly and helpful. This is a little gem in blackburn, once you go you will be back for sure

Tried the loaded chips box offer they had on. Got served pretty quickly and it was freshly prepared. Tbh the food was loaded with flavours. Lots of fresh salad and sauce. Enjoyable and for me it's something different to what I normally have. On the downside it looks bigger from the outside.. Once you start eating you realise the box has a raised base so it's not so deep. There really wasn't enough chips in this for loaded chips. Price wise it seems more on the expensive side for what it is... chips with chicken on top, however could be worth it for the flavours and freshness so depends on your budget. I would try thus again as they have a variety of different flavours and sauces... Parking wise... well its on Darwen Street and the council now charges for parking even for a quick pickup.... so be prepared to pay 1.50+ for parking sadly...

I went with my 4 children and we all thoroughly enjoyed everything. First time in a while everything was eaten. Not one thing we could complain about

2 hours to deliver luke warm food for 7 people. We've used you since you opened, you used to be 5 star, not anymore. Every order was wrong even after 2 hours. Never again.

I’m originally from wales and moved to Blackburn as I got married. I have eaten in nearly every place up north and by far Crust is my favourite! Their jacket potatoes are so good that half the time they are sold out! Potatoes have a crispy golden skin, light and fluffy on the inside with the succulent mango and lime chicken (what I get) - a perfect baked potato ! Fantastic comfort food! 12/10

Like Every other place in Blackburn soon as these guys have gotten busier the standards have dropped Won’t lie the food is ok so 7/10 , however on a few different occasions I have ordered from Uber deliveroo and just eat each time I paid for extras like CHEESE SAUCE which I have never received!!! So can’t blame the driver!! so these guys do not check the full order properly yet I went back!!!!! Today not only did I not get the extra cheese sauces i paid for but some random onE!!!the sauce on my cheese chips was cold and the chips undercooked the time before this the whole order was cold😡😡😡. I won’t be returning
