Crispy hut chinese & cantonese takeaway in Birmingham

Delivery time was really bad 25-30 minutes late. Staff was very apologetic though and to my disbelief food was piping hot. Flavour of everything was absolutely amazing and not greasy at all. The chow mein was delicious would 100% recommend this Chinese. 😊😜

I'm unhappy I want full refund i took medication just before my tea was due but it was very late made me very bad

On ordering, the delivery time was estimated to be roughly an hour. Never waited that long at this place. No updates were given when food was being delivered and only knew it had arrived, when the driver called. Food arrived luke warm. Disappointing

Ordered food from here before and it was quite nice this time, however complete opposite. They didn’t take note off my instructions for my order so the whole lot was ruined and went straight in the bin. Even the curry sauce had a horrible hot taste so couldn’t even eat that. Only good thing was the delivery woman she was lovely. Won’t be coming back here again. Not even willing to refund me! Absolute waste of money. Really poor for a Saturday night. Never again.

Had the food delivered to 4 of us and it was was disappointing. The meat tasted rubbery and not fresh, curry sauce wasn’t great. However the chips were quite nice. In comparison to other Chinese takeaways this was definitely the worst we’ve tried. Judging by the reviews, the food must be much better in the restaurant!

honestly I get special fried rice from many places and although the dish was acceptable I found the egg fried rice to be a little bit hard, almost undercooked. However you can't beat the meal on value for money, and their chips are great, real chips but deep fried like fries so they're not soft like the usual fish and chips, a tasty alternative and really delicious. Spring rolls great too, I got the value meal for one, like I say only let down by the egg fried rice but okay on the whole

delivery took over an hour and a half and no one answered the phone when I tried to call for an update. when it finally arrived the food was mediocre at best so disappointed as I used to really like this resturant will never be ordering from them again!!!

At 19:00 we were notified our order was out for delivery. At 19:30 I rang the restaurant to ask where the order was, was told it was on its way. At 19:50 it was delivered by a stressed member of the kitchen staff, wearing her full kitchen uniform (none of this is her fault). I genuinely think they made our order following the complaint. The rice was inedible, the chow main had no contents other than noodles. Poor food and poor service.

Excellent well seasoned, finally a beef in black bean sauce that does not take like water. Well done guys.

Absolutely disgusting service food came 5 mins late some of rhe food cold because the Chinese Landy could not find my house so I get a call saying she could not find my house and I ended up walking around in the rain trying to find her jokers 😡😡😡

Food was over an hour late, called the place multiple times to be told the food was on its way. The first time we called was 10 minutes after the delivery window and still had to wait over 50 minutes for the food to arrive. No reason given on the phone as to why it was late and no apology either. Really disappointed, will not be using them again.

Food is bland. Portions are small a container half empty of ribs. Food was cold, they missed half my order and it arrived late 35mins. Refused to refund money due to lateness. Absolutely disgusting never ordering again. This not authentic Chinese food. AVOID.

Order delayed twice, I phone the restaurant and was told 15 minutes until delivery, 30 minutes later it arrived, this happens far to often with this restaurant, food is lovely but if you are prepared to wait about 2 hours for your food carry on, I will now take my business elsewhere. Real shame.

Food was nearly 3 hrs late and when it eventually arrived it was cold. The staff at the takeaway were incredibly rude! I was told ‘I wouldn’t order a takeaway to be delivered!’ ‘I’m not a cook do I don’t know why you’re food is delayed!’ Plus the ‘food is 10 minutes away’ but when asked couldn’t give our delivery address. Don’t waste your time or money!

Ordered at 6.09 didn't arrive untill 7.55 the food quality was poor the chips portion was half a portion chicken balls most places u get 10 here they were 8 small ones along with the prawn balls they were over cooked and greasy lacked flavour the chow mein was cold and the mini spring rolls were cold and alot smaller than anywhere I've every had from for £50 worth of food it definitely was not worth it for the quality of food waste of money because we have had to go and get the kids macdonalds because they said the food was horrible !!!

Dissapointed with this order and delivery, contacted the restaurant to be told they were cooking my order and laughing while telling me it will be another 15 mins. I have always used this place the attitude of staff has made me decide to go elsewhere.

Amazing experience at this restaurant. First time ordering and it was flawless, we found this restaurant was cheaper compared to other restaurants for the same food so thought we would give it a go! Food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering, food was piping hot (first time ever having food this hot when ordering takeaways), delivery driver was lovely, food tasted amazing. Absolutely terrible, they won't even take ownership for the terrible service and cold food, refused a refund and blamed the "bad weather" its a bit cold 💁🏻‍♀️think they need to shut for winter if they can't deliver food in the cold. It's a shame as the chow mein tasted lovely it just came cold and so did the chips, also the crispy aromatic duck started for 9.80 was ridiculous, barely anything there! So so so disappointed

Ribs were meant to be salt and pepper turned up and they was peking sauce with chillies so we’re obviously left over ribs served. Didn’t revive prawn crackers and the order was 30 mins late to the hour and 15 we already waited. Food is mediocre for the price and the service when trying to complain is even worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Cook beans in toast instead.
