The driver turned up and asked for the code so we gave him the code only to be handed the wrong order. It had someone else’s name on. We queried the driver and he said it was at the shop. We asked if he’d be back. He said yes, and never turned up.

Food was beautiful fresh and hot and was delivered on time

on time given me the wrong order which was less value for money which I had already paid.

Two hours late and my cookie dough wasnt as warm.as last time really put me off ordering again and i have recommended too friends

Ordered a premium milkshake that came and wasn’t thick at all. Waffle and cookie dough both virtually stone cold when food arrived. Wouldn’t bother again.

The “thick shake” was not thick - it was a runny milkshake and the waffle was hard and cold. Would not order from here again.

took 2 hours to be delivered from being ordered.

the nachos where below sub-standard, barely any cheese on them, cold. the vanilla milk bubble tea was poor, I could taste the tap water in it. the cookie dough was good, I've had better, ide probably try this place one more time after this constructive criticism to see if they've improved to the customers expectations and il see if any improvements made.. thanks

Highly expensive and moderate taste of "royale" crepe compared to other dessert parlours.

Order never received I rang they said they would ring the driver and that it wasn’t their problem to deal with and would call back never called back and blocked my number not to mention that they just kept on updating and prolonging the delivery time then came through as delivered on the app

First time trying and we were very impressed! Would definitely recommend, the only small issue we had was that one of the cookie doughs was overcooked in the middle. Overall very good though!

Delivered to the wrong house never got my food

Quick delivery. Nice presentation tasted delicious just a shame the only cookie dough was the milk chocolate. The white chocolate and double chocolate cookie dough tasted more like a hard cookie as there wasn’t any doughey parts really. Center was crunchy. But it was enough and cured my craving so thank you :)

My waffle arrived with ice cream all over the bag the lid wasn’t on the tub so didn’t even get to use it take more care next time

arrived quickly. especially impressed by the vegan cookie dough which arrived warm with a nice big scoop of gelato. it's so nice to have vegan options available here!

Why can’t I swap my chocolate chip gelato on my cookie dough for a regular vanilla gelato. Chocolate chip is of course going to make the whole thing a tad too rich

Charged me £3 for a can of coke the cookies dough was dry and hard/ cold

Really disappointed. The driver dropped off the wrong order. We didn’t realise until he’d left - which was pretty sharpish. Then we couldn’t get in contact with the shop as no one was picking up. No way to contact the driver either

The food is great (although the red velvet cake was very dry), the delivery time was great too. The big problem is the price. £7 for a really small slice of cheesecake, and the same for an equally small slice of red velvet cake is a joke. I know there are expenses, but a whole cake only costs a couple of quid to make, and they must have got 16 slices out of it. I don't mind paying for convenience, but not this much.

Keep giving one Ice cream on triple treat cookie dough. Did explain last time in a review my partner went with a crepe instead of a cookie dough cause ice cream was missing the time before we ordered not that time. We shared one tub of ice cream between two us on that occasion when she had ordered cookie dough and I had the triple treat but it was read wrong even tho you was kind enough to say sorry 😌 I’ve ordered just one triple again tonight one ice cream again with the cookie dough order. First time order, everything correct, cool and tasty. Arrived on time, on a busy evening.

The vanilla milk tea was tasteless and the chocolate cake filing was distasteful. The desserts were cold rather than hot.

Awful service. Had to go all the way back to the shop and staff are so so rude. Made to feel really uncomfortable do not go here! Wrong order awful!

They went way beyond. I let them know about a special occasion and they made my daughter feel so good she was so happy. Everything was absolutely delicious but definitely be coming back.

My food was cold so it doesn’t really matter how late

I did not get the food. The driver was going in few different streets coulnt find mine and it appeared delivered even that it was not.

Although service and delivery where quick, cookie dough over done and was well, a cookie! And not dough! Annoying 7/10

The cookie dough tasted great but it was delivered on its side in a bag so a lot of the chocolate and biscoff sauce had leaked out of the box. Disappointed in that.

I never leave reviews but this was needed. The bubble tea was curdled, watery with no ice and the tapioca was one solid lump. They give normal thin straws making it impossible to drink the bubble tea and the hot pocket was cold, chewy disgusting, missing marshmallow and just random sauces thrown all over it. Who ever made my order clearly couldn't be bothered. I really would think twice before ordering. Expensive order that was thrown away.

Waited outside for around 15 mins in the cold when the driver was on the next street just stopped there when it said driver due on just eat also slush was all over in the bag the chocolate waffle was all over in the box the delivery driver delivered it on a bike there was no straw for the slush I want my money back thank you.. 😡

the order has not come to my address i’ve rang the restaurant n they’ve said to raise a complaint with you.

The driver had the milkshake upside down in the bag, the milkshake has leaked all over the place and there was nothing left in the milkshake as it was all over the bag. As a result the cookie dough has been covered in milkshake.

So good, got everything I wanted (which is rare from anywhere nowadays). Great service, definitely my go to dessert place now!! :))

Cake was really really nice, packaging outstanding, bubble tea was not nice ( tapioca bubbles stick together like a lump) , tea was very watery.

Couldn't get hold of restaurant via the phone, entire order was incorrect. Ordered waffles, received cookie dough and ordered oreo thickshake but received something that's covered in caramel.

Ordered banoffee waffle and chocoholic pancake and they were both really nice. Food arrived on time and the ice cream wasn't melted. Definitely recommend and will order again!

Lovely sundaes, definitely worth the money!

Food was ok but quite expensive but we were missing some of the order and they wouldn’t re deliver it and now we have to wait to be refunded.Not sure I’d use them again.
