We came across this little gem when out for a walk in Wendover. Although the outside seating allocation was full due to the lovely weather, we easily found a spot inside. We both ordered the large breakfast, which arrived promptly. For the price, you got a very good portion. The black pudding was very tasty, the hash browns were perfectly crispy, the bacon was meaty with a nice margin of fat for flavour; also, perfectly cooked eggs, well cooked sausages etc. The food was piping hot too. Our only criticism would be the use of semi-skimmed milk. Recent studies show that full-fat dairy products are protective against diabetes, obesity and heart disease. Large numbers of people and cafes are switching back to whole milk. I recommend you use whole milk too for health and flavour reasons, as it makes coffee etc. taste much creamier and you need less of it!

This was recommended to us and it didn't disappoint. Friendly service, excellent coffee and very good, freshly cooked food. As we were there for breakfast we didn't get to sample the delicious-looking cakes. Definitely worth a visit.

Tucked away off the street of the rather sleepy village of Wendover; I popped into Crumbs for one of their breakfasts. The cafe is small with seating for about 14 and another 10 outside under a canopy and a huge tree. The interior is clean albeit dated. It is a very typical cafe type establishment with nothing out of the ordinary. The food is similar. Typical breakfast ingredients. Nothing fancy. The sausage tasted herby but everything else is as I would expect from a little cafe like this. Nothing to write home about but a pleasant and satisfying meal nevertheless. The two staff who appear to be the owners seem to know their locals and one wall was festooned with Christmas from their loyal customers. I can see why people would go back. For me it was functional rather than destination.

We have been eating at Crumbs for nearly 14 years. Our children and grandchildren love eating here too. The food is always freshly prepared and cooked. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. The big breakfasts are huge. Suleyman and his team are friendly and welcoming. Great place to eat, especially on cold wet days !

Came here with extended family for a good old English Breakfast with all the trimmings. Although the weather was not great, so we ate in and it was a little cramped, the service was friendly and the food was delicious. It was also very good value. The sausages are especially tasty.

A while ago we popped into Crumbs. Five adults and two teenagers and everyone agreed it was good food in pleasant surroundings so when I needed a late breakfast and I was in the area I went back. I went for the Full English Breakfast with a coffee and was not disappointed. The service was good and friendly. It’s a place I will return to whenever I’m working in or close to Wendover. .

You can get reasonable food and drink here from a cafe type menu. I am not a fan of their coffee but it is a very pleasant place to sit at the bottom of the High Street, especially if it is a sunny day and you can sit out.

I had a bacon and brie panini (which came with a side salad) and a can of coke. A little over £6.00. Lots of filing in the panini, good taste, very fresh salad, spotlessly clean, elegant cafeteria. I saw other good looking food coming to tables, good portion sizes too. Wendover is a convenient place to stop when I drive up the A 413 from North West London. Parking is on street or free for a couple of hours just past the traffic lights on the left. Crumbs is a very pleasant place to spend a while enjoying some good food and relaxing before completing the journey.

Good for a bacon butty, or any breakfast and a mug of tea, or lunch time sandwich. There's no fancy showmanship, it's just down to earth. It's cash only, but cash points close at hand if needed.

Our First time here... we received a friendly welcome. what I ordered was on the menu but adjusted, and the staff were happy to accommodate. The prices were reasonable. But I was so impressed when the owner helped one of his elderly customers put her stuff in her handbag, and helped her to her mobility scooter.... this blew me away !!! He was busy but see she was ready to leave and stopped what he was doing to help her. Very attentive !! Keep up the good work... I’ll be back :)
