The photo you see was three years ago but last night that changed, when I ordered a chocoholic waffle and pistachio passion waffle. The pistachio passion was missing an extra which I asked for to be added but it did not bother me till I found hair a cooked inside the waffle I phoned the business I requested to speak to the owner who I seen when I entered the premises. But the employee was saying the owner isn't here so he did offer me replacement, the individual was polite who picked up the phone and apologised sincerely. It is a horrid feeling in the mouth when your pulling hair out and then find long piece of hair baked in the waffle. As I did not get to have a chance to speak to the manager/owner of the business I thought I would let you know if your employees did not convey back to you via review. I did not want to post this experience as I would of liked to have informed you on the phone and neither do I want a free replacement due to this experience. I wish you all the best going forward

The naughty Nutella waffle tasted really delicious with heaps of flavour - would definitely recommend as the owner was really friendly . If you’re looking for a sweet treat crema dolce will do the trick .

After trying numerous dessert shops in Manchester, I can officially say that Crema Dolce is the best in the city. I travelled from Leeds and had a wonderful experience. The desserts were amazing, but what made the visit truly memorable was the exceptional service from all members of staff. They were all incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Even giving my 2 year old a macaroon on the house! Just fab. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable—your efforts didn’t go unnoticed! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

The cafe is beautiful and spacious and the atmosphere is nice. The service is good and the prices are as well. Desserts and food are varied and delicious. There is no parking in front of the store or behind it, but rather on the side streets. There is a small bathroom and it is not the most beautiful and best thing! Needs renewal. Also, some of the seats are stained and need to be cleaned or replaced. Worth a visit. The place is nice and spacious. Atmosphere is good. Food & deserts are great, good price too. Things to improve: •Cleanless of the seating area as it is filled with marks and dirt. Sometimes on and under tables too. •Toilet area needs a bit of a revamp.

Brilliant service, we went with a group of 30. The turn around time for the desserts were quick. Staff was polite and accommodating. The desserts were lovely. Definitely reccomend

Very fast and personalised service by Mr. Ali. The mushroom cheese toasties is soo good, and conrnflake pie is nicely balanced with the custard on top. Very rich & creamy Hot chocolate. Recommended!

Honestly, it was a beautiful experience. I always prioritize service over food, but we felt so welcome here. On top of that, the food was, as always, perfect. We never go wrong here. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'm just never disappointed here.

Made quick, however quality seemed to have dropped with price increase also, waffles were good and soft, got the cake which had the stingiest amount of sauce over it, ferrero sundae used to have ferrero rocher in it, but mine had none in it which is misleading, seem to be a money saving thing or maybe an off day? Have ordered many times before but this time round quality has reduced and prices increased, which I can accept if previous quality was maintained. Will think twice before ordering again

Best crepe I've ever had for 8 pounds, filled with fruit and a scoop of beautifully soft ice-cream respectively. I am giving three stars because though it's a seemingly posh and beautiful place, the toilets are very filthy. It's like all they cared about are the decorations and the aesthetics but neglected the toilets

The café is beautiful and elegant. The coffee is delicious and has a strong flavor. I ordered several times: Cortado and Flat White, and I recommend them all. The desserts are also delicious and the size of the desserts is very large, which means it is enough for more than two people for me. I ordered a waffle once and once a cookie and I liked them all. The most important thing is that the owner is a Muslim and everything is halal. And good luck.

Fui por el cruffle que es un híbrido de croissant / waffle con helado de pistacho, frambuesas, fresas y crema. Dios mío, Dios mío. Yum, yum, yum. Increíblemente sabroso. Terminado con un sucio chai latte helado, fue en general un sabor fantástico extravagante. Todos los ingredientes eran frescos y de primera categoría por lo que obtiene cinco estrellas de mí. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Manchester, me aseguraré de visitar de nuevo.

I visited once their dessert was amazing, the staff were very nice. I asked to change a bit of what I wanted and have diff things on it instead, they were all willing to help. I even dropped a 100$ bill and they were kind enough to follow me and give it back. The place is very nice and cute.
