Absolutely superb afternoon tea catering for all our dietary needs (coeliac/pescatarian, vegetarian). A great warm Welsh welcome and nothing too much trouble. Easy booking process via WhatsApp. Lovely venue. Very relaxed setting and no time pressures for us to enjoy a scrumptious tea with a doggy bag to take what we couldn’t eat whilst there. Excellent value. Well worth a visit. Diolch o galon.

I ate at the Crug Glas at a large event in October. The setting was lovely, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. The next day I attended an event catered by CG and it was just as good as the night before.

What a delightful find! We saw the sign and turned into the road. The very welcoming and friendly staff accepted us as walk-in lunch patrons and seated us in their dining area where two other tables were enjoying High Tea. We ordered sandwiches and little desserts with a pot of coffee and it was all delicious with beautiful presentation on the plates! I would consider staying there in the future, especially with its proximity to the gorgeous Pembrokeshire coast.

Crug Glas is a hidden gem, tucked away in the beautiful, verdant countryside just outside St. David's. It was recommended by a family member who, although not having been themselves, felt able to pass on a very strong recommendation from a close friend. Crug Glas exceeded all our expectations by a considerable margin. We were greeted personally by Rifka and escorted, with a smile and a quip, to the lovely cellar bar where we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink. We were allowed plenty of time to choose our meal selection and Rifka answered all the questions we had regarding the menu. Two of us ordered sea bass, one lamb and I had the luxury fish pie. To say that it was delicious is a huge understatement. We were silenced as the flavours and textures titillated our palates. The experience was replicated with desserts. Our overall impression of Crug Glas is that of excellence and great attention to detail. The chef, Dom, is an essential ingredient in the obvious success of the Crug Glas gastronomy. Thankyou, Rifka and Dom, for a truly superb evening.

Vastly overpriced for one evening, the rooms were lovely, spacious and well equipped, sadly the hotel doesn't look like it did in the brochure, parking is limited and literally miles from anywhere, so quite restrictive if you want to eat elsewhere, staff were amazing especially the lady at breakfast, breakfast was exceptional, but the bath/shower was in a dungeon with no natural light. Welcome pack stated there was a welcome drink in the fridge, which turned out to be a bottle of water, and the fridge made a hideous noise all night, not what you expect from a £180 a night room. Overall a nice place but not so special for the price bracket

The room was comfy with everything that we needed. The homemade Welsh cakes were a really nice touch. Lovely toiletries and a nice warm shower and a bath. Plenty of towels and comfy chairs to sit on Staff were really friendly and helpful in every way. Dinner was pleasant enough. Breakfast was enjoyable and the toast was made with a particularly delicious local bread The cocktail I had (Rhubarb and Ginger) was a treat!

Stayed and ate here. The house is a little unimpressive from the outside but lovely inside. Our room was very spacious but quite warm and wasn’t hot outside. Lovely copper bath in room. Bathroom a little small and dark for my taste. But very nice. Complimentary Prosecco in room. Had all to options so could watch anything! Predinner drinks a little slow but lovely room in basement. Honesty bar for later. Dinner was very nice, likewise breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our first visit despite visiting the area for decades - we wish we had come sooner! Delightful front of house service, welcoming and informative. We had Sunday lunch. Lamb with a damson and red wine jus and a roast pepper stuffed with risotto and dal. Both were huge in flavour and well balanced. Beautifully cooked Sunday lunch vegetables and lovely puddings too. We shall be back!

We were well looked after by front of house. The food was wonderful, we all had different choices so the entire menu was sampled. Sensible value price wise for what was a very memorable excellent meal.

We were staying at the hotel for the weekend, Our first impression was how friendly and welcoming the staff were - nothing was too much trouble. This continued throughout our visit. The hotel is a converted old farmhouse with large rooms decorated in interesting ways. We had a four-poster bed and a huge freestanding copper bath. The "honesty bar" for residents was a nice grown-up feature too. Meals were generous and tasty, washed down with reasonably priced wines. Well, not with breakfast, obviously.. Recommended if you're planning to stay or eat in the St David's area.

It was a rainy Sunday in Pembrokeshire. We were hungry, and a Google search pointed this place out. We almost knew what to expect and fancied a chinnese. Anyone with physical limitations do not try to access. No lights to the path and pitch dark. Once you're in it's cold and sparse. A few tables to accommodate sit downs but this place runs mostly on take aways. The cook was very busy. A young man taking orders, serving and dealing with customers coming in and out. Bit chaotic. We kept our coats on ate our dishes, which were nicer than expected. Worth a venture ... some fun a bit like faulty towers. We would go back.
