Costa Coffee - Stockton Heath in Warrington

Went in to get a travel mug, priced at 13.50 on the shelf and the till wanted to charge me 14. Not a big deal but staff said they can’t adjust. 1 star just to get them to notice this and check their pricing and make sure that their on floor pricing matches the till pricing.

Don't like coffee. Just went in for a dump. Was a big one.

Always good. Staff efficient and friendly.

Staff were friendly enough but they were playing on their phones whilst I moved things from a table to sit down. No clear tables yet only around 6 other people were in.

Usual good standard of Costa coffee. Nice and relaxed attitude inside. Choice of cup sizes, however, is ridiculous. Other than 'small' size, medium and large are huge.

Just miserable experience, may be good place to have a chat for some but definitely not for coffee.

Not the best Costa, Greated by rude uninviting staff on their phone and they didn't even reply when I asked if they had any vegan toasties like other Costas do. All I got was an errrmmm. The shop floor looked filthy.

Not the best in the village by a long shot. Much better on offer in the small independent coffee shops, Zalo's and Esquires. Currently closed, apparently due to a water problem next door but both their neighbours are open so not sure what's going on???

1 star maybe is way too good for this costa store. The staff is talking loudly non stop, creating too much noise. The whole store was smelling burnt milk. The coffee we ordered was the worst costa coffee in our lives! Tasteless. The whipped cream was running on the side of the coffee cup. The staff didnt even care to clean it before giving it to me. Very very disappointed. And i was the one who insisted to go there instead of Starbucks!. Big mistake. Avoid avoid avoid !

Recommend. Good place for a cup of coffee (cold or hot), hot chocolate, cookies or pastries. Very clean, efficient and good customer services

Just popped in for coffee and a cake. Had the large coffee, very good plus a blueberry muffin. Very nice. Staff lovely.

Not one of my favourites, coffee lukewarm and bland

Helpful with a nice welcome from the staff at Costa. Myself and my husband come to this shop on a regular basis for a coffee . I tried the chicken and mushroom toastie with mature cheddar cheese and my husband had the Wiltshire cured ham and extra mature cheese toastie . Both were delicious

Friendly efficient staff, quick service even with only one member of staff taking orders, making drinks/food. Clean & tidy environment and felt safe to be in if you still want to be socially distanced

Won't be using again, latte coffee again with warm milk not hot. Why do Costa have so much trouble making a hot coffee!!

We visited during the lockdown for takeaway coffee and sandwiches. They were extremely well organised and immediately challenged any customer who failed to comply with the rules. I felt safe and the service was good.

The staff especially the manager ive found to be exceptionally rude. The cleanliness of the shop is also extremely poor. Grub and grime all over the place. Considering the current climate. You would think that they would be more switched on with the cleaning. Its bad enough having a dirty food outlet in a normal day but condsidering we are in the midst of a pandemic. I find it offensive even. That they'll so callously willing to put innocent customers at risk from their lack of care and attention. Will not be returning

I'm alway here doing college work and having a drink it good to have a excellent coffee the staff are lovely and caring. The pannis are delicious and the brownies are mouthwatering. The drink are hard to choose from I always keep getting the ruby and cocoa with cream it Devine. I highly recommend to come here on you own or friends or family.

Coffee and sandwiches were nice but toilets were disgusting expect better from Costa coffee.

I was disappointed that a group of 4 girls were allowed in which is against covid guidelines and so didn't feel safe

Good social distancing measures in place. A little confusion about my points but soon sorted. Staff helpful and friendly.

I had a plastic cup of water yesterday and there were 2 workers at the counter. They gave me water and I had a nice chat with them. There was one person who goes to uni and works at costa. It was interesting listening to him. There was a tip(extra money) box on the counter. I picked a 10p coin and asked if I can borrow it and they said "no". I didn't notice I had £2.20 in my pocket until I got home which is a shame as I could have put 10p as a "tip" as the staff are friendly and chatty.

Delicious coffee every time, best selection of cakes and snacks out of all of the coffee chains

They appear to have removed some of the tables and comfy chairs, lost some atmosphere.

The staff make this place they are friendly and work hard . The place itself is in need of a refurbishment the place looks somewhat lacking and just feels a bit shoddy . The U.K. could really do with looking at places like the coffee club To see what you can do but they won’t care as they have just been bought out by Coca Cola who made a smart move as carbonates are in heavy decline .

Nice coffee shop situated in the heart of Stockton Heath. Has limited outdoor seating and tables when weather is good enough to utilise.

I usually only go in there for a panini on my lunch occasionally but it's always very nice and quick and considering how busy it is the staff are always very lovely and polite

Staff are very approachable and coffee up to standard. Occasionally the place is let down by tables not being cleared and cleaned at busy periods. Bread on Toasties can also appear stale, which we have experienced at other Costas

Just popped in for a couple of hit chocolates to take away and the place was very untidy and had dirty crockery all over the place. Just not great to see when your waiting for drinks. The hot chocolates themselves were delicious as usual.

Good clean, handy, location in the village centre. Have been a few times previously, does tend to get busy even with all the other café shops. Had a cinnamon swirl and coffee, on this occasion unfortunately the swirl was a little dry 😟

Hi! This is my favourite Costa. Visiting last Wednesday wit my granddaughter Rebecca lent us her umbrella to walk back to the car park!! Who else would do that? Wonderful service!!

We were out in Stockton Heath, so we decided to stop for a bite to eat at Costa Coffee. It was very quiet, even for a Saturday afternoon, therefore the service was very quick and efficient. The two lads on were excellent and very friendly. The coffee shop was generally very clean and very well kept. Food and drinks was your standard Costa Coffee - then again, they weren't running out of snacks! Overall, very pleasant experience!

Most Costas offer a similar standard of food and drink however the customer service shown here was excellent.

Staff very good. Otherwise very much the same as every other Costa Coffee you've ever been to.

Doesn't seem to be well thought out, always looks rather untidy, always a wait for the coffee, not cheap, have to ask for serviettes, not great .

Always a nice experience to visit here except when it's the end of the day, lots of people sat down, reading newspapers, listening to music or watching something on their laptops, even just talking, but no food or drinks on their tables. It's all well and good being welcoming but if paying customers can't get a seat because of people who frankly are taking the mickey then we'll go elsewhere after a long day.

Coffee in exchange for cash. Might catch on. Would have been more than three stars, but it's in the abandoned Holly Oakes set that's Stockton Heath, which has little going for it except that it's not Warrington. To be fair, there are three or four nearby charity shops that provide me with high-quality shirts for £3*. *This advice is completely free of charge to you madame or sir. Use it wisely.

My husband and I are really impressed with the service we always get from Rebecca, who is the manager here. Her coffee making skills are at the highest level, she also really cares about customers and makes sure they are satisfied with their coffee. Thank you!

It's a Costa just like any other Costa, opposite the Forge shopping centre.

It's a very typical Costa experience. Friendly staff but as always with Costa's, the toilets need more frequent cleaning. They're always a mess.

Nice biscuits, coffee and food. Staff very friendly, place very clean and taken care of. Recommend that you come here when you feel like a quick snack.

Costa Coffee shops are all the same. All of them. Every single one. Average tea, poor coffee for the undiscriminating masses. Avoid unless it's really the only place you have to choose from...

Smaller than some Costas. Helpful staff who listened to how we liked our drinks and delivered them just right.

Always a warm welcome, especially for regulars. Can get a bit crowded and there is always a queue of cars on the road outside so no outside seating.

The same as all Costa coffees. Pleasant surroundings comfy seating. Need more healthy choices but is getting better
