This place is amazing the food is very good, the staff is friendly. I enjoyed the music the food everything.

Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The quesadilla was the right mix between crunchy and chewy with gooey cheese.

Great selection of quesadillas, burritos, nachos and arepas, I opted for pork quesadillas washed down with a grapefruit soda (wide selection of Mexican soft drinks), friendly staff, quick service and reasonable prices. Only fault was it said it came with retried beans and ‘the works’ (guacamole etc) but didn’t come with either.

I am so confused as to how this place has so many great reviews. Maybe we got an off day. Went for lunch and the food was inedible. We've made it our mission to eat arepas and tacos everywhere possible in London (so have eaten an extreme number) and these were both awful. Pork was so dry it was literally not edible in the tacos. Beef was better in the arepa, moist at least. But the arepa casing was not fresh at all. Could hear the microwave pinging as things were reheated (not a great sign anyway) but everything was cold when it arrived. So bad it actually ruined my day.

Went here on a Friday after work. Such a great spot for a quick quality meal. The interior is a bit gritty but the food makes it well worth it. Great value as well for quality of food IMO.

Less Tex Mex and more a genuine taste of Latin America. Not a restaurant, but some small tables inside. No alcohol served.

Ich hatte einen Beef Taco (£7,95) mit Menü (+ £2) das Menü beinhaltet extra Reis auf dem Teller. Was meiner Meinung nach notwendig ist um satt zu werden, da man sonst nur 2 kleine Tacos bekommt. Außerdem haben wir einen Burrito bestellt (£9.95). In dem Laden kann man auch dort essen - nur 4 kleine Tische mit je 2 Stühlen. Es ist sonst eher zum Mitnehmen geeignet. Man kann fast nur mit Karte zahlen. Sie sagten sie haben kein Wechselgeld. Es ist nicht geeignet um schick auf ein Date zu gehen, da es eher ein schneller Imbiss ist. Es liegt außerdem in einer Unterführung der Bahnstation, was abends eher gruselig ist. Allein würde ich dort nicht hingehen. Sobald man drin ist bekommt man davon allerdings nichts mit. Wir hatten 2 Getränke (Limonate und Grapefruit) diese haben zusammen £4.95 gekostet. Wir haben dort insgesamt £25 gelassen.

Worth hunting this place out if you're unfortunately in Peckham (every cloud......) Two mains and some tortilla chips (with sauce) will come in under £20 which is good value as they are both heavy and tasty. Pop up the road and grab an estrella from Asda and you got a great lunch. Aim for the alley way under the railway- it's small but mighty. CARD ONLY.

Hands down the best burrito I’ve had in London and great value for money. Would highly recommend if you’re ever in Peckham and either need a great meal to go or stay in. Go for the beef burrito for an incredibly flavoursome lunch or dinner. Will be back soon.

Lovely food, much filling, a regular visitor of this restaurant in Peckham. Although small, the energy and vibes carry beyond the station. Do wish the prices were more reasonable, but understandably with the 'regeneration' ergo gentrification of Peckham, rent must be paid! Food is lovely authentic Mexican and Colombian cuisine, a trip into the kitchen will show you peppers, spices, oils and bread all acquired from South America, putting the A in authentic, Taco Queen doesn't compare. Beatriz is a lovely person, with many stories and experiences that make you feel welcome and at once part of the family. Will be visiting again and again. Card only unless you have the exact change but loads of places to get money out, best to do this before you eat as its a struggle to move thereafter ha! Vegan options are okay, would like to see more of this from such establishments.

This is the only place I've come across in London that does Mexican food as good as in the US (I've never been to Mexico, but Mexican food in the States tends to be waaaaay better that it is here). The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and everything I've tried so far (am working my way through the menu) has been incredibly tasty. There are lots of great places to eat in Peckham, but this may well be my favourite. Also, my girlfriend is coeliac and it's great for her, because the corn tortillas and arepas are totally gluten free.

Stumbled across from a day out in the country, my partner is from South Texas with Mexican grandparents so knows Mexican food - superb food, sizzling venture, wonderful atmosphere- 6 out of 5! Will be back.

A humble venue, but the food is so authentic and delicious. Best burrito in London. Vegetable Nachos a real treat. Owner/staff lovely and welcoming.

I first discovered this place on my way out of the train station and as a major lover of Mexican food, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and eventually got the chance to drag my friend here. We got the vegan sharer nachos (reccomended over the meat options as you get more toppings) and honestly - i’ve tried many nachos and these are by far the best. The portion sizes and the authentic, fresh flavours are absolutely beautiful. I went back a few weeks later as I couldn’t stop raving about this place and tried the enchiladas and the Venezuelan shredded beef pattie and DIED - (of disbelief and overwhelming joy). This place truly is so authentic and original, full of fresh beautiful flavours. Not to mention the wonderful people that work here - they are so kind and attentive and truly proud to create and share such authentic food. The food is made with love and care and it truely reflects in the taste and presentation. I reccomend visiting and ordering a selection of food to try out all the different flavours and textures (what you don’t finish you can just take home). Truely one of a kind !!

Tucked away behind the white Horse in Peckham and easy to overlook, but makes some of the best Mexican food around. Probably best for take away or a quick bite though as the dining area is really tiny!
