A little disappointed to see that the soda and potato bread was deep fried but on the plus side it was not too greasy and was quite tasty. I would definitely eat again the staff were pleasant and there was a warm atmosphere, plenty off plants and goods to browse i enjoyed my visit.

Always a lovely place to visit as there is a vast garden centre, 2 cafes, play area for children inside. Plenty of free parking space for parking, also disabled parking. There is also an inside shop with lots to browse through. Homemade goodies on sale here too. Only issue I have is the prices are really expensive 😢 a person could spend a good couple of hours here + ☺️ At the moment on my last visit on Thursday 26th September I noticed that Creative Gardens are prepared for Autumn with some beautiful displays and also a large space blocked off in preparation I think for their Christmas display, which is always awesome.

We were extremely disappointed with our food and drink today. I have coeliac disease and I ordered a gluten free raspberry and coconut slice £3.35. it was so crumbly I had to use a spoon to eat it. It was very dry and hard and it simply collapsed. My pot of tea tasted like germoline cream. The taste of the wwater up here is just awful!! My husband had lemon meringue which looks amazing but doesn't taste amazing. The lemon filling hardly tastes of lemon just like gelatine to be honest and his coffee had that germoline taste from the water. Very small cup! Not happy with our experience today 😕

I absolutely love this garden centre. I come here daily for all of my plants and treatment products. The range of plants and products are fantastic and you will find exactly what you’re looking for, and if you can’t then the staff will do their best to help, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. You could easily spend all day here among the beautiful plants and flowers. The cafe is fantastic and I would say without a doubt that they have the best coffee and scones I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend this garden centre to everyone.

There is so much to see and buy in this garden centre. I liked the way the flowers were displayed in groups of colours. There were also some fantastic gift ideas in the shop, but a tad pricey, maybe for something special. The cafe was extremely busy, but it is peak holiday season. Hubby had a tasty toasted sandwich, but my panini was pretty tasteless, and the filling was very sparse. As for the tea, most of it was left in the pot.

Quite possibly the best garden I’ve ever been in. From the moment you arrive the blissful feeling is evident around you, beautiful blooms everywhere. They have a section for absolutely all you can think of, they have a great indoor shop and a BBQ sales shop. To finish off your visit you can then stop in at the cafe for some beautiful food. The Coffee and scones here are amazing. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. They also have a great rewards system with lots of discount vouchers for members and all accessed easily via the creative gardens phone app. 100% well worth a visit.

Love coming to this place. It has a well presented garden centre and dedicated area selling smokers, barbecues, and pizza ovens. The gentleman in there really knows his stuff. Super friendly and helpful. The shop has a lovely array of ornaments , pots, chutneys and jams etc. The coffee shop is lovely. A lovely team of youth and experience all really friendly. The food and coffee are fresh and tasty. There's also a lovely play area where parents , grandparents, or childminders can sit and enjoy the food and coffee while the kids play. The kids' meals are great. This place offers everything for a lovely morning or afternoon out.

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this email to highlight a member of staff that works in your Bushmills Garden Centre. Myself and my husband have shopped regularly in your garden centre and every time we go we get greeted by a lady called Mandy. Firstly as a customers we have been to many garden centres and we keep going back because of your staff in this centre. Mandy is a real credit to your staff team from her warm welcome and friendly personality to her extreme knowledge and understanding of the products that she sells. I really hope this email is passed on or flagged to the regional manager of your centres because this lady deserves a lot of credit on how she handles customers. We first went to your centre last year to purchase many things for our new holiday home and I can honestly say this is the reason we come back and back to get the service this lady deserves. Mandy goes the extra mile every time she serves us and takes her time to explain what were buying, how it should be looked after and up sells anything she fells compliments or will enhance the products we are buying. As I have stated above this is the reason we come back time after time as she goes the extra mile for her customers. Please if there is a staff recognition award that you may have in place I as a customer would love this to be accounted in to making Mandy receive this award. Please can I ask that this also be forwarded to the centre manager in Bushmills to thank her for all the great work she has done for Creative Gardens. Well done Mandy and we will continue to make this our first choice for all our plants and garden needs just because of you !! Best Regards Jensen

Over priced, smaller portions, limited menu. I wonder if anything is made on site anymore as 90% are tray bakes or pies that are look like they’re bought wholesale- nothing special, the pear and almond scone had so much almond essence added that it was inedible. Beautiful garden centre ruined by the terrible cafe service. I was in here with my family for lunch. Ordered food and then was ushered on down to another till for coffees and payment. I requested an oat milk latte with an extra shot which was made and then just shoved towards my tray by the barista who according to her name badge was the “supervisor”. The other girl on the till was surly and impolite when my elderly mother struggled with the getting the cash from her purse. We chose a table inside the cafe as the weather was not playing ball that day. The table was sticky and we asked twice for it to be cleaned by a young girl whose sole mission in life seemed to be to wander around as slowly as possible chewing gum. We waited a considerable time for our lukewarm food to be brought out. To give credit where it’s due the girl who brought it out was very pleasant natured and apologized for the wait profusely. From our vantage point in the cafe we could see multiple staff stood around in both the cafe and kitchen area but only this one poor girl seemed to be responsible for taking out the mounting trays of food. I would not return to the cafe if I bring my family plant shopping here again.

I ordered 1 x cheese and ham toastie, 1 x cheese and onion toastie and 2 x pink lemonade, they describe this as dressed sandwiches and all that was with it was a pinch full of green leaves and 2 x cherry tomatoes, (no coleslaw and no crisps). This was £21.98. I know prices have gone up but this is outrageous and a total rip off. There was no please or thankyou by any of the girls that served me at any point. I also had to clean my own table before I sat down and the restaurant was extremely quiet, so there was no excuse as to why the tables were not clean. I visited Creative Gardens Bushmills today and had a snack lunch. Ordered a cheese and tomato toast on white bread for my sister and a Tikka panini for myself. The toast was on a very bland white bread but worst of all was the Panini which had the smallest amount of chicken you could imagine and was totally tasteless. I reckon they make about 10 paninis out of 1 breast of chicken. Very poor product and terrible value. The time we had to wait for the food to arrive is all the more mystifying (20 mins) as little effort was required to produce. Top prices are charged and the quality really needs to be improved to justify such costs.

We spent one night at the Port Hotel as we were visiting family in the area and heading to the Giant's Causeway. Location is good, not a far drive from the Causeway with decent restaurants nearby. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly. The beds unfortunately were very uncomfortable.. lumpy and badly in need of updating. The hotel vibe is cute and quaint, okay for one night, but wouldn't spend a second night.
