Only good part of the experience was the food. Burgers were great as usual, but service was shocking. When we looked around, every single table was sat with empty plates waiting to be taken away, despite it being quiet with a reasonable amount of staff on. No one came to check on us after we got our food, and when we were finished, we wanted desserts but eventually gave up as clearly no one was coming, and all staff looked disinterested in helping. We didn’t feel a tip was necessary for the service, and when the waitress saw we didn’t tip, she gained a cheeky tone. Would not recommend.

The place wasn’t busy when we arrived and we were seated quickly enough. Order taken swiftly and food arrived fast too. The food was fine - what we expected as I’ve been before. Service was pretty poor though - the staff weren’t particularly enthused about being there, which makes a customer feel the same. We waited for 25 mins after we finished eating to order dessert but when no staff came near us to clear our table or take an order we gave up. Other tables were still uncleared 30mins after customers left. It still wasn’t that busy at that point either so good luck to them if it ever is actually busy (which it never has been the twice I’ve been before).

The food was fantastic, We just had burgers and loaded fries. Staff were super friendly and food was amazing. By far best burgers I've had in Inverness!

Nice food. I had a cheeseburger and cheese fries and both were delicious. Service was not great. Staff are a bit sluggish and it took 15 minutes for a coke to arrive. I would return on the basis of the food but I would suggest some staff training.

I came here with my wife and was lucky to get a table in what was a very busy restaurant. Upon being greeted by pleasant and attentive staff and seated at a table with stunning views of the river ness, it was not hard to see why the place was so busy. When our first drinks arrived, our server Jordan, couldn’t have been more helpful talking me through the gluten free options. This was a testament to his menu knowledge as none of this information was made readily available (usually a nightmare for celiac people). But we ordered our burgers and thoroughly enjoyed them! (Highly recommend the big bite) A young waiter came over to check we were satisfied with our meals after a few minutes, of course we were, and ordered another round of drinks which came quickly. I had a fantastic mai tai cocktail-different to what I’ve had in the past but very tasty. All in all we had a wonderfully relaxed experience and really couldn’t fault service, food or drinks. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Inverness!

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Inverness. It has a cozy atmosphere complemented by rock and metal music. The staff is friendly and attentive to allergens. The restrooms are clean, and the prices are quite reasonable for a city center location. The food was delicious, and the drink selection is excellent.

We booked for early evening, restaurant was pretty busy, so glad we did. Our order was taken within 5-10mins, but the food took almost 40mins to come. When it finally arrived, it was only barely warm, (as if it had sat on the pass for 20mins) so we asked for the kitchen to heat them up. A few minutes later a replacement order arrived but still as lukewarm as the first. We are now 1 hour after arriving. Manager was very apologetic and tried to make our experience better but I’m not inclined to go back, the wait is too long and the food, although tasty, not particularly hot (it’s normally hotter when we takeaway!)

Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food. Thoroughly recommend 👌 The burgers are exceptional, the side are delicious and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

So disappointed after reading reviews was expecting tasty juicy burgers and fresh milkshake. Not the case the food was hot and well presented in general and milkshake cols and looked the part. However the burger petty was pretty taste less needed some seasoning. The bun bun collapsed while only a quarfrozen type hot but blaaOrdered tender bite chicken which was dry.. Gravy had a very thick skin formed over the top. However by worse was the strawberry milkshake which was foam like and had a burnt plastic aftertaste and synthetic strawberry flavour. Undrinkable and overpriced.
