A very upsetting experience Shocking manager Claudia goaded me to complain about her when I was abused by a staff member slagging me off on the telephone not knowing I was listening! No apology ( Claudia agreed he had said what I said) wrong information given and no food received.. app put Nando’s address for the delivery address ! Claudia not even slightly interested and told us to go to deliveroo for a refund even though Nando’s had been paid! Deliveroo delivery driver who spoke zero English probably really enjoyed our £100 worth of Nando’s for my son’s birthday treat !! Claudia you need to go back to management school…. Learn the basic facts speak to Milo in your customer services he’ll tell you you are wrong -did try to call you back to let you know but hey … no one answered the phone !!! I love Nandos so won’t say I won’t come again but if this was the only Nando’s that existed I would never return…. P.s tell your colleague I wasn’t moaning and to you I wasn’t shouting I was asking you to help sort out something… always remember the customer is always right! I was refunded and I’m sure mr deliveroo enjoyed our birthday dinner!!! Hey shout out to Pill in customer service he is someone you should talk to, polite well spoken helpful kind and resolved and refunded no issues at all .. maybe give him a call!!! You were also rude to my son and daughter who came to pick up from the delivery address but it had been collected by the driver if anyone had any sense they would have thought hey that’s our address!!! But after talking to manager and staff member I’m actually not surprised… maybe gone the plaza rather than this one … especially when this manager is on duty ! WHILST THATS A VERY PROMPT REPLY NANDOS IT WAS SIMPLY TOO QUICK JUST WORDS I KNOW INVESTIGATING TAKE LONGER!! Upset me further …..

A long delay for our meal considering we only wanted main course. It took the kitchen 45 minutes to complete and cook our order. However, on arrival the quality of the food was excellent. I am saddened by the fact that the past 3 visits here have resulted in lengthy delays for my food as I really like it here.

Me and my partner loved our experience here on a very busy Saturday. We did wait a while but the service couldn't have been better and the food was perfect. The atmosphere was made by the unique music Nando's has to offer and the staff were great at helping with that. I would recommend anyone to go here but possibly not on a Saturday 😂

We visited Nandos on the 11th February and had a great experience! The team were all very friendly and the food was great- it was served quickly too. A special to mention to our host Patricia who had a lot of time for us, even though the restaurant was very busy! Thank you

Wow! What a lovely experience. The staff are an absolute asset to the restaurant. We came to have dinner with friends. I have a newborn so I had a pram with me and was breastfeeding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that there was enough space for the pram etc. They asked if I wanted them to keep my food warm whilst I stopped eating to feed the baby, they walked me to the changing rooms when my baby needed changing and even offered to carry the bag to help. The food was also excellent and perfectly cooked, all 3 courses were indulging! I honestly had such a nice experience, especially with still getting to grips with going out with a newborn, some places are just awkward and unaccomidating. 100% recommend and will 100% be returning! Yes, it’s a little more expensive than some places, but so worth it with service and food like that! Thankyou so much for a lovely evening. If management read this, please praise all of your staff that were working! Xx

Thought I take my partner to Bluewater, Nando for Valentine’s Day. I did expect to cue up. All in all it was an hour & 30 minutes before we were able to eat. There was plenty of empty tables inside the restaurant, we were told they had a problem with the kitchen and the soft drinks dispenser wasn’t working either. I made my order, by the time our order came, it wasn’t what I ordered.. The staff replaced my order swiftly.. The staff were very polite and friendly. Otherwise no stars at all for the night

We have a fantastic time at Cote this evening. Fabio and his team made sure that we had our favourite table, plus the kitchen provided excellent food. The cheese souffle was so much better than the same dish served at other branches of this restaurant chain. Thank you all so much for making our evening such a success.

One of our favourite restaurants at Bluewater. A good choice of wines and a really good choice of French cuisine. Vendula, the waitress, was extremely helpful and attentive.

We’ve not been for ages, we live about 15 miles away. We decided to go there specifically, as in we weren’t shopping and then popped in. The menu has changed slightly since we last went. I chose the sea bream. It was beautifully cooked and perfectly seasoned. As was the pork belly that my husband had. I think it’s rare to get good food perfectly seasoned when eating out. The sauce with my fish was divine. Just a hint of tarragon. Perfect portion sizes and we had a fabulous waiter looking after us. He even got us the our old favourite desert which is no longer on the menu. I think it’s called coup noir. Again that was fantastic and our waiter knew his stuff. A lovely dining experience tonight. We hadn’t booked and had to come back 1/2 hour later. It was worth hanging around for. I struggle with a lot of menus, usually I find there’s only one thing I’d choose, however there were a good 4 or 5 things I could have chosen. Glad I tried the ‘new to me’ fish dish. We will be back. We dined on 14 January.

