I ordered since 2024 i was so happy with orders what i make . but this year doner kebab is really different and smell different . Very disappointed this time sorry .

The atmosphere felt great...I was drunk at the time and created my own atmosphere 🤣 I did refuse to get in my taxi until I had eaten my pizza as it was banging!

Ordered a burger with no onion and bbq sauce. Instead I got a burger with fried and fresh onion and mayo on both sides.

shocking paid £20 for a donner wrap and a chicken wrap both meals ordered at 2am arrived at 4:50 am both the meals was wet through because it was just left on my front in the rain rang up for a refund and got verbal abuse and mimicking down the phone

Got the Wiganer kebab it was absolutely biblical lots of meat and very tasty. I think they call it because it would easily feed half of Wigan, it was massive. Highly recommended. Nice one guys definitely be ordering again. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very disappointed. We used to order regularly from this place, but last time we placed an order, we had an awful experience. Me and my partner had a severe food poisoning straight away after having a takeaway. It seems like review was even deleted from Just Eat about it. Food arrived quickly, although having such a severe food poisoning afterwards is not worth it. We will not be ordering from this place again. I wonder what kind of hygiene was avoided to cause us such a bad experience . Please , avoid for your own sake!

food is amazing. and to top it off the customer service is unreal. i made a mistake and the communication was excellent and they helped to solve my problem quickly. not a negative comment about this takeaway

I am from blackpool bit fussy with the food matters here we enjoyed boom boom we came to visit wigan Town. Good experience.. worth it, spend money for food tendered chicken, and in blackpool place called Downtown Grill oil free, and delicious 😋 and full of flavours as well..

The order was a bit delayed, but we figured it was busy due to being Saturday night. They did contact us, apologising for the delay and updated us on when it was coming. It came, the food was awesome, fresh, hot, tasty, great quality, generous portions, thoroughly enjoyed all of it. First time using this place, will use again 100%

Good arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes after I ordered it - freezing cold pizza which was swimming in grease on the top , cheese burger that was burnt beyond anything I have ever seen and the chips were a soggy mess DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE

I ordered a burger woth cucumber and lettuce with mayo and I only got the cucumber and mayo which they put way to much which made it very sickly.

pizza and garlic bread was nice but the wings weren't nice quality. Flavour was nice though

I gave them the wrong address tonight , my fault as I hadn’t checked before confirming my order, when I eventually realised I rang them and they were very understanding and explained that it would be a while before they could deliver another order, they asked if I could collect which wasn’t a problem they were extremely friendly and efficient and made our order fresh and didn’t charge any extra for the inconvenience that I had caused , food was delicious and service outstanding.

I paid for a drink, but it didn't come and where you're supposed to be able to let Just Eats know about a problem, it only gave the food items a chance to be ticked if they were missing from the order, not the drink. So I couldn't inform them.

The food here was decent at best and after an hour and a half wait alongside a phone call to the store, I would have expected better. However I can say that the customer service here is good because when we called the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Recently returned to England and couldn’t wait get my hands on a Boom Boom. It was exceptional. As good as j always remembered.

Food was good. I must admit the garlic bread was very oily so it was pretty soggy to eat.. so I’d work on getting that sorted guys. But other than that the food was good no issues happy to order again 👍

Food was delicious, chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and chips were just as great with red salt and vinegar. Doner wrap was stunning aswel!

good choice of food, pizza was delicious, kids had a wrap meal which was finished and thoroughly enjoyed and a cheesebuger meal again finished and loved. everything was hot and tasted very good, cans were ice cold. will definitely be using again 5 star all the way

Absolutely brilliant, food arrived red hot and was bloody good, best pizza ive eaten in a long time. Kids had a chicken wrap meal and the other a quarter pounder meal they both loved theres. Cans came ice cold which is a rarity these days. Was early on delivery aswell so all round brilliant service and will definitely be using again. 👍🏻

My son thinks he's Gordan Ramsey. He is never happy. The smashed burger meal and bbq ribs broke him! Best £20 I've ever spent on takeaway!!!!! I had donner and sish I have to say it was rubbery but... it was 1.30am! I will deffo order again at a normal time. 10 out of 10 anyway its took 16 years and alot of money on takeaway to get the reaction I got from my fussy son so thankyou so much

Food was hot , tasty , quality of the burger was perfect, the fries where spot on , the boombastic wrap was 10 out of 10 , the only negative I could say was the burger was so juicy that it made the bun a little soggy but I still managed to keep everything together from start to finish’ I like to try different take aways but I am finding it hard to go anywhere else now I’ve found this , I think this is about 6 times in a row now , I can’t go anywhere else now

Nice food. Did out no salad on one burger but still got onions on it and chips that comes in the meal are a very small portion. But overall good food. Only downside really was a very late delivery, manager did ring to let me know they were very busy and would be late but not ideal to be an hour over the estimated delivery time

Food was really good! but such a long wait (over 1.5 hours) It’s a Thursday night - we only ordered two burger meals and live not far away, so an hour and a half wait is a lot! (Food did still arrive hot though) Also didn’t get the free garlic bread we usually get - not sure if they stopped that offer

we opted for this restaurant because our usual burger place stopped doing delivery, and it was absolutely worth the money, decent range of food so I was able to satisfy my picky brother with a pizza whilst me and my mum got burgers. both went for the triple burger which was amazing but so filling we couldn't eat it all. definitely ordering again but probably a smaller burger next time :)

The food was nice but for a large there wasn’t much there.

The food was really lovely (as always). However, as the delivery driver was leaving, the little girl next door shouted something rude at him and I want to say that I am VERY sorry that happened. That family is nothing to do with me but I’m absolutely mortified that the nice gentleman who delivered our food had to deal with that kind of behaviour. I’m really very sorry :(

We had the Wiganers kebab and shared it between 2 of us! I haven’t had a kebab that good in a very very long time I’m usually very fussy with my chicken and won’t eat chicken from takeaways but I tried the chicken and it was like heaven!! This is now our new favourite and regular place and we plan on ordering again as a treat for when our son is out of hospital! As for the size it was definitely worth the money could very easily feed 3 people as we ate lots and there were still loads left over!
