Perfect experience, I had a dessert crêpe (“I’ll have what she’s having.”) and it was delicious without that sickeningly sweet taste I can get sometimes from other dessert/crêpe places. The staff are absolutely fantastic and provide the best service with a smile. Overall this place is absolutely a must-visit if you’re looking for a treat.

We found a table, sat down. I then went to place an order to find out this business is cashless. I told them I don’t support businesses that don’t accept cash as a form of payment so we left and went to Icestone Gelato. I won’t be going back.

I appreciate that they may have been understaffed but the wait time for my order (a single portion of waffles) was ridiculous. Seating is also very limited and the staff did not clear the last customer's dirty plates until half an hour after I arrived. Unfortunately, despite a positive previous visit, I won't be visiting again.

A wonderful selection of sweet and savoury treats and quick, friendly service. The Lotus waffle was heavenly, great portion size and definitely worth the cost. Will definitely visit again to sample the savoury crepes!

Good service, but very poor food on my last visit, and terrible value. I'm afraid I won't be returning.

Always been a good pub but was quiet when I was there a few months ago. However this time it was packed and had great live music (ok, it was my band: I'm a bit biased!). Great selection of cask ales and friendly crowd.

I uses Ibis when I just need a basic clean comfortable 1-2 night stay in a city. But in this hotel, at least in my room, that standard has fallen. Shower was leaking, toilet seat was loose, curtains were dirty with stains, so was the kettle. It is just lack of care and attention.

Used to be lovely but new owners don’t have a clue. Whilst the food is okay, everything else has gone down hill. Menu wise I’d suggest you advertise a quiche as a quiche, not a tart. You don’t stand a chance of hearing your party, the acoustics are shocking. As for the clientele it’s full of screaming and I mean screaming brats. So if you fancied a nice relaxing lunch with friends, I’d suggest somewhere else because it won’t happen. And the owners don’t care, that’s the sad part. Perhaps you need to advertise that you are more of a crèche than an overpriced cafe.