Got the fish dinner and it was overcooked and tasteless. The calamari appetizers were fine. Not impressed.

We have been to our local Cote many times and were shopping in Bluewater when we decided to try the branch in the mall. The food and the wines were very good, and although we had not booked and the resturant was V busy we had great service. What made for a great lunch was the very funny waiter who had lots of stories and was very attentive.

Upon arriving at this establishment I was greeted by what looked to be the top dog here (manager) named Darrern. He was particularly welcoming and ‘sorted us out’ a booth seat which was a pleasant start to our experience here. Moving on to the food, it was really what you’d expect from from an established restaurant in which Nandos is. Only fault I could name on the food front is my chips could have been more adequately salted with their signature “Peri-Peri Salt”. The staff looked busy and sweaty, top grafters. Overall, great experience however the only other fault was we were asked how our food was on several occasions in which I found quite harassing.

Upon arriving at the establishment, I was promptly greeted by Daron. A gentle man in a pink over shirt, stylish I must say. The food was nandos. Aside from my chicken thighs could’ve done with a bit longer on the grill, I digress. The only distracting feature of my meal, was the deplorable lower class banter being uttered behind the expo. This made me feel unwell and queezy, and on occasions forced me to the lavatories for a paracetamol and some Instagram reels. Overall the review is moderate due to Darins exceptional service.

Family meal - the service from start to finish was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we felt looked after throughout! The restaurant was very busy so clearly well managed. The food was good however the service made it a perfect lunch!

I have eaten here severally. the waiting times>>>i have waited an hour before. yesterday 20mins. however they are polite enough to check on you at the queue. neat but rowdy and small. well it was a saturday evening so expected that though. you cant book ahead for a table... sad though for bdy parties or evenings. the staff are always helpful and always look happy to work there. the food is always hot, delicious. its a lovely place to eat.

We arrived at 11.30 which I'd opening time, it was open on time and me and my husband were greeted by friendly staff, it got busy very quickly and you can see the staff work quick and hard, yet we're super friendly and the food was the best nandos we have had. All wearing hair nets, clean and tidy restaurant and the new ice tea is fantastic. 10/10

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice for a Thursday evening. The server took a while to take order food and drink orders which was a bit disappointing. Also, the night was let down when I declared I had a Bluewater staff discount card. I believe I am entitled to 15% off food with the card and this has been honoured before. However, the server didn’t take too kindly to me presenting it and said quite monotonously “I’m not sure it’s 15% but I’ll check”. She seemed to converse with a manager about this and looked over at me with a slight eye roll. She then came over with the bill and said “we’ve taken £11.50 off” which didn’t equate to 15%. I’d like some clarification on what discount I receive as a Bluewater staff member as I’ve definitely received it in the past and haven’t had notice to say it’s changed.

Always polite staff and good service when eating in. I ordered for collection this time around - Linda was helpful and my order was complete & ready on time.

Quiet time of day for our visit. Quick service.

I booked originally for 6pm and had to change to 6:30pm due to traffic. I hadn’t confirmed The new booking so the host could not find a booking for us. It was my father’s birthday and I was really worried I had messed it up. The host, was fine and was still able to get us seated, we were very pleased with that. We were given a choice of tables, and as a larger guest, I was able to be seated comfortably. We’re we’re served by Tom. S ,for the evening. OMG! What a charming and delightful waiter. He was attentive, had great banter and held a wonderful conversation, wished my father a happy birthday, and tended to my wine being filled up all evening. He made us feel wonderful, and made me feel like a million dollars. The food was absolutely superb, French onion soup was perfectly seasoned, the croutons were Devine along with a salty cheese. Loaded with sweet onions: The liver parfait my husband had was delicious he said. My dad and husband had the beef bourguignon, and I had the chicken, gratin with a side of dauphinois potatoes… Again… absolutely perfect. The service here was top notch, and Tom.S made our first experience at Côte the best. He is a first class waiter, that I would compare to the the likes of The Ritz and The Savoy. Fantastic personality, and very well groomed and presented. What a fabulous and marvellous team member you have there. Cherish that! We will definitely return, and recommend this restaurant highly. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service from Tom.S and the chef.

