Creams Cafe in Hammersmith and Fulham

Esta debe haber sido la PEOR y más repugnante crema en la que he estado. ¡Vivo en Bedfordshire! El helado manchado a lo largo de las paredes de la cabina, podía ver claramente las marcas de los dedos, mesas pegajosas, olor húmedo. Posición oscura y sucia, tal vez algunas de las luces estaban defectuosas. Tantas moscas. Nos dieron un granizado y la tapa no cabía así que terminó dando vueltas por toda la mesa ya que no nos dimos cuenta hasta demasiado tarde de que la tapa era de tamaño incorrecto. El baño era asqueroso. Le pedí a un miembro del personal que lo limpiara para que mi sobrina pudiera usarlo, me miraron como si les preguntara si limpian profundamente toda la tienda que es lo que malditamente necesitan hacer, ¡¡está TAN SUCIO!! Su calificación higiénica realmente debe ser un 1 y estar cerrado para inspección. Para tu información no vi un certificado. Entraron y salieron y no se hizo nada, así que tuvimos que irnos sin terminar lo que se nos ordenó... El helado de caramelo salado era repugnante, los ajustes del congelador claramente demasiado altos o el helado había estado sentado demasiado tiempo ya que era helado y de textura afilada no suave y cremosa como debería haber sido. Solo 1 de los 4 ppl trabajando parecía querer estar trabajando, chica asiática alta y bonita. El resto eran miserables. Qué decepción.

It is a simple as this. Ask for a three scoops ice cream cone to dine-in and get this.. thing. Did someone vomited my ice cream? All flavours mixed. I don't know if they were nice because it was all one. I like to enjoy of ice cream and the cone but seriously, WHAT IS THIS? In a plastic cup? Never coming back in my life. Presentation is definitely not their strength.

I come with my family to have some ice cream and waffles. We ordered the treats and the lady that was preparing our food was using a dirty uniform. As soon she finished and bring to us we can see her nails was dirty, seems that she forget to cleaning after doing her job. I hope the company take care more serious this kind of problems.

Quote for scoops of ice cream is per tub. It is an additional 60 pence if you want it in a cone instead. Scales are tipped in favour of waste packaging.

Today I pop up at Creams Hammersmith in the end of the day to buy some desserts and I get surprised that a young boy that seems work there was sitting in the top of table that prepares waffles and seems that he don’t care about nothing. After I saw this. I decided to leave the place and didn’t come anymore. I can imagine how can be cleaning in this place. It is a place with good place to have nice waffles and ice cream, sadly this young boy really don’t care about nothing. Seems that he is forced to work there. A real mister to me why the owner the business keep staff like this or maybe they don’t care about the customers. I hope that the owner take a look in this matter. Seems the place don’t have manager that take care about the staff.

Me and my wife had 2 x waffles out of this place tonight, as a once a week treat,, but they’ve turned out to be the worst waffles we’ve ever had.. Hard as a rock,, and also there was stuff missing out of it...Tried contacting Creams about it, but they just kept hanging off.. also we had to wait for 75 minutes for the Waffles to be delivered through Deliveroo.. This place it’s turning into an absolute joke.. We use to love this place, but now, we’re losing complete trust.. Maybe about time to try a different place.

Very rude staff and tediously slow service even though they were close to empty. Staff appeared too busy more time talking about and pointing at various customers and walkers by rather than serving those of us who were waiting.

Just had the worst experience- walked in and could not get to the seating area because it was so full of food delivery drivers congregating at the desk. None of them wearing masks and the poor staff trying to get them to put masks on and they refused. They were also all using the restaurant toilet, walking through the restaurant without masks or sanitising their hands. They were totally ignoring the staff who were doing their best to control the situation, one of them even started yelling and saying that he didn’t need to wear a mask. We waited about 20 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, the first ones that arrived were not the ones that we ordered!! The couple on the table next to us walked out and gave up waiting. Never again will I step foot into this Creams. Totally unhygienic and chaotic and feel so sorry for the poor staff who didn’t stand a chance with the aggressive deliveroo and other drivers

We walked in, immediately being shouted at rudely by a member of staff ‘can’t you see there’s a queue?”after they were clearly getting annoyed at having more customers enter. Obviously having just entered we were not aware of this as people were scattered rather than queuing up. Decided to leave and go elsewhere as the service clearly wasn’t going to get any better. Maybe hire new staff or train them to have some manners.

