Costa Coffee (Teignmouth) in Teignbridge

Popped in for a wee but thorough cleaning was under way.

Absolutely LOVE this Costa branch. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly every single time. Opening the door if your hands are full, going above and beyond to get your order right… honestly you cannot fault anything here! Very lucky to have such a fab place here in Teignmouth.

Costas are pretty much same and this one is no different: Friendly staff, good coffee, dirty floors and tables.

Staff are so friendly and accomadating.

Low score on food solely due to lack of gluten free options. Ordered the special gingerbread latte, but declined the decorative gingerbread man as I am Gluten Intolerant. Girl at the counter showed genuine sympathy and offered me After Eight mint from other special drink as substitute. Prepacked GF mince pie that I had was served with a plate and knife. You'd be surprised how rare that is

The best Costa Coffee i have been in(and been in quite a few!). The staff were so polite and friendly and the 2 guys worked together so efficiently as a team.

I can not but give Costa Coffee in Teignmouth 5 stars for the excellent service I always get. The staff is always polite, friendly and very good baristas.

I have been in many different Costa coffees shops but the one in Teignmouth, is definitely my favourite. Not only is it clean and tidy but most importantly, the staff will always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. The Costa coffee recipes are executed beautifully, so we get to enjoy delicious coffees!!!

Nice staff, very friendly service. 0 chance of sitting outside to enjoy cake and coffee as a haggered miserable woman sits there every morning for hours just smoking over people and seems to enjoy it to just to ruin people's food and drink

Ok if you don't order anything with bubbles in it. It's not much fun having to fish the bubbles out with a small plastic spoon, because they don't give you the proper wide straw. Particularly when it's bubble tea and it has ice in it too. What bothers me is they don't even warn you before you order. Been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks and each time they "run out of the straws". Right...

No WiFi this morning so having bought my coffee and planning to work for an hour have had to go elsewhere :(

Costa is always a pleasant place vist . The staff were friendly and polite. Inside was clean and tidy. The price was reasonable too . Keep up the good work 👍

Decided now on a visit to Teignmouth that We will take our own tea /coffee flasks and take our own foldaway seats. The hardworking staff at this Costa are wonderful and don’t have the time to notice the smelly backpacker taking up a whole corner of the establishment and getting a hot water refill for one of the two teapots left behind by previous customers . Then the mother pushing a pram going to the toilet from off the street to change and dump a baby’s nappy ..but had to wait 10 minutes for the backpacker to finish whatever business he had in there. In Teignmouth free public toilets unlike rip off Torbay are available . I just don’t like to see good & little coffee shops been abused !!

Not much choice in this seaside town but if you need a coffee.....

When in Teignmouth we prefer the independent coffee shops but called in to use our rewards points on the special hot chocolate with peppermint aero which was very good.

Great, friendly service with the usual Costa quality.

Looks like need cleaning more and when staff touch the money then after they do not wash their hands and do coffee touch lid and slow services dirty toilets COSTA need check this place

After a lovely walk around Teignmouth, popped in to Costa for coffee an cake,warm welcome,felt safe and will go back.

So polite and friendly every time I have visited Costa in Teignmouth.

Not bad only place open .would rather use a local cafe .

Easy entrance, quick service with a smile, comfortable seating, nice and clean.

Can’t bring my self to give less than 5 stars on this establishment . I do love Costa Coffee .The Male manager was attentive and perfect as always . I realise Costa in common with lots of services like this often have a challenge getting employees that really care about the customer . Today I went in with a friend while our 2 wives were to follow on . The shop wasn’t full in anyway in fact customers coming in were mostly takeaway . At about 3.45 pm We heard our wives coming in and ordering but the lady that was taking the order obviously made it clear she wasn’t happy at the time the order was made . Our ladies said we won’t be long. They sat down and the female employee came and surrounded us with her sweeping brush We four were having a good conversation yet the employer kept screeeching…..the chairs with some force . Obviously it was annoying and really destroyed our coffee experience . In hindsight we should have asked for a refund and left leaving the drinks behind . The male manager is always lovely . Hopefully the unhappy agitated female employer will move on soon .

Never been to this Costa before,I found it clean and friendly. And noticed tables were cleared and sanitized after customers left.

Standard Costa but was just the place to go to get it of the wind after a windy sea front walk. There are lots of independent coffee shops around but I like coffee here and like most chain establishments got know what you're getting.

Quite a small coffee shop, so can get very busy if wanting to sit in for your beverages. Service is normally quick and efficient, and staff are friendly and helpful. Is it normally clean and well presented inside.

Nice shop good coffee. The only thing that spoilt it was the elderly couple with the baby that was crying when they wheeled it in just after we'd sat down. It was still crying when we left because of it. Not a enjoyable experience.
