Staff lady behind the counter was extremely rude. There was no ice left for drinks but she was so awful to our daughter in response. She could have just said, sorry but there's no ice but she snapped at her twice! It upset her and we won't be returning ever. Even though we live locally. Shame.

This store is back to how it once was, fantastic to see the manager back! Superbly clean. And all the girls are chatty and go above beyond to help you

Months ago this was one of the best in the Costa chain, staffed by a great manager with an excellent team of baristas. I was a regular customer. How things can change, It seems the manager has been away for quite a while and staff just seem to be temps drafted in from around other Costa locations. Attitude, quality of service and product has collapsed. All coffees served in paper cups (what a waste and awful attitude in recycling) Toilets absolutely disgusting. Tables not frequently cleared, whole place mucky and uncared for. Coca Cola may be a successful drink manufacturer but for sure they do not know how to run a coffee bar chain. Can't see I would ever go back when there are other far better options in town.

This was very busy when we visited, but managed to get a table. Coffee served in proper cups! (Take note Coffee no 1) there was a bit of crowded area forming where customers had to stand and wait for the drinks they had ordered, but otherwise all was fine

The staff were very welcoming, this store is certainly a step above the others we have visited. Nothing was too much trouble for the girls here. Clean, tidy and not forgetting the delicious cakes we had

Nice staff we had two coffees and bacon rolls before heading to the New Year’s Day Races at Cheltenham the two girls running the place are great make sure they get double time for working on New Year’s Day

The staff in all fairness completely overlooked our order of 3 flat whites for some reason however when they realized their oversight they were very apologetic and we got a full refund. Would recommend.

Must say , I use Costa all the while , yet I ask myself why do you always have to wait an age to get served , must be a quicker way to serve coffee. But nice and clean , typical coffee house , very friendly .

Whilst visiting the town we called in for coffee, it was quite busy but we were able to find a table and enjoy delicious hot drinks served by friendly staff.

Passing through Tewkesbury, the wife and i stopped off at Costa Coffee for coffee, tea & cake for an hour without the kids. Very friendly service by chatty barista. Everything you'd expect from Costa Coffee. One to remember.

Costa coffee is one of my favourite haunts and wherever I am in the UK I always try to visit one. As my daughter lives in Tewksbury we called in here for a coffee and a cake. The staff, service, food and drink were very good. The only downside for me was that being an armed forces veteran I tried to use my discount card and was quite abruptly told that it wasn't recognised by them. I found this strange as I have used it in other Costa shops with no problem. Their competitor Starbucks, an American company, support the armed forces and accept it in every outlet whereas Costa, in Tewksbury, a British company doesn't seem to show the the same support. Quite shameful I thought !!

I've been going to this Costa for just over 2 years, everyday they give great service and amazing coffee. Not once have I had a problem, the girls always enjoy a good bit of banter and they are an asset to the company. Will be missed when I move, hopefully the Costa in my new area will be half as good as this one! Thanks ladies, catch you soon!!Caramel cap guy

Me parece una cosa que hace que esta rama diferente de muchos otros es la actitud positiva, el personal amable de visitarlos. Los clientes siempre tratan educadamente y siempre alegre, incluso cuando la máquina de café se ha roto y de tripas corazón esperando un ingeniero. Bien chicas donr, absoluta de crédito a la marca! ! !

Hay un montón de tiendas de café en esta ciudad, así que había mucho de la competencia. Costa tiene mesas fuera el frente a la calle alta y (una vez pasado el Muro de Berlín de Buggies) el personal es excelente. Servicio rápido con una sonrisa es lo que necesitas para conseguir el comercio, en especial la costa bebidas Menú parece estar ubicado céntricamente en la oficina central, y es sin duda lo que te dan en esta rama.

Average Costa coffee shop. Nothing special although does have air conditioning which is useful in summer! I prefer one of the many independent coffee shops in the immediate area.

Estábamos buscando un lugar para romper nuestro viaje y tener un almuerzo rápido. Aparcamiento en el aparcamiento principal tardo 4 minutos en llegar al restaurante. Mientras que lo único que queríamos era sándwiches y café, que eran muy agradables, uno puede tener una buena comida caliente. El restaurante estaba muy limpio, con buen servicio y así pudimos estar en nuestro camino en un breve periodo. Yo volvería.

Encanta costa. Pero las mesas llenas de fumadores fuera lo bajó. El personal es agradable. Pero el tipo de persona que atrae en Tewkesbury defrauda.

Too often nationwide concerns can be much of a muchness, but what transforms them is the attitude of staff. So it was here with friendly, personal, helpful service.

Visited here with my sis in law and kids last week and I cannot rate it highly enough. 2x two and half year old boys and a 7 month old girl and we weren't made to feel like social outcasts when the boys decided to be spiderman and a salsa dancer! The staff were friendly and engaged with all the kids taking time out of their busy day to admire the spiderman webs my nephew was spinning and my sons funky salsa dance moves. Costa staff are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease...only criticism is the cafe hasn't got a lot of room for pushchairs but again staff will try their best to accommodate you.

Not much to say about the Costa in Tewksbury but I have to say that the cappuccino is excellent. It's warm inside and once again, great if your a local

Good little coffee shop in the middle of the high street.very helpful staff.my only probkem is that its not the easiest of places to navigate a pram around unless your willing to sit outside.

This is a typical Costa Coffee house and well situated in the High Street. With parking nearby it is easy to get to. There are a host of coffee shops in Tewkesbury and if you want away from the chain then there is choice.

Toilets were the usual standard for this chain of shops, all a bit grubby and run down, flush not working properly with dirty floor

If you enjoy a costa coffee you will not go wrong here. Comfortable surroundings and extra seating outside.

Really warm and nice place, the food is fab and the staff is really friendly . My favourites things are the hot chocolate and the muffin.

One of my preferred Coffee one cafes is this. It's a large building which goes back a long way, to isolate you from the bustle of the high street.Plus the seating is widely spaced which helps get some peace and quiet.Of course such places are never quiet, are always producing a cacophony of coffee making noise.We visited mid afternoon and found it clean, very clean, with nary a bit of litter on the floor.Our teas were a bit weak but a huge improvement on the unpleasant, to our taste buds, tea served by Costa.Temptation not resisted, we also tried a cake, fresh and moist.I pleasant retreat on a hot day; any day !

Lovely location o the High Street. Table and chairs outside to sit in the fresh air. Has a lovely coffee and large helping of chocolate cake. Really good.The place is clean and the staff friendly. The prices are the usual Costa prices not no surprises.

Warm and welcoming in Tewkesbury High St - plenty of room and the smell of coffee, coffee, coffee! Enjoyed a large (they all are) portion of cake with a big Americano. It was cold outside and warm inside. Find useful speed WiFi. Parking High St may be difficult but Pay to park in the street at rear - only a short walk and talking of short - toilets available!

We love Costa Coffee anyway so know the experience is always going to be good. This one is very roomy inside and theirs plenty of room outside. Take was clear and clean when we hot there and staff appear quick to respond to clearing vacant tables. Coffee was fabulous and staff very pleasant. Quick service as well.

I go here very often for my hot chocolate fix sometimes good some times not so good. When it is good though nobody can beat it

I thought you'd get some consistency between branches of a franchise like this, but I have to say that they hot chocolate I had from this branch the other evening was disgusting.

Me and my fiancée live in the town and go for coffee at least 4-5 times a week. We have tried all the coffee shops in Tewkesbury, but Costa is by far the best one! The girls that work there are always chatty. It's always a lovely atmosphere, and the coffee is excellent!
