wen order about 3 or 4 times now and it amazing and has never disappointed us

I had a wonderful experience. I sampled five different favours and choose the coconut 🥥one. The staff were very friendly and we even had a nice chat :)

Exceptional deserts, lovely staff, relaxed Atmosphere. Highly recommend the Berry Slice (I think it's called that) and Bubblicious Sundaes!

Amazing food, large portions, staff were great but decently expensive and was given luke warm water also toilet smell was unbearable

Food was amazing but all staff seem like they dont know what there doing bring food to wrong tables no communication to customers on do we wait for food and drink or do they bring it table just kinda look at you and just seems to he no organisation on whos doing what.

Great ice cream and great milkshakes. Bit odd some of the logos resemble a SS logo from the 1940s.

Stopped by in the afternoon and had delicious cookie dough and a happy experience with our waitress. I've sampled most of the menu and it's all delicious!

Terrible service. We weren’t even addressed when we walked in and weren’t served for 10 minutes while the place was absolutely empty. Very disappointing

Downstairs seating for 80. Upstairs at least another 20. 2 toilet cubicles. One make, one female. Toilets are accessible via 19 stairs. With no disabled access. No disabled toilets. The deserts portions and quality and poor branch layout are worth about half what they cost. Which explains why there were less than 10 people in the branch.

This is the best place to get dessert in town in my opinion! A great variety of options for every person! From freakshakes to sandaes to cookie dough(this picture) to ice cream to smoothies if you fancy something healthier! I love this place, definitely recommend for the ratio price to quality/taste it offers! Go get some deliciousness people! THIS IS SOME DELICIOUS STUFF

Just discovered coffee flavoured gelato… flavourful but not too sweet, perfectly fit my preference. Had two scoops in a cone and finished all!

Decent place. Had a raffle on when I came in and won a £5,000 prize, so obviously super stoked! Just found out randomly when my order arrived! Didn’t even know the competition was on! Defo recommend getting in here! Ordered the bueno… maybe that’s a luckier option? Good luck everyone! Haha! Buzzin!

Messed up my sorbet order (gave me one scoop/flavour instead of two) and gave me a dairy coffee instead of an oat milk one. I asked my server multiple times if the coffee she'd brought me was oat milk as she referred to it as a 'latte,' she confirmed that it was. Then, ten minutes later after I'd drunk some of the coffee she brought me an oat milk latte! I asked her why she'd told me the original coffee had oat milk in it, she denied that she had and didn't apologise. Luckily I am dairy free by choice, not because I have allergies but either way a mistake was made and I would expect an apology at the very least.

Visited Creams Cafe Bath after playing Crazy Golf, the service we received ( 5 adults ) was 5*++ We all had different desserts and drink and they were all 5* Tyr staff are amazing great interaction, service, couldn’t do enough for us Would definitely recommend and will be returning

If you want total indulgence, this is the place. Massive range of desserts and shakes. Spacious cool interior with comfy seating. When I visited just after lunch, it was reasonably quiet. Service was friendly and efficient.

Enjoyed Creams for a post dinner birthday desert. Waffles were massive with some interesting toppings. Kids loved them. Go hungry or share. Didnt love the decor but otherwise fun.

Very good place, they also offer student discount 10%. Usually where I go after I finish exams to relax and grab something sweet.

We went late in the evening and the service was very fast, the staff knowledgable about the ingredients when queried but most importantly, the deserts are amazing!

food was very bland hot & cold lava cake had no flavour. Manager was extremely rude, was to busy when taking my order to listen to my request then proceeded to shout how it was my fault when I asked for the original dish that was ordered and repeatedly kept saying its you the who is wrong… Not the best experience will not be returning

We stopped here after dinner for a sweet treat. The staff was very friendly and kind. We got an ice cream sundae and scoops with toppings. Prices were reasonable and they were delicious and presented so nicely. Give them a try if you're in the area!

The most lovely staff ever - the 5 stars are for them. I didn't have any food, just a coffee (which was very nice) but my friends and our daughters waffles and cookie dough were fantastic. Decent value too.

Manager spoke ‘confusing’ English. It took a great deal of effort to explain that I wasn’t waiting for a takeaway. I wanted to place an order. Then where the Manager got cross with me. When I did eventually place an order for two lots of waffles. It came to the table wrong. The same Manager became aggressive and refused to correct the order. I had two little girls very upset as they’re eating different desserts to what they ordered. Clearly one stressed out Manager, which, unfortunately filtered down to unhappy staff …….. and customers. Won’t be going back. Heavenly Desserts will get my hard earned money instead.

Really bad customer service and rude employees

My son ordered online, maybe different in the cafe. His drink lid was not secured, ended up all over the place. Nachos with a cheese sauce was cheap nachos with cheap cheese melted over. By the time it got here it was set into a nasty, greasy lump, definitely not a cheese sauce of any kind. Waste of money.

What a shambles ride staff got our order completely wrong so had to remake it asked where the ice cream was we ordered with our crepes told we didn’t order it got even more rude Staff obviously don’t wanna be here my advise stay away

отношения персонала к тебе не дружелюбное, мы были тут первый раз и в зале находились только мы, мы сели за стол и получили меню, когда мы были готовы сделать заказ никто не подошел, в итоге я подозвал работника и она подошло но что то сказала и ушла, увы мой английский не очень хорош, но коль ты уже подошла ко мне так прими заказ, не сложно же! так еще и грязную посуду хотел дать персоналу который шел на кухню, по пути же, но она не взяла его и сказала оставить на столе, но мне не удобно , поэтому я хотел чтобы ее унесли. Короче чувствуется атмосфера что вам тут не рады. Еда понравилась , было вкусно .

