Waited 45 mins from arriving to actually getting our drinks and cakes! Ordered medium bubble tea but was served small. Ridiculous waiting time for cold drinks, four of us finished our drinks and cakes before last drink arrived.

Rude no help what so ever will not be going to that store again Staff need retraining shouldn’t be in a job if they don’t have customer skills

Only wanted a water, 4 people in the queue before me. My daughter took the baby to the changing room and even thought she waited for the bay change facility, she was still back before they had served me. So slow, I abandoned my purchase. The poor gentleman behind had received his food but had forgotten something, they didn’t do anything to help, staff member serving was rude. Such a disappointment to the Next store

Having frequented your coffee outlet in Next, Tamworth on 14/12/23, I was disturbed to see the lack of cleaniness and hygiene on the tables, floor and more importantly and obvious the filthy state of serving trays. Also the lack of attention and enthusiasm given by the staff. There was only one girl barista serving and others just wandering around, dispite there appeared to be 5 staff hanging around clearly not clearing or cleaning tables or floorspace. It was not a very pleasant experience sitting down at a table with coffee stains and crumbs scattered everywhere. I`m sure you would agree that it is not what you`d expect your premises to be looking like.