Great food, terrible service. Had to ask someone to give us our food as it was sat on the serving counter ready to give out for over 5 minutes as all the staff (of which there were plenty milling around and chatting) just kept walking past ignoring it. Not the only person it happened to either, heard the staff having to throw a wrap away as it was sat there for over 20 minutes without going out and nobody knew why (I was sat opposite the serving counter so saw and heard everything). Food was tasty though.

We regularly visit this branch of Cote and I do find it to be consistently good. At this most recent visit I really have to commend them as everything was spot-on. Our server, Charlie, was super-nice and efficient - everything you would hope for. All of the food seemed high quality and well-cooked. Always a lovely experience at this restaurant.

I go to Nando's for the chicken. I'm not actually a chicken fan but I enjoy chicken because of how it is prepared by Nando's. I just can't stop going there. You should try the full platter and the sides. Don't forget the bottomless😉

Polite and helpful staff Good food

We go to Cote often, for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food and the service is always exceptionally good. I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are as good as you would expect in a high end, expensive restaurant.

95 percent of the time lovely chicken. A few times it's been a bit over cooked.

This restaurant is vastly overpriced. In excess of £50 per head for lunch served with portions that would not be sufficient to sate a hungry sparrow. The food was OK but come on, at those prices you are entitled to be fed. If they abuse their clientele in this way people will vote with their feet. As we have done.

I am very sad to have to write this review. Having been to the Bluewater restaurant many times before, I booked again. During the booking process you are asked whether it is a special occasion. It was. It was my wife's birthday. It was a busy lunchtime service. However, no one checked the request I made when booking. The starter arrived in good time. However, when customers who arrived after us were being served with their main courses before us, we remained patient. I inquired whether there was a delay with our food. The waitress checked. She came back to us and informed us that due to the delay, the manager had romed the cost of our drinks (2 glasses of champagne) from the bill. When I explained that that was not the point, because this was intended to be a special meal, the young lady seemed to not understand. Significantly, the .anger did not bother to come to our table. After a change in waiting staff I had to explain to the apologetic and pleasant waiter that I declined to pay the "service charge", because we had had no service particularly from a manager who had not "managed". Sadly, this ruined the day.

Had the best experience witch is rare when you have a moody nearly 2 yeqr old toddler with you. Charley our waitress was amazing, she handled our daughter so well by making friends with her witch calmed her down. And made our dining experience fantastic. The food was amazing. She was so enthusiastic and happy to help.

What a fabulous meal. Started with a very helpful waiter Grzegorz. Directed us with with our choices and absolutely no complaints, delicious. Thank you very much for making our evening so enjoyable Grzegorz. You are very good at what you do. My husband and I are very grateful.

Me and my family are regulars at Cote bluewater! We always have a lovely time and the food is always delicious. It is by far the best restaurant in bluewater. Whether we are on a date night or there with all the family and kids the service is always brilliant. Our visit yesterday was an unplanned one with family for my birthday and as always the staff were very attentive. I feel in particular they are always great with young children and feel very welcomed! Our waitress in particular (I think her name is Vendula-apologies if misspelt) was brilliant. She was so attentive and personable! Great with the kids and nothing was too much trouble and she always made sure we had everything we needed. We have had her before as our waitress so we know she always works to the same high standard! As always it was a brilliant experience. Thank you!

Really delicious food: salmon croquettes, calamari, steak tartare, tuna nicoise, sirloin steak, crepes. But our waitress, Vendula went over and above to provide great service to us. We are looking to going back soon.

I would just like to say a massive personal Thank You to Taylor (The manager, sorry if I spelt the name incorrect). She is very kind, empathetic, and personable. Nothing was too big or problematic for and she handed my customer issue with understanding and efficiency. A very 5 star ambassador for Nandos. Thank You Taylor!

Ordered collection, despite being half hour early the manager got my order cooking so i could collect, she was very friendly and polite, i tried the new flavour " garlic and bbq and i was very happy, it was very tasty.

Visited Cote with a Friend for Breakfast on Saturday morning Restaurant is very nice but unfortunately the food doesn’t match the surroundings. We both had the full English Breakfast one with poached eggs one with fried eggs clearly all the ingredients of the breakfast are pre cooked my friends poached eggs worth completely hard and my fried eggs were also over cooked. dry bacon soggy mushrooms supposedly Dingley Dell Sausages that again were dry from being kept hot for far too long before being served. £2.60 for a cup of tea served in a glass cup with a teabag floating on top again not what you would expect surely a pot of tea would be far more acceptable in such a restaurant. All in all a very disappointing experience at a cost of over £35 definitely not worth the money.

