I only had Vanilla Milk Bubble Tea… Wont recommend to have it…. it just didn’t taste right, and the cardboard straw added more to the distaste

Sundae pot only half full, very poor.

Literally crap took over an hour to come and when it came freezing they said they don’t want to compensate me and let’s talk about how my waffle I paid for extra sauce came like it was a tiny square of chocolate drizzled over I’m young I love this place but it’s just Acc weird don’t come here the staff are so rude too when I asked a simple question

Expected delivery timer just counted up until I called the restaurant. Sundaes I ordered were completely melted so we pretty much just threw them away.

It was a terrible experience. we were 7 persons and the only server, bless her, made food that looked really good. however, the service was just too slow (because there were not enough servers), the hot pockets inside tasted incredibly industrial and chemical and just poor overall. It is cheap enough but definitely not worth the experience, do not recommend!

Food tasted good but was cold and the ice cream was melted, the driver must have had a large number of stops as seemed to go all around the houses before getting to us!

First time i have been in Creams , and I have to say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to indulge in a sweet treat. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from decadent sundaes to freshly made crepes. I have tried chicken hot pocket which is delicious.

Had a lovely birthday celebration for my 13 year old and a group of her friends at Creams. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, and the silence from a group of teens whilst eating an assortment of sundaes, crepes and cookies was testament to how delicious it was!

As a dessert place you’d think they’d know how to make a meringue but I was disappointed to find the meringue on top of the lemon meringue cheesecake was just whipped egg white. It was foul

Creams Cafe is my go to dessert spot, and it never disappoints! The restaurant is spacious, spotless, and offers a great variety of dishes. Their rich hot chocolate drink and generously topped Oreo donut are always a treat. I would also highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding-decadent until the last bite and the flavorful salsa chicken pockets. Very Yum they are!!! I dine in daily, enjoying the calm atmosphere to get my office work done without ever feeling rushed. The hardworking girls here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing quick and excellent service. Huge thanks to the team for creating such a warm and enjoyable experience. Your hard work truly makes a difference. A must-visit for dessert lovers!

Food delivery time kept being delayed and food arrived cold

My cookie dough was squashed into a ball n my milkshake was spilt in bag

Awful experience really disappointed. Given the completely wrong crepe with wrong toppings not to mention the liquid goo coming from the strawberries making the whole thing inedible because it’s been sat waiting in a fridge. The Crepe itself is basically still raw, not good for £9 odd. staff need training and lessons on how to read an order. Imagine this was an allergy that was messed up

I like that there is often few people there and I can sit and read a book without distraction. I like their coffee and gelato. They have non dairy milk for coffee and also decaf. The girls at the till are very nice. The only thing I would choose is probably music, it is sometimes a bit loud and I would prefer it a bit more relaxing. But I guess then they would have too many people 🙈

I ordered a Triple Treat premium cookie dough and it was super duper sweet and tasty 😋

Absolutely awful, over an hour late. The boxes were upside down when I unpacked them with the security seal broken. What an absolute joke.

This visit was made due to the necessity of needing to use the toilets as the public toilets in bath we visited were closed. We decided to ask the lady if we could use the toilet. She thankfully accommodated us. We also needed some type of food, after not being successful in getting a table in any other restaurant, even after having made reservations and having the restaurant not follow through in our booking. Creams was not busy. The service was accomodating, but limited interaction was made. The waitress seemed friendly. The whole restaurant was dirty, from the hair on the menu, to the sticky tables and floor. Which I did expect from creams after visiting my home branch previously. Like I said this was a necessity visit. Saturday Nov 2024

crepe & Bublelicious were good, chocolate fudge cake was not,

The waiter was a bit deaf had to tell her “collection” about four times

everything was delicious except for the boba tea! the tapioca pearls had gone off, and they don't provide a straw big enough to drink them anyway :(

Cold waffles and strawberry’s soggy

Waited over 3 hours for this. Delivery it’s cool. The restaurant lied When I rang them. And no help from just eat. U all should be implemented.

Disappointing experience. The cheesecake was dry, chocolate was stale and the shake had no flavor. The lady who served us was extremely rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there. Twice she ignored me and attended to others even though I had been waiting longer both times. Would not recommend to anyone.

The worst service you ever get in Bath!!!! The girl was rude and she was not keen to take our orders. Better to teach her some basic etiquetts!!!!!

We went to get a waffle and a hot chocolate cake. The lady that served us was rude and didn't seem like she even wants to be there. The "hot" chocolate cake was old from the previous day or 2 and it wasn't hot. When I asked to heat it up because the cake is cold , the lady said "but I heated it up for 30 seconds"🤦‍♂️ didn't change the fact that it was cold. She then heated it up, and it was still cold but the ice cream next to it melted. 👎 The waffle was OK. It had maybe 2 small straw berries and a small banana on top with some small amount of sauce. Definitely won't be coming back, save your money. The one in Bournemouth was way way way better compared to this miserable place. Oh and the table rocked so hard our coffees spilled everywhere. 🥲

Food was amazing but all staff seem like they dont know what there doing bring food to wrong tables no communication to customers on do we wait for food and drink or do they bring it table just kinda look at you and just seems to he no organisation on whos doing what.

