Costa Express at Premier Inn in Manchester

The food was cooked perfectly and it was full of flavours and cooked the way I asked to be cooked and it's filling as wish the had more to pick from

We stayed at the Runger lane south Premier inn and were there for evening meal and breakfast,i have given the Costa Express a low rating because the machines were not working however the staff hand made our drinks but they were not hot.

Use regularly. Great service. Great staff. Very relaxing. Always a good choice of food and drink available.

Nos alojamos en este hotel Dlsmal en febrero de 2017 antes de tomar el vuelo por la mañana temprano al día siguiente. El café está muy limpio y el personal era muy agradable y servicial. Opción de comida es un poco limitado, pero lo que estaba era avialible era de buena calidad y sin duda bienvenida después de 2 horas en coche al hotel

Stay at the Premier Inn twice a year and have never seen this Costa open. We always arrive around 5pm after driving from Nottingham and the first thing you want to do on arrival is sit down to a nice cup of coffee. Never happened.

This Costa at Premier Inn can get very busy, especially over the ounch time period. We ordered a large Lattee and the cup was huge! Good, quick service and good ambience when you have time to kill.

Before heading to bed at 2130 to catch a early flight I waited for staff to appear to get a coffee, but thought the member of staff saw me waiting she was happier talking to the staff in the restaurant, which was annoying.When we left the premier inn at 0300, we were hoping to get a fresh tea and coffee before heading to the airport, but it was unfortunately closed, I would have thought with a inn so busy with people coming and going that it would have been open, I have never had a issue at any Costa before and think this outlet is a one off for disappointing customers.

Este era el único lugar donde podíamos tomar un bocado. Yo tenía que tener 'nil por boca después de 1300 horas para un procedimiento en el Hospital de wythenshawe. No solemos frecuentar 'Costa', ya que no me gusta lo que hemos tenido antes. Este era mejor o que han mejorado, aunque tuvimos un café con leche que podría haber mejorado el "demasiado fuerte" cafés que hemos tenido en el pasado. Tuve que blt sandwich era un poco deficiente en B, L&T y mu marido tenía un queso y jamón, que él declaró como "aceptable". Tuvimos un pastelito después que disfrutamos y la chica detrás del mostrador me trajeron la comida y la bebida a nuestra mesa. He dado una clasificación porque mi marido dijo que era mucho mejor que cualquier cosa disponible en el hospital.

Very pleased. Overnight stay at Premier Inn. Good choice menu for dinner well cooked. Staff very friendly and efficient. Possibly not for a special occasion but very good standard for hotel food. Breakfast the usual buffet but again well cooked and presented.

We seemed to have arrived at staff change over so service was slow but the staff were pleasant and the area was clean

We stayed at the Holiday inn but ate here. There was a good range of beers and a good menu. The food was good and staff friendly

Handy little cafe for morning drinks and lunchtime snacks. Hot chocolate was lovely good selection of cakes, muffins & brownies etc. Sandwiches and panini's are also available.

We stayed here prior to our flight. We had a lovely breakfast in the small Costa cafe in here. The staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive. It made a great start to our holiday.

What a lovely clean place, very busy Could probably do with more staff, only one lady working n she was rushed off her feet. Food was very nice

Staff really did not have a customer service focus and it showed in their appearance. Service was slow and I would not go there again.

prices are way too high. very few people buying due to the cost . maybe a review of prices is required by the company.

All facilities in the hotel are excellent. Offers a bar, restaurant and coffee shop. This hotel can be busy but they have ample space for everyone.

not good coffee from the Costa kiosk but great from the breakfast bar and they do take away cups too.

Good food, excellent service. Food well cooked and tasty. If you take breakfast and dinner you get a good deal.

Great little place, nice area just off the restaurant and free wifi, good coffee and pastries , ideal location in the hotel area.

Staff were great and helpful and the food was lush. We were staying at Holiday Inn Express, next door, but agreed that Premier Inn had a better restaurant.

didn't want the full premier inn English breakfast. Good coffee and croissant. Service a bit slow at first but they called in the receptionist to speed things up.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a modern clean & comfortable hotel with friendly staff & a good choice of meals especially the breakfast

I like a bit of tiffin - always reminds me of a carry on film ! good friendly service from this embedded coffee shop

The Costa Express at this Premier Inn was well stocked and the staff were friendly. We had tea/coffee and cake and it was all delicious although, as with all Costas, a bit on the expensive side.

Good selection on menus, good selection of wines and beers,and value for money staff very helpfull, not too noisy,

Went to Costa at Premier Inn Manchester Airport around 6pm Tuesday 10th June as friend said they would be just as nice and cheaper than Starbucks.We were staying at Holiday Inn right next door and Premier was just on other side of carpark. Ordered large Ice Latte with 2 shots of expresso,not too much ice and no cream or sugar.Grandchildren ordered small Belgian Chocolate cold drinks.They also wanted 3 cakes-total was around 17 pound something.The woman had to replace the ONLY other customers toast as something wrong.There were 2 women staff and they turned lights off as they were closing.So the 1st woman walks over to me and hands me a HOT coffee-I said that's not mine,I ordered ICED latte.She stomped off. Some male came along and HE started making my ICE latte-I said please don't forget 2 shots,not too much ice and no cream or sugar.He said ok. THEN I watched the 2nd woman start picking up cakes,putting them up to her nose and sniffing them !! Some she threw in bin and some she wrapped in plastic and put in fridge AFTER sniffing them !!1st woman comes back with my iced latte and said they were now closed.It had BOTH cream AND sugar and NO taste or even smell of coffee.Absolutely disgusted & waited 23 minutes for complete crap !!
