The ‘Channa Masala’ (chickpea curry) and ‘Daal Tadka’ (lentils) were amazing. Great to have with the ‘Bhatura’ flat bread and ‘Poori’ flat breads. I would highly recommend these dishes to anyone!

Great place to have South Indian food , the service was very quick , food is very tasty and reasonable prices and a good hygiene as well. Toilets are clean and on the same floor only issue is the parking which is off street paid parking . Staff are friendly and happy to help .

I had ordered a set of 35 lunch to be delivered home for a function. The special selected food came on time and the quantity and quality were both awesome. All my guest were so happy with the spread and the taste of each and every item in the menu we selected. Much appreciate Sandhiya for coordinating the order and delivery on time.

Amazing breakfast! We have tried few breakfast buffet, but this was the best! Literally felt like we were having south Indian marriage breakfast! Hot fresh puffy pooris, crispy dosa varieties, tasty orange chutney, fresh coconut chutney (which is not good these days in most of the restaurant), mouthwatering kesari, what not! Thank you for the top notch service :)

Recently went there to have some southindian food.And ended up ordering Mendu vada and Masala dosa. and a masala tea.The masala dosa was fab.Nice size and the sambhar as well was so good did enjoy it ,But the problem was with the menduvada,The mendu vada was so small like it should be sold for 1£,it felt like was just two spoonfull,never saw a restaurant serving so small vadas.The masala tea was good as well.Will visit againbut will not order menduvada🤣🤣

A very good south Indian corner serving pure veg food. I love their weekend buffet breakfast and I end up eating double my normal appetite. Special coffee from Chennai by dear manager is fantastic. Poori was very fluffy with very little oil, so that was great. The ambience, the serving staff and last but not least the gentleman at the counter is super friendly. OverallI do recommend this place for good food. A couple of my friends who visited Reading also were very satisfied. With special request the manager also played malayam songs.

We placed an order for 30 plates of lunch and 30 plates of dinner from the Premium Economy Menu. The food was delicious, well-prepared and excellent. Delivered on time. Our guests all thought the food was delicious. Without a doubt, I will suggest Crisy Dosa outdoor catering. In the future, we'll place orders for other events.

Took the Mini Tiffin deal today. Awesome variety, and the Dosa was superb. The place lives up to its Crispy Dosa name by selling some of the crispiest Dosas I've ever eaten. The people are also quite friendly, especially Marudhu, and quite nice to talk to, and will resolve all matters instantly. My overall experience was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

A great place for South Indian breakfast.

Deceptive pricing. Online price is different than when I called up but was never told me until I reached to collect. I ordered at least 45 mins before still I had to wait for 15 mins on arrival. Food was average. I would not recommend anyone unless desperate.

I came back again after an excellent experience only 6 days ago. There were 5 of us. All ordered dosas. I must admit the service was rather lacking as the dosas came at different times - the first one has finished half of his when the last one arrived. We also observed the potato filling was half of what we had got the previous week and what we normally get at their Hounslow branch. The food, though, was delicious. The staff are friendly. Every time I go to this restaurant, I get absolutely amazing and near-authentic food at a good price. The staff is very sweet and the restaurant is a great place for a friends/family meet-up. It is close to the station as well, so the location is also a plus!

Wonderful Food but Unprofessional Manager We visited Crispy Dosa today for the breakfast buffet, and while the food was fantastic, I can't say the same about the customer service. The problem began when one of us asked for another cup of coffee after finishing the first. The manager's response was dismissive and rude, saying, "Let him finish that," in a way that made it seem like we were asking for something we didn’t deserve. This kind of attitude is unnecessary and unprofessional, especially in a buffet setting where customers should feel welcome and respected. The food was amazing, no doubt about it, but the way we were treated left a bad impression. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and I hope Crispy Dosa works on improving their hospitality to match the quality of their meals.

Excellent Food but Terrible Customer Service My friends and I went to Crispy Dosa this morning for their breakfast buffet. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh and flavorful, and we were excited to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by the rude behavior of the manager. After finishing my coffee, I asked for another, but instead of simply fulfilling the request, the manager made an unnecessary remark, saying, "Let him finish that." The tone was condescending and implied I was being unreasonable for asking for a second cup of coffee during a buffet service. While the food was undeniably great, the manager's attitude was disappointing and left me feeling like I was being judged for something as simple as enjoying my coffee. I hope the management addresses this issue because a restaurant with such good food deserves far better customer service.

Me and my friends visited Crispy Dosa today for their breakfast buffet, and while the food was absolutely fantastic, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the manager. After finishing my coffee, I politely asked for another one, but the manager responded in a very condescending manner. He told me, "Let him finish that," referring to the coffee, implying that I had already been served enough. I was taken aback by his tone, as I had just finished my first coffee and was simply asking for another. His dismissive attitude made me feel as though I was being treated unfairly, as though I was trying to take advantage of the buffet or get something for free. The food was top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, but the manager’s arrogance left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame, because good food should be paired with friendly and respectful service. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future to ensure a more pleasant experience for everyone.
