Excellent atmosphère, chilled lounge. ox cheek pasta was good but rather cold, felt like it was assembled instead of cooked together on premises and was very average value for money / tiny portion given 20gbp price ask!

Firstly, hats off to the chef Ed! All the plates served looked fantastic, 1st class on the presentation, you could tell it was put together with care & finesse. THE best meal I've ever had in Bournemouth. Starters were delicious, I decided to try the slow cooked Ox cheek for main & I'm very glad I did... Absolutely divine! Highly recommend... Secondly, front of house service were spot on. Tables were nice, clean & all laid up ready for our booking. We were immediately greeted & shown to our table where Ben our waiter was very polite & professional, enlisting the help of his colleagues as the restaurant got busier. Great teamwork... it was a very busy Friday night and our table of 4 felt very well catered for. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get the names of the bar staff as the waiters & waitress' we're all too efficient, however i did have 2 cocktails which were just as perfect as all the food. I love the atmosphere here, relaxed & diverse. The decorations & lights look great. Thankyou to the entire team at cosy club Bournemouth! Four very happy customers here, looking forward to coming back very soon.

I recently dined alone at this restaurant, and while the atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious, the service was… questionable, to say the least. Despite the place being nearly empty, the staff seemed utterly uninterested. I went upstairs and waited near the staircase, clearly visible to both the bartender and a waitress. Neither of them acknowledged me until I had to call out, “Excuse me?” Only then did the waitress slowly make her way over. “Yes, please?” she said, as if I was inconveniencing her. I asked for a table for one, and only then did she bother to lead me to a table. When ordering, I chose a side dish with my main course, to which she responded, “Most people usually get chips with that main course.” Well, good for them. I, however, wanted mac & cheese. I politely declined her suggestion and placed my order. When my food arrived, I asked for some mustard. Instead of simply bringing it, she gave me a strange look before walking off to get it. To be fair, the food was served correctly, my cutlery was in order, and my drink was refilled without me having to ask. She also cleared my plate the second I finished. Yet, despite these basic tasks being done, her demeanor remained cold and distant. When I asked for the bill, I noticed a service charge was already included (10% or 15%, I don’t recall exactly). Honestly, I was relieved—because given the quality of the food, I would have left a tip anyway. Then came the final touch of awkwardness. She brought over the card machine, and I said, “Cash, please.” I placed the exact amount on the table, at which point she asked, “Do you want your change?” Excuse me? Change from what? The bill was paid in full, including the service charge. I simply said, “No, keep it. Thank the chef,” and left. The food might be great, but with service like this? Never again.

A fantastic meal all round. Its a lovely atmosphere in Cosy Club Bournemouth. The service was fantastic and our waiter Ben was so attentive. Cocktails and wine were both delicious and the food was excellent. We all had a different meal, starters & mains and all were faultless. Big shout out to Ed, the chef for an amazing meal and all the staff at Cosy 😊

Stopped by for brunch with a kiddo, we both had pancake with bacon and syrup (kids + adult portions) + kid orange juice (free) and a berry smoothie for me. Great food and service (our server Max was efficient and super nice). A little bit pricey for me at £25, but maybe that is just what things cost these days 🙃 Recommended!

Hosted my 25th Birthday at Cosy Club in Bournemouth at the weekend which was a Gatsby/1920s style party. Communication with Beth on the lead up to the event was perfect answering my questions and giving plenty of information about the room hire. We were given enough time to set up before guests arrived and accommodated us and suppliers like our Photo Booth really well. The bar staff: Katie, Zeynep and Lana looked after us throughout the event and brought the best vibes to the party. Lots of guests commented on how amazing the staff were. A huge thanks to them for a great night. Katie even drew a lil portrait of me. Very sweet. We got the light finger food for our buffet and there was plenty of options for everyone suiting everyone's dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend the venue and would 100% hire out again for future events.

Really good experience at this place for lunch. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to a family of 4 with a dog. They welcomed everyone and even fetched some water for the pup. The food was tasty as it always is at Cost Club, just an overall great experience.

Well done to Holly who looked after us superbly and was friendly and professional throughout. Breakfast was excellently prepared and the dirty breakfast butty was wonderful. Great decor also. All good, no problems. Go here. Approx £15 per head for meal and coffees.

LOVE this gem in Bournemouth. Excellent drink and cocktail options, delicious food, and incredible service. Was in town on business and happy to find a comfortable and quiet place that is also aesthetically beautiful. Came back the next night to enjoy it again. Will be adding this to my list of must visit places for each time I am in Bournemouth.

My first time to visit and sure wasn't disappointed. Lovely atmosphere with a mixed clientele. Great menu and happy to accommodate all needs. We popped in without booking with our dog and was made very welcome. Food was good quality and nice and hot on a freezing cold day. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend for all

I loves the venue , the staff and the food was decent. All I would say as general feedback is that in terms of value it's not here and couldn't come as a regular customer especially given the prices of drinks , even the bottles of water were ridiculous.

Very nice brunch and really good service, we wanted to come back the next morning but unfortunately had to cancel. The food was fresh and very good value, excellent choices on the menu. We will definitely return.

The last 2 times we've been, sorry but not good. Both times steaks were small and overcooked. Not enough peppercorn sauce per person. And if you ask for more sauce, they charge you extra. Fish was nice, Pasta was ok but really small portions. Our bill was expensive for what we had. We liked Cosy Club because of the atmosphere and friendly service, nice waiters. But for now we'll give it a miss.

Went with family for a Friday early evening meal.Set menu was cosy Christmas pie. Was very tasty.But the vegetables carrot and parsnip was cut large and a little under cooked. Drinks were expensive even non alcohol. Atmosphere was great.Would vist again.

