Toast is never done both sides orvtoastbis like a large crouton if it is due to merrychef inadequacy to do it properly. Staff always polite pleasant and helpful. Basic furniture with wooden seats could be improved with more chairs that have seat pads.

Very pleasant place to pop in for refreshments with my service users. I like the disabled access throughout and that you can choose to sit outside too. Staff are kind and patient with my service users too.

Always guarantee quality and service at Costa. I find Twydall Costa is always very friendly service.

I can’t fault the staff or the drinks, but if you shut at 6 o’clock why are you cleaning the coffee machine at 5-20 and can’t get a drink unless you wait around for 5 or 10 minutes. It’s not a one off it’s happened to me 3 or 4 times

We just popped in for drinks when we visited Twydall for something else. I was tempted by the hot milkshake - white chocolate and strawberry. I'm not too old to try new things! However, some things haven't been done before for good reason! Costa Coffee makes a great coffee, but a warm milkshake doesn't compute for me. The service is very friendly and it's clean and airy with comfy seating. Actually, it's surprisingly nice in Costa, Twydall. It's not a go-to destination, but great place to go if you happen to be in the area.

It must be good if you walk in and they have already started making your drink. A nice team there

This is, by far, the best Costa we've been to. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, always made to feel special when we go in there. Love these guys loads they always brighten up my week.

Staff talking too there friend as serving us . Got order wrong and it was so echoey in there hard to have a conversation without raising your voice that adds to the volume in the room . It's OK for a quick drink.

Been to many Costa's. This one is tops for great staff and nice seating layout. Well worth visiting even if you don't have a need to be in Twydall. 😊☕🥪🍰👍

the barista that served me today abosolutly made my day, i came in this afternoon not in the best head space and the girl serving (dark hair and tattoos) cheered me up and made sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. i couldn’t thank her enough i wish i got her name. i hope she sees this review so she knows how lovely she is 💕

Hardly any food left at 11.30 in the morning because they had uber deliverys

I paid for eat in to eat my subway salad and paid £7 FOR ONE COFFEE and this man had the AUDACITY to come up to me to tell me i can’t eat my SUBWAY SALAD after i had been STARVING the WHOLE DAY so where is the policy saying i can’t eat my SUBWAY SALAD!!!!!

Hit and miss, depending on who is working on the day, they have only 3 baristas capable of making coffee correctly.

Me and my sister really enjoy coming to costa in Twydall with our children. Jamie and Caz provide an excellent service and very friendly. Always clean and drinks served very quickly and taste great. Also great atmosphere and staff always smiling. Thank you 😊 👍🏻

Went for a coffee and cake after a funeral, the staff were superb, coping with 11 people they made it look easy.

Very clean no dirty tables when we walked in not like some that we have been to. We did notice its getting more expensive unfortunately.

It's Costa, a bit pricey but great coffee

First time useing this branch,ordered a delivery of a sandwich and a flat white,both were hot when arrived and was delivered quickly,made a refreshing change and i will be useing this branch from now on,even tho i have another closer to me,this branch seems to be organised..

Costa Coffee at Twydall Shops is a clean, cosy, friendly and well run coffee house. The coffee house is bright, open and welcoming. An ideal place for a light lunch, snack or just a refreshing coffee.

Great little hamlet! Friendly staff. Not always as fast as you would like and some days later of staff but overall worth giving it a go.

Lovely, not overly crowded, plenty of space. Nice and clean. Friendly helpful service, and of course great coffee. Really enjoyed the visit and able to sit and chat with my daughter and her new girlfriend.

Pleasant welcome, ordered 2 coffees to take away and whilst I was adding sugar to my first (with my back turned to the counter) the other was placed where I ordered. The girl serving thought at that point leaning on a fridge out the back checking her phone was far more important than a thank you and goodbye.

Costa is a brilliant place to go in the morning for quick coffee before work or at lunch if you want to grab a sausage roll, in the evening its relaxing to go have a coffee or tea and finish of some paper work or answer some emails that you just swipe away. So all in all costa is amazing and i recomend going at least 3 days a week.

A bit hit and miss today I'm afraid! Only 2 portions of toast left in the building,, no £1 menu (as advertised) and porridge was luke warm!

Nice place for coffee, bite to eat or a sticky cake. Seating inside and outside if it's a nice day or you want to smoke. Had a box of books to keep kids amused too.

Costa Coffee at Twydall Green Shops. Very friendly, warm welcome when ever we have gone in there, even at their busiest they always have time to help. We very often pop round for a treat on a Friday.

The Twydall Costa is a delight and is rapidly acquiring a regular clientele after being opened a few months ago. Unlike most Costas it is quite spacious with a good variety of tables and seating types. Very friendly service and the usual good quality coffee and snacks. Disabled facilities too.

Friendly staff, standard Costa fare, comfortable, clean. Unreliable WiFi. Seven (seven!) CCTV cameras inside so take care entering passwords if you do manage to connect. Music generally played too loud, no quiet spots.
