Just been today to take my 91 year old mum for a belated present. The place has recently undergone a refurb and under new management. Jason and the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food was presented very well, tasted delicious and quite filling. The soup was an extra surprise I wasn't expecting. Well done to all the team. Will highly recommend and will definitely be returning at some point.

My two sisters & I met up at The Meridian breakfast bar on Wednesday for an 11am breakfast . We were tied to time due to other commitments & 11am is usually too late for breakfast but too early for lunch. The staff at Meridian were very helpful & accommodating. They didn’t rush us & were polite & quietly efficient . The venue is inside the beautiful hotel & although the dining area is quite small it is very comfortable & nicely decorated. The music was relaxing & created a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast menu has a good variety, is reasonably priced & the food is freshly cooked & of an excellent standard. We all had a lovely relaxed meet up & thoroughly enjoyed the food & hot drinks which were very well presented . I would recommend this lovely little bar for breakfast , would feel comfortable popping in on my own or with friends when in town & look forward to trying out the small plates menu one afternoon / evening. Thank you to all staff , especially Jenny who was very helpful & efficient on our breakfast visit .

The food was absolutely amazing and so good on value for money, their small plates are huge and the food is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend and use for future events and family meals

No draft beer,tiny portions went out for tea after bottomless brunch !fizz was nice ,staff pleasant . .One loo didnt flush I told the staff no other loo available . Wont be back .

Had some colleagues stay at the hotel that loved the experience. I advised lived in Warrington hadn’t heard of it. After the rave reviews decided to do ladies and husband that do lunch!!! I was totally catfished by the photos. Went into a tiny cafe style restaurant. All the food came out at different times so my niece and husband had eaten their pizza before my daughter’s toastier and my Indian breakfast was to be seen. The girls had cokes that were the tiny mixer cans and we were charged £2.50 each for the mouthful!! My breakfast was the last to be served and everything was cold. I had been looking forward to my visit so much as my Fridays with the family are precious. You need to do better!!

We booked here for 15 of us to have afternoon tea for our friends baby shower. The staff were so accommodating, allowing us time to set up and decorate how we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The venue accommodated all dietary requirements and the food was fab, the cakes inparticular were incredible! Would 100% recommend for a visit or an event, the building is gorgeous.

We had an amazing few hours here for a bottomless brunch on Saturday. Amazing value, tentative friendly staff and lovely food. Would highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Went for afternoon tea this afternoon, could not fault the service. I was even rang this morning to check my booking requests. The food was nice, spinach cake very nice would never of guessed it was spinach. Bruschetta and soup very tasty. We were treated really well, nice chat to everyone, shown around the absolutely stunning building. So nice to see the old features preserved. I hope the business is a huge success, you deserve it. Will come in for lunch soon with hubby.

Very disappointed, had Christmas party here last night, having payed £45 for the food I expected better, then the cheapest bottle of wine was £30, the music was terrible, and the room was freezing cold, safe to say I will not come back to this venue it's a rip off.

Bottomless brunch Drinks were regularly replaced which was good Gorgeous venue Staff were attentive There was no music in the bar area, but in the other room which made it feel like there was no atmosphere, really strange. Food portions were really small, no side salad or accompaniment so was left hungry afterwards. Wouldn’t really recommend, there are plenty of other places offering bottomless with better food and better atmosphere.

We held our Son’s Christening here. It was wonderful. We had to change date at the last minute due to Covid but this was dealt with perfectly by the venue. The food was lovely and the set-up was exactly as planned. Thank you so much...

Visited Parrs Bank a number of times. The food is gorgeous, unique and the staff are superb. The team have done a brilliant job creating a vibrant coffee shop with a great atmosphere. PS try the Keema Toastie, Spinach cake and their coffee 😍

Saw the cafe on Instagram and knew I had to visit. Didn’t try the coffee but the selection of soft drinks was delightful, as was the food. Their cakes were so so good- I had to get more to take home! Everything about the building...
