I love shawma and by no means was this even edible my wrap was wet and the meat was all fatty ,I will not be back and the grilled chicken was hard the cheese burger was just pass able so for 25 pound I am very disappointed

Absolutely shocking service and nasty food, he complained about putting the salad in the chicken baguette and the chicken in the shawarma baguette had been re-heated, it had a smell to it, the chips were old and bits of dirty oil in them as well, chucked the food in the bin P.s the owners reply is a total joke, i didnt order the food based on the price. The shawarma was not fresh it came out of the keep warm dish and placed on the grill to be re-heated i know this as I have worked in a takeaway before. I was not told extra charge for salad else i would have paid extra. The owners seem to take no accountability and blame the customers. Just look at all the negative reviews

Excellent cook, quality food. Always a regular and the communication is great. Can tell from the ingredients and the meat itself is amazing. Fairly good prices as well for living in cov.

My friend ordered one Double chicken king Burger and The King Special Wrap XL to my address. Within few minutes the order was delivered. But they deliver Beef Burger instead chicken burger. And inside the chicken wrap they mixed old chicken and some of Beef pieces. I am really shocked and I informed to my friend.

I have ordered food for my friend the king special wrap XL and double chicken fillet burger but they send beef and that to they send rotten one like it really stinks my friend couldn’t even eat one bite because of it when i said to them they said no refund

Absolutely awful. Food came, mine was covered in mayo and I specifically asked for no sauce! Egg allergy! My partner’s meat was raw and still had feathers attached. When I rang to complain they told me to order again and they would send a fresh one out.

Serving left over food, from the fridge. I don't know how long back it was cooked. When asked for refund the staff started arguing and said get out. I mean is this the way you treat your customers. The staff started Showing racism, says you are doing this because you are Indian. What sort of mentality is this. Do they serve Indians this type of food? Very insulting as if I went there to eat free food. First you serve bad food and then misbehave with the customers when ask about it. Worst service ever. Didn't even feel like giving 1 star to it.

Calling shawarma a mixture of chips, pan fried lamb and some chukny bits of chicken, with no salad and something that suposed to be garlic mayo...Someone need to immediately start reviewing all these traders on justeat as it's getting wild now

Visited here on the basis of past reviews. Wish I hadn’t. Ordered mixed shawarma with chips. Some chips weren’t even cooked. Guy behind the counter chilling with his mates. No interest at all. Meat was ok, but had 80% chicken. Utter dive place. Look elsewhere

Ordered off of UberEats and this was all that came. It was basically £10 meal for watery and dollop of hummus , over salted falafel and the saddest vinegary veg. It’s amazing how one can mess up an otherwise simple meal. It was inedible and had to throw it away.

I just ordered a falafel warp on Uber eats. There was no option to add haloumi in the wrap online. So I phoned up and requested they add it, the lovely gentleman on the phone assisted with respect and reassured that they’ll add haloumi in my wrap. I received the wrap very quick and it’s amazing. 10/10, the falafel is the best I’ve ever has and the haloumi is perfectly made. Delicious food and amazing service. Will definitely order again.

I had a very bad experience with the iftar menu for Ramadan. In their advertisement they said buffet iftar deal. When I came in with my wife, I asked the waiter how is it and he asked me to go in. The owner (I supose ) shouted at me saying you need to pay first 🫠 clear miscommunication. The food came and it was awful, My wife didn't eat. Uncooked fries 🍟, tasteless chicken, and a very bad rice. When I left, I asked them why do you not do soup ? They said you didn't ask, we have soup. I left angry and had to take my wife somewhere else 🙃

All the young illegal lads are lovely albeit a bit miserable from being overworked and underpaid. Food is decent but slightly expensive for what you get in grams. I’ve been eating at this place for years but fortunately never had the pleasure of meeting the boss! Until yesterday. Wow what a rude rude arrogant man that talks to his customers like the bottom of his shoe. This man needs to remember as fast as god has blessed you with business he can take it away! These customers pay for your family upkeep, respect them! Now I use a shawarma shop a few doors down as no matter how good food is I don’t want it if I don’t get it with respect and a smile!

Very nice place, amazing quality I ordered a Chicken shawarma wrap with fries mixed with peri salt and it was amazing, I highly recommend it. I will definetely be coming again next time I am in Coventry. They even warm up the bagutte to how you like it. Very clean aswell. Person who made it washed their hands in front of us and followed all hygiene protocols. 5 STARS! PLEASE GO TO THIS PLACE

Unfortunately I would be giving them a 1 star based on what I have eaten. I took mix shawrama and it was one of the worst I have ever eaten and felt sick after eating it. The meat was not fresh at all. Final verdict: Avoid at all cost

Giving them a two as shwarma meat is good but just had a delivery with half cooked chips and no sauces. Won't bother with them again and would advise take out as they can't prepare deliveries it seems.

The food is absolutely terrible. I went there for lunch and instead of a shawarma they served me a box full of chips and some old warmed up meat for 6.80 from the sweaty guy behinds the counter! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered sharwarma and chips. I got 5 or 6 pieces of shawarma. I asked if this is an error. He said no error. That is what you get for £5. Loads of chips and salad with a few pieces of shawarma.

I wanted to try Eastern food, I saw this restaurant near to the uni where I study, there was a young man named Imad such a lovely friendly guy, he helped and recommended me what I order, and the most important thing the food he served to me is soo delicious.