First time visiting Creams in Bath, it was 23:25 so we ordered to take away. The order was fast, the staff are super friendly and have great customer service, and most of all the food was great. Restaurant is also visibly clean and hygienic. Would not think twice about visiting here again!

Delicious!!! The staff are really friendly, the place is very clean and the desserts… well they are on another level! The nachos I feel could do with some extra cheese or even some additional toppings, they looked a bit sad 😂

Really nice interior, great food and drinks. Proper maple syrup. A hand dryer that blasts you hard. Bright funky decor.

My kids’ favourite place in the city, and it’s not hard to guess why! A massive selection of treats, with various customisation options to get exactly what you want. Some things can be made vegan, which is helpful.

Really nice place, went in and it was empty but was greeted by a nice member of staff. We both had scoop shakes I had a kinder Bueno and my partner had a choc one. They were really yummy and would have another one.

I am absolutely livid, I’ll tell you that for free. Relaxing at home with the mistress (my favourite one) and I develop quite the sweet tooth. We find ourselves casually scrolling through Uber eats and stumble across what seems to be a ‘hot n cold’ Sundae special? Inviting at the very least. We spend the next half an hour frantically watching the world go by as we anticipate what we expected to be something quite extraordinary. However, 38 minutes later I find myself writing said review in a state I can only describe as gut wrenching despair. The ‘hot n cold’ extravaganza consisted of lukewarm ice cream and rock solid frozen chocolate cake. In fact, it took me 3-4 minutes to find the missing lump as it struggled to swim in the endless pool of ice cream the temperature of magna. £11.50 I paid for this cream no ice & not so hot chocolate cake and I can’t imagine the mistress will be wanting to split the cost with me any time soon. We’ve been on the rocks as it is, I can sense this being a potential last straw for the two of us. You owe me £11.50 & a new concubine. Even Brucey Bogtrotter would have turned the other way, despite the Trunchbull’s threats.

Arrived 10.20 got my dessert at 10.45 they made me leave at 11 even tho we weren’t finished. We left all our ice cream there. Delicious desserts but poor customer service.

The thick Kinder Bueno shake I had was so filling and enjoyable, and my girlfriend was stuffed with her vegan crepe so perfect last spot to go to when finished at Bath.

Nice waffles, but service not amazing, walking in with my dog and ordered at the counter, was only when we sat down was told I couldn’t have her in the shop (which I didn’t mind) if i had been told before ordering, so tried to cancel my order and i couldn’t, so had to eat it outside, annoying that i couldn’t just have had my order cancelled

First visit and it was very good. I removed a star because we had to switch two of the orders because they did not have what we wanted and the server could have been a little bit more engaged with us, but the deserts were very tasty 😋 and we could not finish two of them because they were so big. Maybe kids portions next time 😆

Similar to other bad experiences. Very poor service. Our order didn't arrive after 30 mins. After asking staff several times they realised they had forgotten our order. Then they brought the wrong order with missing items. Another 15 mins. Not coming back.

Got our uber eats order wrong and refused to change it - told us to contact uber and received no help from them. This happens pretty much every time we order from creams and so will not be ordering from then again

DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. Man said they do not take any responsibility for customers allergies and cross contaminates everything. Just go somewhere else.

My first time so I just ordered an order winter hot chocolate,and tried a bit of my sons crepe,which was delicious but don't think I could eat whole portion.

Disappointed, two orders where both incorrect. Maybe eating in would of been a different experience.

Staff have no idea about coeliac disease and were quite judgemental when I asked them to make a new order without the wafer. The boy training was primarily making these mistakes and kept asking me why I couldn't just take it off and put it aside. The manager was sympathetic but still didn't understand my condition. The boy who put the wafer on my food stared at us constantly while we ate and it made us uncomfortable.

Nice place and delicious and abundant creps, nice staff. I would go back but I remove a star because I don't like having to order with the QR code. It was difficult and I had questions for the waiter and couldn't register. It was a waste of time

Great coffee and nice atmosphere to have it. Sweets selection are good and service at the high standards.

Myself and 3 mates came to have pudding on Sunday and had the worst experience we could imagine. Me and my partner have come before and have problems but today was by far the worse. We ordered our food and the place had a couple of others already inside. Service took a long time which was a bit disappointing. Nobody was paying attention to what orders went where. We had a cookie dough waffle with NO cookie dough in it. 3 members of staff went on to telling us it was white cookie dough when we complained. We waited 40 minutes for a banana milkshake ( "tasted like warm bath water") and a smoreo which took 3 attempts to get correct. Your staff were very rude and were throwing the plates on the table after we complained about waiting time and what was incorrect. Apart from this food was ok. Very disappointed and would probably not come again! What a waste of £50.

Best place for desserts. The owner is very kind and friendly. My family and I ordered the crepe royal, Mango mania, and bubblegum gelato. All items where amazing. Definitely recommend this place for desserts. Thanks
