Costa Coffee - Nugent Shopping Park in Bromley

Monday 12th I came to Costa for lunch for food and drinks at around 1:30pm. One worker from Sri Lanka was making food, he started serving me but 4 people behind me his friend came in and asked to serve him now. They were talking in their own language. This was rude to me and customers behind me as the worker fulfilled the wants of the other and disregarded serving me but served his friend at the back of the que. He then wasn’t concentrated talking to him in their language the whole time. This was very rude as I was first had already been paying and expected him to finish serving me. Bad service here.

Coffee is still very good but it is the dirtiest coffee place in Nugents!!! I visit this place many times and it was never very clear and tidy but recently it is falling in to neglect! I seen staff walking around and not bothering to pick up mountains if trays with empty cups. Some of the staff us nice and helpful even offered to carry trays with jot drinks but it isa sense if there is no clean or empty table to seat. Pails of rubish around the counter, piles of boxes when one of the staff doing the restocking... see all the photos... After my visit a week ago I pass Costa yeasterday and -- no changes!!!! Still dirty ! How can Costa company neglect one of it's shops .. I was hoping and still hoping for an inspection to assess staff , place etc because next health and safety inspection will be a slotter!! Then FARNELL COSTA!

Rude barrista, dirty tables, coffee? Tasteless. Croissant? Stale, at least two days old. I went there to meet friends.
