Costa Coffee Next, Exebridges RP in Exeter

This is a busy cafe and the staff do an amazing job. They make the place and manage to deliver it all during the manic rushes, well done team!

I use this Costa as it feels more like a lovely restaurant. This is down to the team, who go out of their way to get to know regulars and go beyond expectations. Credit where it's due and all the lovely ladies and gents on the team deserve great feedback. Thank you 😊

Call in here once a week to have coffee and chat with retired work mates. Staff are always friendly and courteous and service is very quick

Why does this place always shut early, 4.30 again today , website says 6pm

Got yelled at asking for a glass of water. Offered knapkins before we were even leaving to clean out table as the children were enjoying their hot chocolates. Not a nice welcome experience shame as we visit lots of Costas my children love baby chinos! Most of Costa houses staff are very fun and happy 😊

Have been feeling a little uncomfortable here just lately. Have stopped bringing family here now. Used to feel very safe here but lately the back of the Costa shop by the stairs seems to be being used by youths to hang out after school. We have encountered swearing, shouting and an intimidating atmosphere upon entering Costa from the main entry staircase, being met by a rowdy gang of teenagers who do not seem to have bought anything but just gather round the bottom end corner table like a youth club or something. Why is this being allowed to happen? It's such shame as people will stop going there. We stay clear from here now after school closing times and will not bring our own children anymore.

Lovely shop with friendly staff and good coffee. However the manager (man) was organising shifts and talking very loudly across the room that I couldn't hear myself think while working on my laptop. I learned more about the management of this cafe in the last 20 minutes than the thing I was reading. The manager whatever his name is needs to be more self aware.

Took my mum for coffee here. The sales assistant Leah was friendly, polite and efficient and was very patient with my elderly mother while she decided what she wanted. Great customer service from a lovely young lady.

The staff at Costa are all so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much for them and a special shout out to Seb, Emma and Victoria.

Costa Coffees employe (Kiara)was really rude to me and my friend on 2 separate occasions when visited costa for a coffee. We honestly believe this is because we are not English, we Dont deserve to be treated differently to anyone else... We are all human