Second time we’ve been here. Before we had the excellent crepes this time I dropped in for a tub of ice cream after a meal at the Ram. Server was apologetic about the short delay in serving me the excellent salted caramel and gave me an extra scoop as compensation. Top class service and ice creams.

Plenty of goodies on the menu. If you are in the mood for a good desert this is the place. Great little place.

Every item is so yummy in this branch... First impressions? Excellent! A hidden gem on Kings Street. I didn't know it existed until we walked down. Maybe some advertising near the Broadway might help? Makala (sorry if it's the incorrect name and spelling?) has excellent customer focus and the right attitude for the job! She dazzles with her upbeat personality and she goes out of her way to provide a great experience and attentiveness. I would suggest she becomes a team leader and then a future prospective Manager. We asked a few questions regarding the franchise and she was very knowledgeable. I can see this branch making a killing in the summer time. Everything was clean, including the rest rooms. Great atmosphere and great choice of music. It's not over loud, right balance of ambiance. Pricing compared to similar establishments that sells the same deserts? Very reasonable! Most important... It's tasty and not too sickly sweet? If that makes sense? Hammersmith needed something like this as it was getting very dull and boring. Creams actually makes my daughter and myself, smile. 😂 We'll definitely be popping in for a naughty treat! This establishment is suitable for well behaved 🤣 children ages and upwards! Forget having a boring desert at the end of your meal... Go to creams and indulge in some naughty delicious, decadent treats! 😜 Great for first dates ... It's relaxed and they do an array of coffee and different sorts of hot chocolates as well as the yummy deserts and gelato! And to think we just only wanted to pop in to use the toilet! 🤣 As soon as my daughter laid her eyes on the gelato? She was hooked! We definitely recommend 👍🏼👌🏼

A place that lives up to the billing – this is unashamed, joyful dairy overload. From the array of ice creams in the chilled counter to the milkshake machines behind, it’s dairy, dairy, dairy. I tried a thick shake – laden with ice cream. This café/takeaway is to be visited in moderation, unless you’re burning up calories for fun. Inside it’s dark and mysterious, like a nightclub after hours – full of shadowy zones and tables. For £4.95 I had a takeaway peanut butter thick shake – large size. I must confess, I thoroughly enjoyed it, even if it probably represented a couple of days’ sugar allowance. Service is prompt. No one had noticed me walk in (it wasn’t particularly busy this particular weekday lunchtime), but when I was spotted, the staff jumped to it. A very personable girl (Francesca) took the order, and made the shake, with attention to hygiene (disposable gloves) and ensuring she didn’t come into contact with the liquid by pushing on the container lid with her elbow! The crunchy peanut butter was the real thing, scooped out of a jar with a long spoon and added to the mixer.

Very tasteful ice cream. You can buy scoops on the counter or order a milkshake, Sunday or other options on the table. Recommended.

Came here with my son today and his girlfriend. Took a little while to get taken to a table as it was quite empty when we got there. However we were seated in a lovely place, you have to go up and give your order at the till...that I felt was a little unorganized with both customers wanting to eat in and eat out...but anyway we had salted caramel crepe, pancake Day and new York cheesecake....it didn't come all at once which was a strange one, and plus the cheesecake was not inputted correctly on the order so nearly didn't receive it. It was all very very delicious, staff were very nice and chap who did the deserts did them amazing...however it did get busy very quickly and this maybe because of mothers day and I noticed very quickly the stress levels getting high...one thing that needs to be reminded to staff do not argue with each other in front of customers and do not belittle your staff in front of customers...I did also notice a couple of customers very rude to staff which there was no need for this...there was one very disgruntled lady with an entourage of family and started moaning because there was no where to charge her phone.. (sorry love, but this is a restaurant, you want to charge your phone do this before you leave the house, do not moan and have a go a staff because you cannot charge your phone, this was so rude to the staff ..) anyway aside from this as very positive experience and look forward to returning as there are many delicious items on the menu..

Highly suggest to taste waffles at this place. Perfect to have a quick treat. We had waffles with Nutella, Banana, Toffee and Vanilla Ice-Cream. We loved the quick delivery of food. Waffles themselves were perfect and all the toppings just made them better. Highly suggest if you are in Hammersmith.

Was given cold custard to go with my mushy apple pie even though the menu said “hot custard”. The pecan pie was far far far too sweet! The only good thing was the ice cream and sticky toffee pudding. Wouldn’t go back.
