Visited here quickly to grab a coffee and was immediately greeted with a smile. Lovely, quality food and coffee and ample room to be seated. Need more little gems like this. The lady behind the counter does this place proud.

un amigo y yo visitamos aquí para un café por la tarde y terminamos teniendo el almuerzo y un postre. Esta es una muy buena panadería que sirve pan recién hecho y pasteles, todos se muestran en la parte delantera y también una barra fría y caliente de comida que sirve varios pasteles y bocadillos. Los pasteles son todos preciosos y fresco y sin duda lo recomendaría a intentarlo. también hacen realmente agradables/celebración de pasteles de cumpleaños a la orden. Sin duda te recomendamos visitar aquí, los precios son muy razonables.

The service was wonderful, the food delicious and the coffee fantastic. What an absolute diamond of a cafe. Finally somewhere with a bit of personality. This is not that close to where I live but I’ll be making the effort to come again as it was so perfect!

131 Oval RoadAlways good food and beer at this local pub. Only a few minutes’ walk from East Croydon station. Big beer garden for summer lunchtimes and evenings.

14 South EndI read a review that the prices had gone up but that isn't true. We had 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 4 x 250ml glasses of wine for £115 including tip which is standard price for Croydon. Also got 2 free digestives on the house at the end which was nice. I would definitely go back.