Stopped by in the afternoon and had delicious cookie dough and a happy experience with our waitress. I've sampled most of the menu and it's all delicious!

Downstairs seating for 80. Upstairs at least another 20. 2 toilet cubicles. One make, one female. Toilets are accessible via 19 stairs. With no disabled access. No disabled toilets. The deserts portions and quality and poor branch layout are worth about half what they cost. Which explains why there were less than 10 people in the branch.

This is the best place to get dessert in town in my opinion! A great variety of options for every person! From freakshakes to sandaes to cookie dough(this picture) to ice cream to smoothies if you fancy something healthier! I love this place, definitely recommend for the ratio price to quality/taste it offers! Go get some deliciousness people! THIS IS SOME DELICIOUS STUFF

Just discovered coffee flavoured gelato… flavourful but not too sweet, perfectly fit my preference. Had two scoops in a cone and finished all!

Decent place. Had a raffle on when I came in and won a £5,000 prize, so obviously super stoked! Just found out randomly when my order arrived! Didn’t even know the competition was on! Messed up my sorbet order (gave me one scoop/flavour instead of two) and gave me a dairy coffee instead of an oat milk one. I asked my server multiple times if the coffee she'd brought me was oat milk as she referred to it as a 'latte,' she confirmed that it was. Then, ten minutes later after I'd drunk some of the coffee she brought me an oat milk latte! I asked her why she'd told me the original coffee had oat milk in it, she denied that she had and didn't apologise. Luckily I am dairy free by choice, not because I have allergies but either way a mistake was made and I would expect an apology at the very least.

Visited Creams Cafe Bath after playing Crazy Golf, the service we received ( 5 adults ) was 5*++ We all had different desserts and drink and they were all 5* Tyr staff are amazing great interaction, service, couldn’t do enough for us Would definitely recommend and will be returning

If you want total indulgence, this is the place. Massive range of desserts and shakes. Spacious cool interior with comfy seating. When I visited just after lunch, it was reasonably quiet. Service was friendly and efficient.

Enjoyed Creams for a post dinner birthday desert. Waffles were massive with some interesting toppings. Kids loved them. Go hungry or share. Didnt love the decor but otherwise fun.

Very good place, they also offer student discount 10%. Usually where I go after I finish exams to relax and grab something sweet.

We went late in the evening and the service was very fast, the staff knowledgable about the ingredients when queried but most importantly, the deserts are amazing!

The Gelatos are of very reasonable price and especially the Hot and cold choco fudge brownie was very yummy. The staffs are also very helpful.

Manager was extremely rude, was to busy when taking my order to listen to my request then proceeded to shout how it was my fault when I asked for the original dish that was ordered and repeatedly kept saying its you the who is wrong… Not the best experience will not be returning

The most lovely staff ever - the 5 stars are for them. I didn't have any food, just a coffee (which was very nice) but my friends and our daughters waffles and cookie dough were fantastic. Decent value too.

Wonderful place,Amazing costumer service the food & drink's was fabulous.

Manager spoke ‘confusing’ English. It took a great deal of effort to explain that I wasn’t waiting for a takeaway. I wanted to place an order. Then where the Manager got cross with me. When I did eventually place an order for two lots of waffles. It came to the table wrong. The same Manager became aggressive and refused to correct the order. I had two little girls very upset as they’re eating different desserts to what they ordered. Clearly one stressed out Manager, which, unfortunately filtered down to unhappy staff …….. and customers. Won’t be going back. Heavenly Desserts will get my hard earned money instead.

Really bad customer service and rude employees

My son ordered online, maybe different in the cafe. His drink lid was not secured, ended up all over the place. Nachos with a cheese sauce was cheap nachos with cheap cheese melted over. By the time it got here it was set into a nasty, greasy lump, definitely not a cheese sauce of any kind. Waste of money.

What a shambles ride staff got our order completely wrong so had to remake it asked where the ice cream was we ordered with our crepes told we didn’t order it got even more rude Staff obviously don’t wanna be here my advise stay away

отношения персонала к тебе не дружелюбное, мы были тут первый раз и в зале находились только мы, мы сели за стол и получили меню, когда мы были готовы сделать заказ никто не подошел, в итоге я подозвал работника и она подошло но что то сказала и ушла, увы мой английский не очень хорош, но коль ты уже подошла ко мне так прими заказ, не сложно же! так еще и грязную посуду хотел дать персоналу который шел на кухню, по пути же, но она не взяла его и сказала оставить на столе, но мне не удобно , поэтому я хотел чтобы ее унесли. Короче чувствуется атмосфера что вам тут не рады. Еда понравилась , было вкусно .
