Very nice cafe/ice cream place breakfast, lunch or tea. Very friendly and very well decorated. Steady with customers sitting in and takeaway. Good prices and great food.

Have been alot before and had always been good. Went today as a treat from my kids for Father's Day. Wasn't busy but the food took a long time to come out. The kids food had missing item and they didn't like the pancakes as they were actually solid in places and crunchy like a biscuit. Was like they'd been made and then put in a master was ages. Not sure how possible. My wife's breakfast the beans weren't very warm, and the tattie scones you could tap on the plates as so solid. My eggs Benedict tasted good but the eggs were just boiled eggs unfortunately as they'd been really overcooked, so wasn't really what was expected. Hopefully just a one off, but my wife was a bit upset as she'd hoped it would be a good father's Day brunch

I’ve tried this place twice with the hope it would improve but unfortunately not. First time I went for breakfast and ordered poached eggs, but they “didn’t have any”. I’ve never heard something so ridiculous as a place that couldn’t poach their own eggs. I had eggs Benedict with fried eggs instead. Disappointing. My partner had the breakfast but it was a chicken sausage and turkey bacon. Not really what we had in mind, sausage was dry. Second visit I sat down and placed an order for a latte, “sure, no problem”… nothing… 10 minutes later another woman came over and said I had to place the order at the till. I said I’d already ordered and was told I hadn’t. Decided to leave as wasted 20 minutes already. Terrible place. It’s a shame there’s no other choice nearby, Bridge of Don could benefit from a decent coffee place. Luckily plenty of places down the beach!

Sadly waited 30 minutes for our order which never came. Eventually reordered and the order was wrong! Cost us 7 quid an ice cream too. Not sure what was wrong today, even the coffee was rotten (burnt). We'll not be back. Very expensive for some pretty poor service and product.

Personnel très sympa. Chocolat chaud aussi délicieux que d'habitude. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place...

Have been to the coffee shop with friends twice recently. The first time was in the afternoon on a Saturday and we didn't realise that the coffee shop closed at 3pm! The assistant closed up and started vacuuming but did not rush us away and we stayed for another half hour chatting. It is a shame it is not open a bit longer. The second time we went in the morning and the coffee shop was busier. There are quite a number of tables so plenty places to sit. Both times the staff were pleasant. and the coffee shop clean. The scones are very nice. Would come back again.

We visited this Costa this afternoon after what had been a long tiresome day hoping to get a nice coffee before our journey home. There were dirty tables and when we asked a member of staff to clean one so we could sit down we got a mouthful of abuse. So we left and went upstairs to the Pret a Manger which was much busier but they had nice clean tables and welcoming staff. Will not be visiting Costa again but would definitely recommend the Pret a Manger if you are visiting the Bon Accord Centre!

Delicious warm blueberry muffin and an apple and cinnamon muffin here for breakfast. Coffee, however, not good, tasted like dishwater, so neither of us finished our drinks. Would visit again for muffins but not coffee. Toilet out of order, but used for staff to change. Staff friendly.