Jolly Christmas party. Starter and pudding good, main course, not so good, the steak was like warm and no vegetables. My conclusion was that they could not cope with 70 orders in one go.

This place is amazing all the workers super friendly with a big smile ready to help you all the time. Thei have a lot of food seleccion and thei ask of you have any alergi.. We come here regularly for drinks and the atmosphere is great! Had dinner there on Monday and was very positively impressed with the gluten free menu (including desserts) and the fantastic service received! Will definitely come back for food more often!

Deceptive venue, opens up to an expansive dining area, very comfortable, fab qwerky decor. Revisited 3.10.24, our furfriend welcome (even offered a water bowl), myself being gluten free, the burger with added bacon and cheese was the best I've had, my partners meal breaded or battered chicken n fries, was full of flavour, very impressed - a must visit, we'll be back...

my boyfriend and i came into cosy club on a friday evening for dinner and we had a lovely time! the food was amazing, drinks were lovely, as was the atmosphere. our server lidia was ABSOLUTELY lovely, she was very friendly and chatty and took great care of us. she made us feel very welcome and always made sure our drinks were topped up. would definitely visit again and would love to be served by lidia she is wonderful 😊

I usually am not a fan of chain restaurants, but Cosy Club stood out as one of the more memorable eateries I visited during my visit in the UK. First time visit was to the Bournemouth location. The interior decor was what originally attracted me to visit. Pretty much anywhere would be an interesting Instagram post. Warm and comforting lighting, truly lived up to be called "cozy". Service was friendly and overall efficient. Nothing to complain about there. The food was surprisingly good for the most part as well. We ordered the fillet steak and the British Beef Burger with sweet potato fries. The steak was of good quality, but I felt the seasoning was a bit aggressive and would have rather left the seasoning to the customer. The burger, though, was surprisingly good. The patty was more on the tender side and quite juicy. Not over seasoned but just right, enough for me to pick up the natural taste of the meat. Just a simple, solid, satisfying burger. I'd recommend the sweet potato fries over the truffle fries. Sweet potato fries were cut to the right bite size, and had a nice crispy texture on the outside while staying nice and soft on the inside. The seasoning was just right, allowing me to eat a bunch without feeling they were salty. I would say the steak was a bit overpriced, but the burger was so good that I felt it was almost a bargain. Overall a great first time experience and at the time looking forward to having that burger again, which did happen only a few days later.

The main dining area is on the first floor, but they have a lift so it's accessible. Our server was very welcoming, polite and professional, excellent customer service. We wanted to substitute some items on the Butchers Breakfast and there were no issues at all. The menu is varied and caters for most dietary requirements. The quality of ingredients is noticeably good and the dishes are very tasty. The decor and atmosphere feels quite old and stuffy, the artwork has colonial connotations, I'm not sure what vibe they were going for with the decor.

Absolutely amazing breakfast, my husband had the Butchers Brunch which he hasn’t stopped talking about the best breakfast he has ever had, I had the avocado, scrambled egg & smoked salmon, the salmon was fresh & tasty and the eggs were fluffy & cooked to perfection, my son had the granola which we did swap half way & it was delicious. The place was so clean & tidy & very welcoming to our children too. The staff were very pleasant & the service was very good. Highly recommend this place.

We hired the 3rd floor - The Deck, for my sisters hen do. The booking process was easy with Rachel and Beth who were extremely helpful. On the day, the service was great the food was fantastic and the venue was perfect. Craig and Emily were our servers and couldn’t have done more for us, exceptional service from them both thank you!

Perfect dog-welcoming restaurant! Had dinner last night. A great find located in the centre of Bournemouth. One of very few restaurants that welcome well-behaved dogs in the actual dinning area. Food was fabulous and staff super friendly. Would highly recommend. They are open all day, so available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Wheelchair accessible too!

Just visited the cozy club in Bournemouth, greeted by very friendly staff. Ordered a buttermilk chicken and a dirty chicken burger, both arrived quickly and tasted great. Dog friendly which is a lovely bonus as not many places are welcoming of the pooch, will visit again on upcoming journeys back to Bournemouth

Came to Bournemouth all the way from London and I can say I was not disappointed!! Me and my partner kept waking up late and we found cozy clubs brunch menu to satisfy our pancake cravings that we have been having for the past 3 days. There’s a lovely atmosphere with amazing paintings and beautiful lights that give a unique character to the place, the drinks are so refreshing though the berry pancakes are the star of the show. Maple syrup on the side for you to drizzle and berry compote on the side for dipping(very fresh and tasty)! Would love to come back next time:)

We came for breakfast today, and it was perfect. Speedy service, delicious food and drinks and a great price too. We always have a great experience here and will be back very soon. Our server 'Liv' was absolutely lovely. She was very cheerful and chatty, and she checked on us regularly to see how our food was and if there was anything we needed. She even asked us our plans after our meal and we had a lovely chat about our recent holiday. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to her. She's a real asset to the Cosy Club Bournemouth team.

Visited Cosy Club Bournemouth this morning. The Staff were very nice. Unfortunately after ten minutes our Breakfasts arrived. We Mentioned to Craig the manager that our Breakfasts were Cold. Craig Said Sorry about that I will have a word with the Chef. Another ten minutes and our Breakfasts arrived for the Second Time. Sadly again our Breakfasts were Cold. We again pointed this out to Craig who Said for the Second time that he would have a word with the Chef. We have used various Cosy Clubs and have never had a problem. We passed many places that Served Breakfast this morning to get to the Cosy Club because we have enjoyed in the past. Very Disappointed four regular Customers.

A very pleasant suprise on the high street, reasonably priced and staff were very attentive. Will definitely be going again.
