Costa Odeon Brighton in Brighton and Hove

Kind hearted barista who helped cheer up my overtired child. Thanks for those two hot chocolates! And how many Costa coffee have a sea view?!

Toilets are shameful. No toilet paper, hand towels across the wet floor, overspills of sanitary waste, toilet brush sitting in a pool of water next to your feet, and no one cleaned it for 3 hours according to the cleaning chart (i was there at 4:45pm). It's not that hard to sort all this out but it seems Costa staff think it's unimportant.

It was just opposite a beautiful beach. The staff was cooperative, especially a guy from the cinema side.

Really friendly staff! Told me which drinks were vegan and I got my drink very quickly

Being in cinema very nice and window seat is great for the view. I am hoping spending here supports Odeon cinema. 😁 Shame hours are less than they were.... :/

Staff always in a negative bad mood... Even when there is no much customers... . Am a costa customer for decades.. And i Like costa the coffee.. the brand and everything.. Also a good thing the coffee shop closes at a late hour.

Easy to get here. Sitting room easy relax.

No vegan options at all, its 2023 and the Costa in the shopping mall manages to have options. Really need to do better

Had the most lovely person serving me on the 20th of November around 5pm! I didn't catch their name but they were really helpful. I tried to redeem a free drink but turns out you can't in Odeon Costa! They let me know very nicely and I appreciated their understanding! Had a great hot chocolate, coffee frostino, and chocolate cake, thanks so much ✨

It's Costa so not the cheapest place, but good quality.
