Anyone wanting to order from this place take a step back and listen to this. Abysmal service food wasn’t even edible and the environment of a wet towel.Place should be shut down.

my brother ordered a £30 takeaway tonight. wasn't delivered to us, shop made out they had rang the number and the person on phone asked for it to be delivered somewhere else. It wasn't my brother they spoke to. was so rude on the phone!!!! Awful

I’m writing to you to inform you off food we receive from Crown pizza chicken and kebab. The food we received was below standards. Would recommend food hygiene go in and check this place. We placed a £30 order on the 15th may 2025 around 5:35ish. The food arrived later than estimated which is understandable, everywhere gets busy and things fall behind. Once we got the food it was not consumable nor safe to eat. The chicken was raw the Donna meat was burnt and cold the chips were soggy and tasted of cardboard and pizza was something else. I called the restaurant back to speak to a lady who clearly had a very strong communication barrier and couldn’t understand a word I was saying. She advised manager would call me about in 15 minutes. So I waiting 30 mins later no call so I called back to which she answered realised who I was and hung up on me. I called again she told me her manger would call back in a bit.hour and half later nothing so I called again. Eventually got out on to the manger who was very pleasant to speak with and handled my call with the upmost customer service until he called me liar when he said there is no way the chicken was pink but he will remake our order. This is not acceptable and we didn’t want an order 1 hour and 30 mins later. I request a refund as we still have all the food here and is more than welcome to come and collect this got decline and said I had to speak to you! Hence the email. It’s absolutely vile how restaurants gets away with serving food at such low standard that we have worked hard for to pay. £30 is 3 plus hours for those on minimum wage and to value that money money we get served sloppy food. Overall the customer service was shocking the food was vile and unsafe to eat and I would like a refund please. Top bloke, I complained about being short shifted Sunday night then re-ordered Tuesday and the bloke put in extra chicken. Top man

I ordered a cheese burger meal the chips were un edible and soggy and the burger was soggy and just fell apart I also asked for sauce on my chips and did not get any and the delivery driver was rude banging on my door very loudly multiple times after I said hang on let me get the money I normally order from here and they are good but not today I will not be ordering again!!

Ordered 8 bits of chicken, some was undercooked to the point I could squeeze it and blood was on my fingers, definitely won’t be ordering the chicken again but was fast delivery

Easily the finest wings in town, nice and spicy. Pizza, chips, kebab are all of the best quality. The owner and staff are next level calibre. I can't praise this place enough.

My quarter pounder with cheese was AMAZING!!! Salad fresh and DELICIOUSLY tasty not mentioning burger souse that was BEST in years and I was a cheef myself so I know what I'm saying. SIZE also satisfying so I general ONE OF THE BEST meals I had in a while....chips crispy and soft....PERFECT

Was starving after watching the Lionesses at Carrow Rd. Most takeaways were also already shut. Luckily this place came up trumps. Both the fried chicken and chips were top notch. The chicken pieces were massive. It was all excellent value. The man serving us was also a very nice guy. Highly recommended.

After Monday to Friday hard working week, what you need is a take away. Fresh food, friendly staff... really recommend it.

Tesco potato wedges that were overcooked. Tiny pizza that seemed more like garlic bread with extra cheese rather than a decent pizza. 2pcs chicken were bearable. Took an hour to arrive so everything was cold. Nowhere near worth the cost.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable prizes and good food. Manager is a great person, truly. Nice to have a conversation with whilst you wait and is genuinely interested in happy customers.

Not bad, chicken was nice but not the best, will try again. Update, tried again, had chilli sauce on chicken kebab, just awful, the chilli sauce is so salty I had to throw it away, if you can't make a decent chilli sauce, then game over.

It was a decent quarter pounder chicken cheese burger, and in a meal deal with chips and a can of coke was 8 quid, which I think is an ok price. The chips were crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside which is how they should be and there were quite a few of them, too. I think the salad selection or other additions could be better - I'd add pickles, crispy onions, halloumi, etc. Perhaps I missed them on the menu.

Hey, pizza came cold, chips cold, delivery driver rude. Staff utter useless sorry but won't be ordering from here again do not recommend.

Delicious pizzas, and my favorite is the superbly crafted Doner Special. The spicy chicken wings, fries, and kebabs are also outstanding.

The second order we have had from here , first order they sent a beef burger and not a veggie. And they have now sent a chicken pizza hidden under the cheese no care for dietary requirements asked for a refund and refused and offered another pizza and keep the meat one which is pointless when you don’t eat meat. If you have any dietary requirements I would avoid this take out.

I placed an order with foodhub... I requested no peppers on pizza and no tomatoes or cucumber in salad.. we got peppers tomato and cucumber!! And the chicken strips where, hard, dry and un able to eat any of it!!! Went to shop tonight and all I got from 3 members of staff was sorry about that!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! £27.00 FOR NOTHING WHAT WE ORDERED!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The usual place I get pizza from was shut so I tried here. Food was easy to order and was delivered promptly. Chicken wings were nice. Pizza was very disappointing. The crust was like a bread dough, there didn’t seem to be enough cheese and the chillis were almost diced and mixed in with everything. I won’t be a return customer.

Placed an order through just eat, app said food on its way expected around 7.25pm the app said enjoy which at this point hadn't arrived, finally delivered 7.55 driver apologised, which was a nice change, but food was luck warm/cold, called up and I was told it shouldn't be cold as it went straight out as I'm 2.5 miles away I find had to believe and response when I called just said it shouldn't be and no one else had complained about there orders being cold, not even an apology, make sure I use them again, NOT

I'm very disappointed. Heard such good reviews about this place. But this evening the food was terrible. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught them on the wrong evening.

Dont buy from these people. I ordered from them, After waiting nearly 2 hours, I STILL couldnt get hold of the restaurant to enquire about my order and then when I looked at the deliveroo invoice it said they had apparently delivered it! Completely dishonest and money grabbing. If you're that busy, then why accept the order in the first place? Avoid a bad experience and shop elsewhere.

Friendly staff, great value for money and food was delicious. The gentleman that served me was polite and apologised for the wait but the food came in good time and hot throughout. Will use again for sure.

The food was very salty, the staff working in this place don't wear masks or protective gloves for handling food because of covid 19.

Pizza dry, chicken strips wet and not at all crispy. Ordered an American hot by accident thinking it had pepperoni on it (ya know like every American hot pizza everywhere else). I called up saying it wasn't right and they said a new one was coming so we stopped eating. An hour later no pizza. I call again and they said they had tried to call me and tell me of my mistake (their American hot has chicken and no pepperoni). They hadn't called me. I don't expect a replacement as it was my mistake but I do expect to be informed of it and not lied to!? Really disappointing because I've had good experiences from them and was impressed by their website.

Never had a bad meal from here yet. Service was very quick and staff very friendly. Shop was very clean and looked after and definitely better than Caesars that is literally 50 yds away in my opinion.

Really surprised at the quality of food from here. Thought I was getting a dirty hangover cure and what I got was fresh and crunchy salads, fresh meat and breads, wedges that were still hot and not sat in grease. Better than I expected by miles. Will try their pizza too - but really impressed.

So disappointed, waited nearly an hour and a half for food to be delivered and when it did finally arrive it had obviously been thrown about reroute and was stone cold. Had to reheat before I could eat it. Won't be using them again.

Walked in and hour before close,a serious lack of chicken (2 pieces) was going to buy whatever was left but the customer service was so disgusting I walked out without buying anything.

First time used crown pizza what a great meal chicken and chips was fantastic early delivery just couldn't fault. Will definitely use again👍
