Crosstown Greenwich - Doughnuts & Coffee in Greenwich

I really enjoy crosstown doughnuts and I got some doughnuts to take away from this branch. I ordered two vegan doughnuts and they were both excellent - lovely texture, sweet glazing and tasty flavour. I will say that I found the woman serving me to be very curt and I did think she was quite rude in the way she interacted with customers ie snapping at them and other people working with her, which made it slightly awkward to engage with her. Service could be improved but the doughnuts are delicious

Called in for a quick coffee on my birthday, chatted to the staff for about 15 minutes. Lovely atmosphere Very friendly. Plus nice coffee. Will go back. Thanks Girls.

Great service. The attendant was friendly and helpful. Lovely doughnuts! Especially when they are warmed up at home. I’ll be back for more!!

Doughnuts usually upset my tummy but these, I was assured were different... and they were. Loved the rhubarb one and the Sicilian lemon was zingy. The coconut creek one was also good... and no come back. Easy to be greedy when doughnuts are so yummy and so digestible!

I received excellent customer service today from Maia at Crosstown Greenwich. There was a glitch with my online order so I phoned the store and spoke to Maia. Maia was friendly, upbeat, professional and efficient. She asked me a few questions about my order and then rang their online customer service team on my behalf. She then rang me back within just a few minutes and was able to sort the issue quickly so that my original order was refunded and I could place a new one. The refund came through instantly. When I received my new order shortly after, Maia and Andrea had enclosed two free cookies with a cute note to apologise for my issue! So so kind. As usual, the doughnuts themselves were DELICIOUS (cinnamon scroll is my fave - pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it's even better!) and the delivery time was super quick. Keep up the good work! Excellent service and a friendly voice at the end of the phone makes all the difference. Maria x

Crosstown Doughnuts are handling social distancing really well. Permitting one household inside the store at a time. My friend kindly bought us each a ‘Rhubarb, Raspberry and Ginger’ Doughnut. I ended ip bringing mine home to enjoy and it was so yummy!

Never heard of this place before, but won't forget it. Lots of choice of interesting doughnut flavours making it very difficult to choose! Standard choice of coffee and friendly staff means I'll look for the name again soon

I went there with my girlfriend twice, we really enjoyed the food but really the service was awful, staff barely trying to engage and on their phone...

Ornella and Kirsty have been serving me great coffee and doughnuts on my lunch the past few weeks. Their really friendly and create a chill atmosphere that makes it easier to come back daily before I head back to work! Also great singers 😂 Jack

At first we weren’t sure about buying doughnuts, we came cold and wet because of bad weather. These two lovely girls Ornella and Sophie offered us their wide variety of doughnuts and helped us to choose the best ones. We are vegan so we are highly satisfied that we found this option. Not only doughnuts but we also tried coffee and it was delicious. The staff was truly talkative, kind and helpful

Ornella and Sophie were so helpful and nice! Really friendly shop and was greeted warmly immediately. The doughnuts were super tasty and have started using their reward card to get a free doughnut or coffee after a few visits.