My husband and I visited in the evening there was a queue which went down quickly, we were sat at a 4 table when there was a 2 table behind us free meaning a family has to wait longer in the queue to be seated. We weren't given any glasses for our drinks and had to show our receipt to a waitress we never had the same waiter/waitress twice and there was no customer service from any staff. Not the best nandos we have been too

You know what you get with Nando’s. Food is always on time in this branch. Food is cooked well and staff helpful giving us an appropriate table for baby and pram. Would definitely recommend a try! Love the all together now with halloumi, olives and peri hummus!

The chicken wings are delicious. I especially like the hot Peri-Peri sauce.

We booked a lunch for our mum and can highly recommend Cote. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our meals were of excellent quality,quantity and presentation. Our waitress Victoria was so nice and friendly and is a credit to the restraunt making us feel welcomed ensuring we enjoyed our meals. We will eat again next time we visit Bluewater.

There wasn't a great deal available off the menu, at the time when we arrived, but what we ordered can have no complaints with. Loaded fries with 4 thighs on top 😋

(Bluewater branch) Initially i was suppose to visit Byron burger however the restaurant was closed. I saw a sign for 2 course from £14.99. I have visited here before a year or so ago. Very well mannered waiter on the front desk, lead me to my seat as they did before. He explained there would be another server who would take over for food side. This next server was even more on the ball. Witty yet charming and polite. They have a set menu for 2/3 courses. I went with the 2 but I wanted fries instead of potatoes with my sea bass. He was happy for the switch at no extra cost. My drink was poured and then off he went. To serve another customer with a smile on his face. Food came out within 10/15 minutes Calamari, Sea bass and fries Calamari was okay, fries warm and okay again but the sea bass was the winner, it was delicious. I found myself eating the skin also which I was surprised as i never eat the skin but as it was that good I couldn’t help myself. The only problem I encountered was a 10% service charge was added but I kinda wanted to give a little more. When the price for the food is less than £20 and you get that form of treatment from the staff to the food you want to tip. Throughly enjoyed that experience. :)

My friend & I visited for a loooong lunch and catch up on 2nd June. We explained this to the staff and they made us feel welcome and gave us a choice of tables. The food was delicious! The service was excellent! We were not rushed, the staff were attentive but not overly fussy/pushy. The young blond man was very helpful answering questions about the menu. The restaurant was clean and tidy with a lovely ambience.

First time visiting and will definitely come again. Great, friendly service and food came very quickly.

Anice French brasserie which I found a bit commercial however the French onion soup was really good. The Breton fish stew was too strong on the tomato and lacked that bouillabaisse vibe to it. Other than that, the service was impeccable.

Visited on at a very busy time (lunch on late May bank holiday) and was extremely impressed. The man greeting was friendly and accurate with wait time (15 mins which was less than I expected given the day / time). The location is within a shopping area so is a little cramped compared to some but the layout had been carefully thought through so did not matter. The food was excellent and arrived pretty quickly. What really sets this place apart however is the staff. Our table was near the open kitchen and I could hear how well the staff were cooperating and working as a team. It was very impressive and high quality food was flying out of the kitchen as a result. The front of house staff were equally brilliant. Everyone working together. The manger was getting stuck in and interacted with her staff incredibly well. There was clearly excellent leadership and training, with very high quality staff. This is not always the case in restaurants and it was quite something to watch and made my day! Well done Nandos Bluewater Winter Garden!

One of the better Nandos. It's a small venue compared to some other Nandos but because it is inside a big shopping Mall it is fairly airy and the decor is nice. It's always pretty busy but the queue moves fast and the staff are quick and competent. Food is great as always. This is usually my go to Nandos.

Food was lovely and our waitress Linda was so kind and made our visit so worth it! We’ll definitely visit again!

I still prefer a waiter coming and having that human interaction. I understand in this era orders are done online and food is just passed on to you but it takes away from what makes us human.

We had lunch here on a busy Sunday, and wow the place was buzzing but just a bit too much. There was a long queue to get in and then to order food. The waiters were very friendly and the food was great as always. Just if it hadn't been so cramped to walk to and from the table so many times it would be a little more relaxing and restaurant like. This felt a bit like a fast food experience.

Went for sunday dinner....service was great, food was tasty and good atmosphere for a sunday afternoon. Definitely one of the better restaurants at Bluewater.
